- "My husband and I spend our 10 year wedding anniversary in the Chicago suite because we met in Chicago so it was the perfect setting. Plus it was just the right size. The apartment was perfect for us and we loved having a full kitchen in case we wanted to eat in. The location is perfect being in the heart of downtown Lake Geneva attractions, stores and restaurants are within walking distance so we didn't need to drive anywhere if we didn't feel like going too far. We had our own private parking spot behind the apartment building which gave us peace of mind not having to find street parking. We loved the fact that it's right downtown so we could go out for a while have some fun then go back to the apartment to rest a bit before going out again. There was street noise during the day but we didn't mind but at night because most places close by 8 or 9 it was very quiet. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place to spend our anniversary. We are already talking about going again next year and renting the same unit!"

Looking for a relaxing getaway in Lake Geneva? Forget your worries at our spacious & serene villa. Situated on the rolling hills of the Interlaken property along the shores of Lake Como, you can relax on our comfy couch, enjoy the scenery from the balcony, or use the amenities offered at Interlaken such as the newer (2021) pool and splash pad, tennis courts and access to the lake. Dining, Coffee Shop & Entertainment next door at The Ridge Hotel. We are new to Airbnb, but experienced hosts.

The space
Our condo is located on gorgeous grounds of Interlaken overlooking the shores of Lake Como. This 2nd floor condo is spacious and cozy at the same time. You'll walk into the kitchen area that looks out over the dining and living room area. A hallway to your left leads into the 2 bedrooms and the large bathroom. Floors are hardwood in the main living area with area rugs. Both bedrooms are carpeted. The bathroom has a tile floor. Each room has its own heating and airconditioning thermostat for the comfort of all.

Guest access
Stairs only, no elevators! You will go down a set of stairs outside to access the main door. Once inside, you will go up the stairs to get to our condo. Our Villa has about 16 units and there is a central atrium sitting area for anyone to use. You will have complete privacy inside our condo and the balcony is for our condo only. The coin laundry room is on the first floor and is accessible by all unit owners and guests. The association pool is open from Mid-May through Mid-September and is for the use of all Interlaken Owners & Guests. A keycard is required for pool access and is provided in our condo.

Other things to note
Our property is a non-smoking, non-vaping building. We are also not allowed to have pets or any animals, as per our association by-laws. Fines will be accessed and passed on to our guests if these rules are broken. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Geneva Street Getaway is one block from downtown and 2 blocks to the beach!! The unit consists of the entire, private first floor. It has 2 bedrooms (1 king- 1st and 1 queen -2nd) 2 full bathrooms, 2 common areas with sleepers (queens with gel memory foam mattresses), and a kitchenette, to accommodate 8. The décor is tasteful, bright, and airy. Licensed and approved by the city, our comfortable home is within steps of downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, boat rentals, and the beach!

The space
The entire first floor of this home is used exclusively for Airbnb. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart tvs. There is a smart tv and ceiling fans in the dining/common area. The kitchenette does not have a stove but does have a microwave, toaster oven, and a NuWave hot plate for your use. There is also an outdoor Weber gas grill.

Guest access
Guests have the entire first floor of this home to themselves. We try to be on hand for check in. If, for any reason, we cannot, self check-in is available via the electronic keypad. We do respect your privacy, but will be available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have.

Your villa also includes 2 dining areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens. You’ll have everything you need including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Even dish soap is provided for you.

A WASHER/DRYER and iron with ironing board are also provided for your convenience in the unit. You can also enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning or relax at the end of the day with an outdoor dinner and glass of wine on your porch/balcony with a golf course view.

Guests will have full access to all of the amenities Abbey Springs has to offer. Spend time at the private beach, soaking up the sun at the outdoor pool, relaxing at the indoor pool and hot tub, playing tennis, basketball, bocce ball, pickle ball, fishing off the private piers, enjoying the state of the art fitness equipment at the recreation center or playing arcade games in the clubhouse.

There are also three restaurants conveniently located on the resort if you don't feel like cooking in our fully equipped kitchen.

Lost Oak on Center is aptly named after the falling of a mighty oak said to possibly be the oldest in town. This amazing tree fell directly on this property. Luckily, nobody was hurt and the massive stump remains.
