- "This is a unique cute property. They did a wonderful job at transforming a small business into a studio. They had complimentary snacks, coffee and tea. Very nice. They forgot the bathtub rug but had disposable slippers that worked well for getting out of the shower. The lights are a little wonky. It took me a bit to figure which switches are for which light. I finally found a light switch on the opposite wall of the door. I would definitely stay there again if I am able to go back next May."

- "This large two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is HUGE! Might was well be a house. Especially when taking into account the large balcony that can be accessed from both rooms; a balcony that overlooks the Fox River. Easy access to the glorious Paine Art Center and Museum (Rodin exhibit there currently!) and just as easy an access to the Fox River Brewing Company with good food, river-view outdoor dining, and occasional outdoor bands in the evening. It also sits adjacent to the Wiouwash Trail should you want a lovely hike along the river. Loved our time there (clearly!)."

This is my husbands family home that he grew up in. It has beautiful hardwood floors and was built by his Great Grandfather.

Our duplex has a park across the street, is a block away from beautiful Lake Winnebago, about a mile away from Wittman Regional Airport / EAA grounds, only 5 miles from the XRoads41 grounds, 52 minutes from Lambeau Field and we don't want to forget about all of the restaurants and shopping that Oshkosh has to offer.

Close to the EAA grounds with planes flying over the house all day if you want to see them without being at the busy grounds all day.

Fishing in Lake Winnebago all year is only a block away with a view of it out the front door.

The new outdoor summer music venue XRoads41 is only 5 miles away.

52 minutes from Lambeau Field, pending traffic of course.

Ladies if fishing isn't for you but you want to vacation together, stay here and be close to all of the great shopping while the men are out fishing and then enjoy dinner out at any of Oshkosh's fabulous restaurants.

Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown Oshkosh, Menominee Park, and Lake Winnebago!

Both bedrooms have clean king size beds. One bedroom includes a chaise lounge chair with a large walk in closet. A stand up adjustable mirror is included in the master closet! There is lots of space for your clothes, as both closets have room for plenty of hangers and there is dressers in each bedroom. The living room has a soft couch and lounge chair, along with an LG TV equipped with cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and more. The laundry room is fully equipped with laundry detergent and bounce dryer sheets. The kitchen has 5 total seats for eating (island with three bar stools, and corner table with 2 bar stools). Coffee grinder, maker, and cups all included in kitchen. All dishes are included in kitchen (silverware, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc). There is a microwave and toaster oven along with a gas stove top and oven. The bathroom has a brand new deep tub.

I really appreciate it The unit is very clean and a lot of room. Check in was so easy. There were a couple of things that should be noted in the listing. There is an outdoor pool but I am guessing it hasn’t had water all summer. I had two granddaughters with me that wanted to go for a swim so they were disappointed. We went to the water park the next day and it is wonderful. We also went to the Tuesday night concert in the park which we really enjoyed. The other thing is the listing says, sleeps 4. This unit can really only sleep 2. One of us sleep on the couch but it is not a hide a bed so it really shouldn’t count for sleeping. Great stay. Just wanted to give heads up on these two small items."

This property had the most minimalist supply of everything, from towels, to kitchen items, to empty salt and pepper shakers. I did not receive the email until after I returned home, but we were given cleaning instructions we were expected to complete for checkout which included washing all the sheets, towels, dishes etc. and have the unit cleaned. As we were upcharged on this unit thousands of dollars more this week due to the EAA airshow, and it was a business trip, the last thing we wanted to do was take care of all the cleaning as this should be done by professionals."
