Canoe, Beach and Boat Launch right across the street at Newport Park! This Cabin sits atop a hill about 100 ft from Dells Creek. Water from Lake Delton empties into the Wisconsin River by way of this Creek. You'll have access to 160 ft of Creek frontage to enjoy nature's wildlife and fishing. You'll likely spot an eagle as they like to fish from the Creek. Ducks and geese are plentiful. Deer will likely be spotted at nightfall when they come out to feed and you may see them running and playing very early at daybreak. Next to Newport Park is River's Edge Resort with boat rentals and a fish bait shop. Conveniently grab your minnows and/or night crawlers for your fishing needs! Only remember not to clean fish indoors on sink or tub. Clean fish outdoors. The driveway to the Cabin is narrow and will not accommodate a trailer and boat.

- "We really enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed (plenty of bath towels, kitchen essentials, ect.). The beach across the street is perfect. We spent 5 days total and went to the dells for a few days and the beach the rest of the time. The Dells is a short 5 minute drive to all the attractions. The beach across the street is walking distance and NOT crowded like other beaches. There is also a bar and grill located across the street that we had dinner at. The food was great, but they do get busy at dinner time. We did have a pretty good storm and lost power overnight. Our host was great about contacting us and making sure everything was okay. There was a backup emergency light that was super helpful. Overall a great experience for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 14 and 6). Would definitely stay here again."

This beautiful 6 person stand alone cabin that sits feet away from Lake Delton. This is premier location is centered in the heart of Wisconsin Dells. This property also has many resort amenities including an outdoor heated pool, nightly bonfire, public lakeside pier and free paddle boat, paddle board and kayak rental. Very few stand alone buildings exist on the lake, so book now before its too late. Dont bring the firewood. That's included as well.

The cabin has a perfect screened in porch and is feet from the campfire. One surprise we found was the table is a poker and shnooker table too. Bring cards! We will be back again!"

It’s nestled in ten acres of private wooded property on Lake Delton. A very quiet, peaceful setting. Yet, five minutes away is all Dells attractions. Resort access to all amenities such as Outdoor Heated Pool(only open May thru September), Two Sandy Swimming Beaches, Playground, Off-Property Boat Rentals, and a Picnic Area.

A large, private home has two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room with new hickory hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen has hickory cabinets, dishwasher, oven & built-in microwave with granite counters.

The lower walk-out has a large family room with a 65” tv and a kitchenette. All TVs have Spectrum cable with guide. HBO and Cinemax Included with on Demand Options Which includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, plates & utensils. Family room also has a queen pull-out sofa.

Laundry room with new washer & dryer. Large deck with patio set & gas grill on lower level.

- "Very clean, with many fun activies times nearby, would definitely recommend!" - "We took our 2 (almost 3) year old to the Dells for a quick getaway. The location of this cabin really can’t be beat. It’s within a 5-8 minute drive to almost everything in the Dells area but feels very secluded. The cabin itself is very well appointed, much nicer than the cabins I grew up vacationing in! Host was responsive and friendly. A few things to point out: the bedrooms are on separate levels, which creates two different “living areas” and would be great for multiple couples or teenagers who want their own space; but less so for smaller children, though we made it work without issue. The wifi can be very spotty, as such I wouldn’t count on being able to work remotely from this cabin (I don’t view this as a negative as we came here to unplug, just pointing out for others). The property has observed quiet hours from 9am to 10pm and is overall very quiet, which I appreciated! Overall, I really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again."

The luxury begins when you open the front door and are greeted with a tastefully appointed, open concept, family room and kitchen that has everything you need to feel as though you are being treated to something special during your Wisconsin Dells vacation.

The family room has seating for 5, while the kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 4 more. We provide an LG smart TV so you do not need to miss out on your home entertainment. We do have a YouTube TV subscription for local stations and much more.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. We have all of the basics including pots pans, measuring tools, and utensils. As an added benefit, room service is available from the on-site restaurant - Dawn Manor.

This is a treehouse after all, so we need you to understand the views! There is beautiful natural scenery from every room, but the real special spot is the back deck. The back deck is cantilevered 20 feet over breathtaking views of the natural ravines below. Our guests will enjoy this excellent opportunity to observe nature up close as well as take in a view of Mirror Lake from a unique vantage point. You will enjoy soaking in our 4-person hot tub and relaxing by the gas fire pit on a cool evening.

Master Bedroom - This bedroom is located up a stairwell that wraps around a tree trunk. It has an LG smart TV, a king bed, and an adjacent full bathroom. We provide luxurious bedding to make your stay extra comfortable.

Second Bedroom - Located on the main floor, this bedroom has a queen bed, an LG Smart TV, and is accompanied by an adjoining full bathroom. We provide luxurious bedding and bathrobes for use during your stay. As an added bonus, this bedroom has an exterior door that opens on to our deck (a little oasis in the trees) right next to the hot tub.

o If the hot tub needs serviced during your stay, please notify your host
o If the hot tub does not look healthy (greenish tint, low water, debris) do not use and notify your host
o No jumping in the hot tub
• Parking. Guests may park up to 3 vehicles at this property.
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
• Grilling. Grills are not allowed at the Treehouse Villas due to fire safety.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
• Liability. Villa owner and Management are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Villa owner and Management are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. The space
Canoe, Beach and Boat Launch right across the street at Newport Park! This Cabin sits atop a hill about 100 ft from Dells Creek. Water from Lake Delton empties into the Wisconsin River by way of this Creek. You'll have access to the Creek to enjoy wildlife and fishing. You may spot an Eagle perched high in a tree as they like to fish from the Creek so do remember to "look up". Ducks and Geese come & go. There are Flecker Woodpeckers, Nuthatch birds, Cedar Waxwing birds & Sandhill Cranes. A Beaver made its home in the Creek and swims around usually in the afternoon. The Deer come out at dusk to feed and they move around all night. Sometimes they can be seen playing at daybreak. Next to Newport Park is River's Edge Resort with boat rentals and a fish bait shop. Conveniently grab your minnows and/or night crawlers for your fishing needs! Keep in mind the driveway to the Cabin is narrow and will not accommodate a trailer and boat. Guests enjoy full and private access to the Cabin, wood deck, creek frontage and surrounding grounds within property lot lines. Only the maintenance shed is kept locked and inaccessible.

Other things to note
:> Maximum Occupancy: Going by square footage, the Village of Lake Delton limits maximum occupancy to six (6) guests. Its the law.
:< Netflix is available for guests to sign in. If you find Netflix already signed in on an account that does not belong to you, do not change the Plan, Language nor Maturity settings.
:> Beds: There is a total of five (5) beds. The sofa bed is queen size. The bunk bed is twin on top and full on bottom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The "single bed" is a fold-out chair bed.
:> The Thermostat is remotely controlled but guests can adjust temperature for comfort. You may use either the "auto" or "circulate" fan settings. Do not leave fan "on" for continuous running.

You'll enjoy the serene views of Lake Delton while surrounded by 15 acres of tall pine trees from this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath private cabin. Sip coffee on the wrap-around deck on the early mornings and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the private beaches. You will have access to 2 sandy beaches, a large swimming pool, kids playground, fishing off the docks and volleyball court! The space
This large cabin comfortably accommodates 8 people at over 1800 sq. ft.
The master bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed, ample space and its own 1/2 bathroom. The second bedroom on main level has a queen size bed and lots of space with hallway access to a full bathroom. The spacious lower level bedroom has a twin bunk bed, twin bed, and crib. For additional sleeping space the lower level family room has a sleeper sofa with queen size pull out bed.

On the main level you will love the open concept with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room that walks out to a beautiful wrap around deck. The deck features bench seating, two patio tables with chairs, and a gas grill for your use.

The lower level has a full bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, and family room that walks out to a patio area giving you extra space to accommodate all your family's needs! On the lower level you will also find a ping pong table, plenty of toys for the kiddos, and life jackets of all sizes for everyone.

For entertainment, we have HBO and Cinemax, with cable tv, big ten network, Pac12, Bally Sports, MLB network, and much more.

Guest access
Within Island Pointe guests will have full access to two private beaches, large outdoor heated pool (open 9am - 10pm), horseshoes, volleyball court and playground. The club house at Island Pointe can also be reserved for special occasions.

Other things to note
Bringing a boat or renting a boat? Reserve a spot at the docks for $20, just contact the Island Point Clubhouse to get that set up. There is additional parking for boat trailers and larger vehicles available upon request, just message us for more details.

We have two Kayaks that can be rented for your entire stay and fishing poles that are available for your use. Rivers Edge Bait Shop and Boat rental is a short walk away.
