- "Very clean, pool and hot tub were nice, but the room they were in was 1000 degrees. It was to hot outside to really enjoy." - "The stay was ok and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and the front desk staff were great! They knew most of the hotel was there for a big concert, which meant everyone got to bed late! Although check out wasn't until 11am, housekeeping was banging on a bunch of the doors before 9am, waking everyone up. When we opened the door to see who was banging on the door she was standing there still with her personal belongings (keys, phone and purse) and just waking people up so they could start getting ready to leave. I called the front desk and they called the housekeeping manager, but not sure if anyone actually talked to her. Was a very short night and not a great morning."

About the Building:
This is an older building. Though the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side. We provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours.

Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.

This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.

The air conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.

Access to an outdoor spot for a larger vehicle may be available on a first come first serve basis for $15/night. You can also call the Wauwatosa Police department to request free overnight street parking.

This is an older apartment building. Although the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side. We provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours.

Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.

This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.

The air-conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.

We welcome all guests regardless of sex, race, age, disability, color, creed, national origin, religion, or genetic information. Please understand however that we also enforce our house rules for everyone's safety and security regardless of sex, race, age, disability, color, creed, national origin, religion, or genetic information. Great, centrally located neighborhood, walkable to Wauwatosa bars & restaurants, less than 10 minute drive to downtown and a 10-15 minute drive to a number of area hospitals.

The house back door and hallway/staircase are shared spaces with separate entrances off the hallway/staircase. Fast, reliable WiFi is available!

Other things to note
-If parking for more than 1 large vehicle or 2 small vehicles (parked back to front) is needed, street parking is readily available and free, but online registration is required with the City of Wauwatosa before 3 am and it is limited to 15 nights per year per vehicle. Please do not block the garage doors or main driveway without discussing it with us first (the Owners park in the garage).

-For stays longer than 30 days, we require at least one professional cleaning service (per month) during the stay at your own expense.

-The building is a duplex and you are renting out the lower unit only. Considering the age of the house, you will likely hear some footsteps from the Owners above you, but the Owners are generally quiet. Don't hesitate to contact us if something is bothering you. Note from 6/8/25 to 6/21/25, the Owners will likely have 4 younger kids staying with them. They will still aim to keep the noise at respectful levels, but it will inevitably be noiser than usual. The Owners (Amy & Greg) are often working or out with family & friends, but don't hesitate to say Hi if you see them!

-For your protection and ours, we have three Ring cameras in the exterior of the property (doorbell on both entrances and a camera facing parking spot). We take security seriously - we’re not spying on you!

-Please ensure to keep noise at a reasonable level and follow our house rules for quiet hours. Be courteous to our neighbors as they have been very supportive of our rental efforts.
