- "This is a unique cute property. They did a wonderful job at transforming a small business into a studio. They had complimentary snacks, coffee and tea. Very nice. They forgot the bathtub rug but had disposable slippers that worked well for getting out of the shower. The lights are a little wonky. It took me a bit to figure which switches are for which light. I finally found a light switch on the opposite wall of the door. I would definitely stay there again if I am able to go back next May."

- "This large two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is HUGE! Might was well be a house. Especially when taking into account the large balcony that can be accessed from both rooms; a balcony that overlooks the Fox River. Easy access to the glorious Paine Art Center and Museum (Rodin exhibit there currently!) and just as easy an access to the Fox River Brewing Company with good food, river-view outdoor dining, and occasional outdoor bands in the evening. It also sits adjacent to the Wiouwash Trail should you want a lovely hike along the river. Loved our time there (clearly!)."

This is my husbands family home that he grew up in. It has beautiful hardwood floors and was built by his Great Grandfather.

Our duplex has a park across the street, is a block away from beautiful Lake Winnebago, about a mile away from Wittman Regional Airport / EAA grounds, only 5 miles from the XRoads41 grounds, 52 minutes from Lambeau Field and we don't want to forget about all of the restaurants and shopping that Oshkosh has to offer.

Close to the EAA grounds with planes flying over the house all day if you want to see them without being at the busy grounds all day.

Fishing in Lake Winnebago all year is only a block away with a view of it out the front door.

The new outdoor summer music venue XRoads41 is only 5 miles away.

52 minutes from Lambeau Field, pending traffic of course.

Ladies if fishing isn't for you but you want to vacation together, stay here and be close to all of the great shopping while the men are out fishing and then enjoy dinner out at any of Oshkosh's fabulous restaurants.

Both bedrooms have clean king size beds. One bedroom includes a chaise lounge chair with a large walk in closet. A stand up adjustable mirror is included in the master closet! There is lots of space for your clothes, as both closets have room for plenty of hangers and there is dressers in each bedroom. The living room has a soft couch and lounge chair, along with an LG TV equipped with cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and more. The laundry room is fully equipped with laundry detergent and bounce dryer sheets. The kitchen has 5 total seats for eating (island with three bar stools, and corner table with 2 bar stools). Coffee grinder, maker, and cups all included in kitchen. All dishes are included in kitchen (silverware, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc). There is a microwave and toaster oven along with a gas stove top and oven. The bathroom has a brand new deep tub.

We went to the water park the next day and it is wonderful. We also went to the Tuesday night concert in the park which we really enjoyed. The other thing is the listing says, sleeps 4. This unit can really only sleep 2. One of us sleep on the couch but it is not a hide a bed so it really shouldn’t count for sleeping. Great stay. Just wanted to give heads up on these two small items."

As we were upcharged on this unit thousands of dollars more this week due to the EAA airshow, and it was a business trip, the last thing we wanted to do was take care of all the cleaning as this should be done by professionals."

The fireplace features a range of settings providing warmth and various visual fire settings. Built in Air Conditioning is also featured throughout the unit. (Brand new double split system).

The Cottontail Cottage is a charming upper unit of a duplex within walking distance of Lake Winnebago.
The decor is a little bit French country with a dash of whimsy.

The Cottage is located in the quiet Steven's Park neighborhood, yet convenient to downtown Oshkosh.

Please note this is an upper unit with several short flights of stairs up to the door.
This is an older home and typical of the neighborhood. There is central heat and air but the thermostat is controlled by the tenants on the lower level. We can however adjust as necessary remotely and will provide portable heater and a portable AC unit as well.

You will have access to the entire unit. There is a garage on the property but it not available for guests .However there is plenty of driveway space adjacent to the stairs up to the unit.
The washer and dryer are downstairs in the basement and are shared with the tenant.

The space
Both bedrooms have cozy memory foam California king size beds. One bedroom includes a chaise lounge chair with a large walk in closet. A stand up adjustable mirror is included in the master closet. There is a lot of space for your clothes and and there are dressers in each bedroom. The living room has a soft couch and lounge chair, along with an LG TV equipped with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and more. The laundry room is fully equipped with laundry detergent and bounce dryer sheets. The kitchen has 5 total seats for eating (island with three bar stools, and corner table with 2 bar stools). We have everything you need to make coffee (maker, grinder, grounds, filters, cups). All dishes are included in kitchen (silverware, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc). There is a microwave and toaster oven along with a gas range and oven.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment through either the front or back door. You can also access the basement if you need extra storage.

Basic self care items (shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, etc) are not provided.

The smart TV apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc) are not logged into. You need to provide your own log-in account information to access the TV apps, (besides basic cable television).

The driveway entrance is narrow, so if you have an extra wide vehicle it will probably not fit (park on the street instead). All regular sized cars, vans, and trucks can fit.

Our ALMOST AT THE LAKE 21st Street Apartments in Oshkosh is a spacious gem. 2bd/1ba w/garage and paid machine laundry access. Abundant-sized kitchen with a ton of cabinet storage and dine-in kitchen. Two roomy bedrooms. The first could support a complete king bedroom set with ample spaciousness, and the second would be most ideal for a queen set or a pair of twin beds.

I can also furnish this at an edited price for a booking of six months or more.

The space
The bathroom is also large in size (including tub/shower combo) and the living room is quite expansive.

New fireplace and kitchen backsplash and fresh cottage sheen color scheme.

This unit has just a ton of closet space everywhere, so potentially a good spot for someone down-sizing from a large home.

The garage that comes with this upper apartments located in a brick fourplex is a one-car garage with keypad and remote, and has a greater depth than most, appropriate for a full-sized truck or a normal vehicle and storage of quite a few other odds and ends.

Unit C comes with a pint-sized deck in which you can see a sliver of Lake Winnebago out a block or two away (past a bit of roof tops/neighborhood, railway tracks and an older building). It's not the most beautiful view in the world, but it excites us that you can see the Majestic Lake Winnebago in the distance!)

We will include the view. What's wonderful about the "almost-view" is that in two minutes you can be taking a walk by the Lake. This is a lovely neighborhood with established renters, safe, and is located with the building's front on an alley access, which is tucked away and essentially sees virtually no through traffic. It's a neat little spot.

This condo is located two blocks from hwy 41 off South Park Ave / hwy 44, so it is easy access to downtown, the west side, restaurants, grocery, Oshkosh Herd Arena, EAA Museum, Wittman Airport, and a short drive south to Fond du Lac and Milwaukee, and north to Appleton and Green Bay.

For EAA Adventure, this is 2 blocks (10 minute walk) to the gate 41 entrance where the EAA shuttle bus picks you up and takes you to the 'North 40' entrance. NO PARKING FEES or traffic headaches!

Our Scandinavian Ski Chalet is our most expansive and luxurious of all our 40+ properties. Welcome to The Manor on Church!

This newly renovated first floor apartment has all amenities needed for a perfect escape in Oshkosh, WI. Located in central Oshkosh, you’ll be just minutes away from downtown Oshkosh, and steps away from University of Oshkosh - Wisconsin! The Manor is just 10 minutes away from highway 41 and multiple stores for easy access to everything you need.

For some reason I can't add towels as an amenity but we do provide all of those as well!

The Manor on Church has been uniquely renovated to give a Victorian Style feel with modern touches. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a full sized dining room, this home has everything you need to enjoy yourself in our city!
