This house is in a fantastic location, just one block from the heart of town, can walk to everything! (festivals in the park, Bridge St. shops, marina, Oleson's Supermarket, movie theater, farmer's market, mushroom houses, splash pad, park, music concerts, local beaches, drawbridge-lighthouse, bars and restaurants). It is also minutes to Castle Farms and many of Charlevoix's local wedding/function venues.

This home is newly renovated, very clean, in a quiet, private neighborhood, and has all the amenities you should need for your stay, including air conditioning. The main living space is a great spot to hang out, featuring a kitchen with an island. This area is open to the living. Dining at island or in garden.

This second story apartment provides the northern Michigan experience. The views from the deck and windows overlook fields and woods and it is so quiet that deer and wild turkeys pass through the property. Just outside the backyard you can hike or cross country or snowshoe the fields and hills. There is plenty of room for a trailered boat to park. The owners' home is on the property.
The open living room and kitchen area have a spacious feel. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with eating at the bar or a small dining table is in a window nook. The pellet stove provides atmosphere and added warmth; otherwise there is hot water heat. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king size bed with walk in closets in both. Sleeps a total of 4 The full bathroom has double sinks, bath/shower and plenty of storage. Linens and towels are provided and washer and dryer are available. On the deck is a gas grill. WiFi is available free. AC unit is in the living area and one bedroom. It sleeps 4 comfortably.

Location: The property is just 6 miles from Boyne City, less than 1 mile from Lake Charlevoix beach access and a small boat launch. Less than a mile away is the newly completed bike path into Boyne City. Hike or bike Avalanche Hill for great views of the lake. Go the farmers' market in summer or fall or the many festivals that the city offers throughout the year.

Newly constructed, two bedroom, one and a half bath apartment. Located inside a working horse barn. The 1890s farm sits overlooking Lake Charlevoix, and is conveniently located within a 10 mile radius of Boyne City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. No matter the season there are always activities to participate in. From beaches, to boating, to shopping, to dining, to skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling. Although this farm holds its 1890s charm, the finishing touches are being put on this brand new apartment. Forget your worries in this cozy and serene space. This is a new listing that has new furnishings. Our reviews on "Charming in Walloon Lake " reveal we have tried to please our guests. Shopping, restaurants, a park, and a lake are within walking distance. This apartment has a private entrance with a coin operated laundry on the premises. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a twin rollaway in the closet and the sofa could be used for one guest too.

You can park in front of the porch that has a glass door with a screen for entering into the living room which is an open floor plan and leads to the kitchen/dining area. In the bedroom you can find a closet that has a roll away which can be used with the couch for extra sleeping and we have a queen bed.

Second floor apartment with private entrance and enclosed front porch. This apartment was remodeled in July 2020 and features one bedroom, one bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The couch in living room pulls out into a full size memory foam bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are two large closets for storage. This space is the perfect size for a couple.

The space
This space is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a great location. Located a few blocks to the Harborage marina and beaches. A few blocks to scenic Avalanche Mountain(5 min walk) where you can hike on trails, mountain bike or Disc golf. The house is just a half mile to the business area (8 min walk) where you can enjoy great restaurants and brew pubs or checkout "Stroll the Streets" on Friday nights. Boyne mountain is only a 10 min car ride from the house where you can ski, mountain bike, go to Avalanche Bay Water Park, and zip line. The house has Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, DVD player, Netflix, Amazon video, new mattresses (extremely comfortable), and a grill.
Their is an apartment downstairs that has its own entrance. The downstairs apartment rents very well on Airbnb also so it may be booked during your stay.
We own other rentals in Boyne City. They are in the same neighborhood and equally nice. Feel free to reach out if this place is booked. One of our other places may be available.
We have a strict no pet policy but there are some great kennels in the area that you can give your pet a vacation also. “Dogs World North” is right in Boyne City and only about 2 miles away from the house. Also “Happy Tails” in Petoskey

The space
You will have full private access to our top floor apartment with two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom and a loft with a full-size sofa bed. This property can comfortably sleep 6 people. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and spacious living room with glass doors leading to the terrace. We hope this space meets all your needs as your relaxing home away from home.

Upper apartment [Apt A] is accessed via private entrance on the State Street side of the house with coded electric key pad.

The Harbor House is pet friendly! We allow one dog and there is a pet fee at booking.
