Perched just above Delavan Lake Yacht Club, this home has a shared dock/swimming pier and incredible water views from every window of every room. The five bedrooms, five bathrooms, finished basement and finished attic provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone to unwind, relax and have fun.

The main floor has an open concept family room, dining room and kitchen and is fully-equipped with new appliances, new furniture and a large, flat screen TV. This large space with plenty of seating makes our home perfect for small or large gatherings. There are two king bed master suites and three queen bed bedrooms with luxury mattresses and bedding so you can enjoy maximum comfort during your stay. The attic and large basement/game room are the cherry on top for families with kids, as they provide additional beds to sleep in and more space to spread out and have fun!

With so much to do in Delavan Lake, you can spend your days boating, swimming off the pier, shopping, golfing, lounging on a rocker on our covered porch or kicked back around the fire pit. There are stores, bars and restaurants all within walking distance, and the Delavan Marina is just a three minute drive down the road. The location and size of this home are truly perfect for family getaways, work retreats, trips with friends or holiday celebrations. Adorable ~700 square foot cottage in Cedar Park Estates just steps away from family friendly Browns Lake and private sandy bottom Cedar Park beach, fishing pier and boat launch. Located just ONE hour from the north side of Chicago! The house comfortably sleeps four (one queen and one set of twin bunks) with room for blow up mattresses in bunk bedroom and living area. Beautiful deck and screened porch for entertaining as well as green space for little ones to collect fireflies and frog hunt. A charcoal BBQ and firepit are located just off deck on concrete walk. The kitchen is stocked with necessities to make your meals and eat at home in a dining area with wraparound windows. Smart TV with basic cable, DVD player and internet for your fav viewing (i.e Netflix, Hulu, Amazon). The bathroom has a clean ceramic walk-in shower and a stackable washer and dryer is in the house.

We have raised our two children spending summers at the Cedar Park beach, park and biking the nearby hills and would not change it for anything! This is a great opportunity to have the family relax and spend time together in the water, fishing, walking, playing and just being outside.

Things to bring???

A boat if you have one! You can launch from Cedar Park for $10/day and there is plenty of room to store the boat on the driveway. Browns Lake is an all sports lake. Bring on the skiers!

Paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and sailboats are all welcome and encouraged.

Fishing poles and equipment-There are plenty of eager sunfish, bass (large and small mouth) and walleye to hop on your line from the Cedar Park fishing pier.

Volleyball (sand court @ beach) and basketball, tennis rackets and baseball equipment for Cedar Park playground a few houses down Fischer Drive.

Bikes-The Browns Lake/Burlington area has wonderful topography for a scenic bike ride with children or a challenging workout for road and off-road bikers.

Some things to note:
Yard is not fenced in but it has a partial privacy fence. Guests have access to multiple streaming services to use with their services. Cable is not offered.

To the left of the laundry machines was a former bathroom that is under construction, but will not impede guests from using the washer and dryer.

The home is a bilevel and has about 4 or 5 stairs getting into the home and/or lower area (rec/laundry).

Pets are provided blankets on the couches. However, we ask that they do not lay on the beds if possible. We ask that guests bring an enclosure while they leave their pets in the home.

There is plenty of seating at the table and in the family room area which came in handy on the rainy day so we could gather as a group. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away from busy roads and the lake is literally steps away. The neighbors are all very low key and friendly toward us non-locals. The house is also nicely situated between Delevan and Geneva, we were never more than a 20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go and were close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The house itself was perfect, great property, everything was super clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed from sunscreen to hot sauce! The Wi-Fi, TV, and a/c gave us no problems, and the nespresso was a very nice touch. The patio furniture was very comfortable and had great views of the yard. Speaking of the yard, we brought our four-legged friend and he was very grateful for the fenced in yard, no spots where he could squeeze through the fence and was nice to let him out for quick potty breaks. My only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer!"

3 bedroom, 1.5 bath and sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Beautiful outdoor deck and dining space. 15 steps from the lake and includes a private 120-foot pier, sun deck, and swim ladder!

We are a fully furnished rental.

Ring doorbell disclosure: There is a ring door bell on the first door of the home. The surveillance option is not used at any time during a guests stay and is only used when the hone is unoccupied for extra security.
