- "Very clean, pool and hot tub were nice, but the room they were in was 1000 degrees. It was to hot outside to really enjoy." - "The stay was ok and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and the front desk staff were great! They knew most of the hotel was there for a big concert, which meant everyone got to bed late! Although check out wasn't until 11am, housekeeping was banging on a bunch of the doors before 9am, waking everyone up. When we opened the door to see who was banging on the door she was standing there still with her personal belongings (keys, phone and purse) and just waking people up so they could start getting ready to leave. I called the front desk and they called the housekeeping manager, but not sure if anyone actually talked to her. Was a very short night and not a great morning."

No visitors are allowed during the reservation. Visitors not included in the official reservation confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without refund and/or a charge of $50 per person/night.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated underground parking spot for a small vehicle. Access to an outdoor spot for a larger vehicle may be available on a first come first serve basis for $15/night.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. The onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you.

About the Building:
This is an older building. Though the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side. We provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours.

Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.

This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.

The air conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.

NOTE: Guests staying 30+ days must have a cleaning service every 30 days. After the first cleaning, a $90 fee will apply for each additional cleaning. This is mandatory to maintain the cleanliness of the property. Please let us know if you have any special requests regarding the cleaning schedule.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
