The guests in the room above us were being incredibly loud during their stay: stomping, fighting, jumping, running, yelling - we talked with the staff and they handled it so that the rest of our stay was peaceful. Except that I asked for a late check out and the latest was 11 am. I was willing to pay a fee if needed to. Perhaps adding that service for the future. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel, but despite what I had envisioned from the reviews this hotel surprised me. Our room furniture and decor was out dated, but extremely clean and spacious. The staff at the desk were extremely helpful and friendly. My 8 yr old daughter knew that we had free tickets to Noah's Ark but didn't want to go because she was preoccupied by the pools and Waterpark. The inside has a nice sized pool, a small and 2 very hot juccuzi. Outside there's another large pool 3 slides. The Waterpark building is separate from other pools but connected to hotel. All pool furniture and grounds are well maintained and clean and comfortable. Hallways and carpet are clean. Pools closes at 10pp. Please don't hesitate to stay here especially if you have kids. Pool pictures on website represent the pool area very accurately. Wish I could upload my pictures, but site won't let me they are too large. THANKS GRAND MARQUIS!!"
