Expedia subsequently refused my request to change the booking date, and in fact tried to advise me to cancel and re book a non-refundable room from a support rep who obviously wanted to be rid of me. Communication between Expedia and the hotel was non-existent in this matter. I was stuck holding the bag. Also, the ice machines on all 4 floors were full of black bread mold. It has 160 ft of water frontage with Dells Creek. There is a Beach and Canoe rental shop just in front at Newport Park! Recently remodeled with WIFI in mind, you'll enjoy a modern entertainment center, electric fireplace, reclining sofa, breakfast nook, electric appliances, and newer washer & dryer.

Canoe, Beach and Boat Launch right across the street at Newport Park! This Cabin sits atop a hill about 100 ft from Dells Creek. Water from Lake Delton empties into the Wisconsin River by way of this Creek. You'll have access to 160 ft of Creek frontage to enjoy nature's wildlife and fishing. You'll likely spot an eagle as they like to fish from the Creek. Ducks and geese are plentiful. Deer will likely be spotted at nightfall when they come out to feed and you may see them running and playing very early at daybreak. Next to Newport Park is River's Edge Resort with boat rentals and a fish bait shop. Conveniently grab your minnows and/or night crawlers for your fishing needs! Only remember not to clean fish indoors on sink or tub. Clean fish outdoors. The driveway to the Cabin is narrow and will not accommodate a trailer and boat.

- "We really enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed (plenty of bath towels, kitchen essentials, ect.). The beach across the street is perfect. We spent 5 days total and went to the dells for a few days and the beach the rest of the time. The Dells is a short 5 minute drive to all the attractions. The beach across the street is walking distance and NOT crowded like other beaches. There is also a bar and grill located across the street that we had dinner at. The food was great, but they do get busy at dinner time. We did have a pretty good storm and lost power overnight. Our host was great about contacting us and making sure everything was okay. There was a backup emergency light that was super helpful. Overall a great experience for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 14 and 6). Would definitely stay here again."

You will have the entire condo and it's private porch to yourself. The amenities at Lighthouse Cove are shared with other guests and residents but are never very full. This is a peaceful place to visit in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells.

Lighthouse Cove is a quiet mixed use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekender owners, and rental guests. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the Dells but in a quiet spot on the lake.
RENTAL AGREEMENT

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
6 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years or older unless preapproved by host.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.

• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.

No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

The condo is exactly as pictured and described in the listing and was fully equipped with EVERYTHING! There are an abundance of mirrors in the place, along with 2 bathrooms, which came in very handy for the ladies doing hair, make-up, and dressing for the wedding! :) The condo was very clean and the open concept layout provides lots of room for families. This is a Wyndham Resort Property and as such, the following details and requirements apply:

1) Minimum age of 21 or older in order to check in

2) The resort requires a credit/debit card to be placed on file for incidentals. A deposit hold of $250 will be placed on the credit card upon arrival and will be released within the same week of the check-out date

3) Once booked, in order for you to check in we must assign your name and address as it shows on your photo ID. We will reach out right away once a booking is made to collect this information
- All guests must check-in at the resort's Front Desk upon arrival
- Guests must be 21 years of age, with a valid credit card in their name in order to check-in
- The name provided to Vacation Strategy after booking the reservation, is the name that will be placed on the Guest Confirmation. Only ONE name can be placed on the reservations. That will be the ONLY guest who will be allowed to check-in on the day of arrival. Any name change requests must be made prior to the day of arrival and will incur $120 fees. Be sure to provide us with the guest's name (the one person who will be checking in) exactly as it appears on the government-issued photo ID
- The Front Desk will require a government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in
- Please have a valid credit card with you. A security deposit hold of $250 will be placed on that card (for incidentals and/or room charges)
- Views are never guaranteed
- Daily housekeeping is not provided but may be requested by contacting the Front Desk directly for an additional charge which varies by villa size (directly payable to the resort)
- Parties and events are NOT allowed
- No Pets allowed
- Smoking is not allowed in the room or other areas of the resort, except ONLY at the designated smoking spots located around the resort
- Free Wi-fi is available and the code is provided by the Front Desk during the check-in process
- We can only accommodate a minimum of 3-night stay at this time
- You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund
- No refunds/credits are provided to guests from the resort nor Vacation Strategy LLC in the situation of removal from the property. The reservation will be considered null and void. This beautiful 6 person stand alone cabin that sits feet away from Lake Delton. This is premier location is centered in the heart of Wisconsin Dells. This property also has many resort amenities including an outdoor heated pool, nightly bonfire, public lakeside pier and free paddle boat, paddle board and kayak rental. Very few stand alone buildings exist on the lake, so book now before its too late. Dont bring the firewood. That's included as well.
