The roomy living room features a custom stone wood-burning fireplace, while the kids’ loft area offers books, games, and an extra pull-out sleeper. Ensuring plenty of space for everyone!

Fishing from our dock is for anglers of all ages and skill levels, with opportunities to catch panfish, bass (limited), catfish/carp and northern pike.

Launch your own boat or rent one (Action Marine or H and M Outdoors) at Fischer County Park Boat Launch (small fee) and moor it at our home's large dock/pier. We recommend that boats have engine trim/tilt and biminis that lower to navigate our channel's viaduct and sometimes shallow water.

Lake Activities:
Browns Lake is a fully recreational 400 acre lake, perfect for swimming, year round fishing, and boating. Its clear waters are ideal for all water enthusiasts. Enjoy access to two beaches: a public beach at Fischer Park with a boat launch (less than a 5 minute drive—- $3 cash per person ages 6+) and a private community beach (a short walk away, free), featuring sand-bottom swimming, volleyball, and breathtaking sunsets.

Bedrooms are bright and cozy , tastefully decorated with hand crafted log furniture and accessories, the master suite has a queen size bed and guest bedroom has full size. There are 2 sofa sleepers upstairs in the loft area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and all other kitchen tools needed for your stay. There is plenty of room on the deck to dine outside, or sit back for an evening cocktail. Sit back and watch a movie, play a game with the family, or read a book. We have stocked the house with family friendly movies, games, books and activities that our family enjoys together and we hope you will as well.

We feel it is the little things that matter when you are on vacation and we have tried to cover all the bases. Air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room, wireless internet, linens for all beds and sofa sleepers, backyard garden and fire pit, large deck, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen including coffee, sugar, and most condiments/spices, bath towels, hair dryer... if you think you need it, we probably have it! In addition, the grocery store is located just 3 min away at the end of our street.

It's truly the best of both worlds to be in your own space away from it all and yet close enough to the best this area has to offer! ~Three bedrooms with 100% cotton bedding are spaced throughout the houses, providing privacy for all guests.

~Main bedroom is located off of the family room and features a King sized bed, full length mirror, as well as iron and ironing board.

~French doors open from the kitchen into the cozy queen bedroom which overlooks the wooded backyard.

~At the front of the house you will find a comfortable cedar planked bedroom with 2 twin sized beds.

To help us continue to allow dogs, please utilize the provided sheets to cover furniture and beds if your furry family members will be on furniture. Dog waste must be cleaned up throughout your stay and properly disposed of. If leaving dogs unattended please bring your own crate if needed.

There will be an additional $100 fee if excessive fur is left behind on furniture or if dog waste is not properly disposed of.
