The guests in the room above us were being incredibly loud during their stay: stomping, fighting, jumping, running, yelling - we talked with the staff and they handled it so that the rest of our stay was peaceful. Except that I asked for a late check out and the latest was 11 am. I was willing to pay a fee if needed to. Perhaps adding that service for the future. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel, but despite what I had envisioned from the reviews this hotel surprised me. Our room furniture and decor was out dated, but extremely clean and spacious. The staff at the desk were extremely helpful and friendly. My 8 yr old daughter knew that we had free tickets to Noah's Ark but didn't want to go because she was preoccupied by the pools and Waterpark. The inside has a nice sized pool, a small and 2 very hot juccuzi. Outside there's another large pool 3 slides. The Waterpark building is separate from other pools but connected to hotel. All pool furniture and grounds are well maintained and clean and comfortable. Hallways and carpet are clean. Pools closes at 10pp. Please don't hesitate to stay here especially if you have kids. Pool pictures on website represent the pool area very accurately. Wish I could upload my pictures, but site won't let me they are too large. THANKS GRAND MARQUIS!!"

The little table for the couch and the design of the bathroom. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices." - "The man at the check in desk was very kind and informative, which made check in a breeze. The room itself felt clean and comfortable as well as the community areas like lobby, kitchen/dining area and the pool. My kids loved the pool. It had fun fountains for the littles and basketball hoops to keep the older one entertained. There is plenty of parking and I loved the market down by the lobby! Lots of snacks and drinks and little one off things you might need. This hotel was central to so many things. We had day passes to Kalahari (which, I didn’t know prior, but they offer discounted tickets if you buy through the hotel. I bought them ahead of time direct through Kalahari’s website). But, you don’t even have to get onto the main road to access Kalahari. Overall loved our 2 night stay and would definitely stay again!"

The rooms are dated and had a musty smell to them. However the manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. Everything in the rooms worked well. The outdoor pool was clean, kids loved playing in it. The motel was safe a quiet. Location was great it was only a five minute drive to anything we wanted to do."

- "There is no cleaning service at all, even if you have to pay for it before we arrived there. Since there was an apartment unit for rent online, we were expecting to stay in an apartment. We reserved online an individual unit - not a motel room. Manager gave us a motel room 😡. We had to deal with really stubborn drinkers, disrespectful and ignorant people there during our stay at night. They were drinking, destroying the property, partying and fighting after midnight every night. When we complained with the manager, she said “call the police”, really? Plus we asked her fir a refund, she said there were no refunds so we had to stay another night in hell! We enjoyed going out all day at Wisconsin Dells, so we did not have to deal with people at the “motel”. We were charged for cleaning service, but they NEVER cleaned our room, rugs were disgusting 🤮, they were not cleaned since our arrival, manager was embarrassed when we approached her to talk about it, but never did. We were not happy staying at that motel. We will never come back, and we strongly do no recommend this place."
