You will have the entire condo and it's private porch to yourself. The amenities at Lighthouse Cove are shared with other guests and residents but are never very full. This is a peaceful place to visit in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells.

Lighthouse Cove is a quiet mixed use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekender owners, and rental guests. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the Dells but in a quiet spot on the lake.
RENTAL AGREEMENT

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
6 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years or older unless preapproved by host.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.

• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.

No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

- "Our family of 5 adults and 1 infant stayed at this beautiful condo this past weekend while attending a friend's wedding in the area. The condo is exactly as pictured and described in the listing and was fully equipped with EVERYTHING! There are an abundance of mirrors in the place, along with 2 bathrooms, which came in very handy for the ladies doing hair, make-up, and dressing for the wedding! :) The condo was very clean and the open concept layout provides lots of room for families. Chris, our host, was quick to respond to us when we noticed an issue with the air conditioning not cooling properly, and he arranged for it to be fixed promptly. - "Enjoyed this property very much! Everything was new—we had to take the plastic off the pull out mattress and tags off the bath towels! Pretty sure we were the first guests to use the air fryer and they still have brand new steak knives and pans! There was a bit on confusion with the beds (the listing was not accurate) but great communication any time we had any questions or concerns. The unit also listed a hair dryer but unfortunately it only had a “European” plug flat iron. But good communication and everything was clean and the carpet was so soft!"

- "I’m sure the room was nice at one point. It now needs updating. It’s musty smelling and moldy in the bathroom. In room jacuzzi is not in working order and it didn’t even have a stopper. Considering the nightly price of the room I would’ve expected it to be much nicer. Definitely a disappointment on our anniversary celebration."

We asked the host for a refund when we got there and he emailed me back saying vrbo wouldn't let him according to the rules and to get ahold of them. There were crumbs on the floor, hairs on the sheets, and the bathroom sink was dirty. Isabella was a Rockstar though and tried her best."

Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out.

The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours.

Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations.

A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file.

Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation.

Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted.

Resort Stay LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests can purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation. Reservations are transferable for $99.

I am a Wyndham timeshare owner. I rent out to some rooms each year. Rooms include wristbands to the water parks. There are three indoor water parks and four outdoor water parks in the summer. Sometimes in the winter there is sledding hill.

This is a beautiful resort with many wonderful amenities which makes it perfect for a couples getaway, family vacation or a friends trip! There are several family fun activities including waterparks and arcades. The waterpark passes ARE included in your stay. There are also nearby attractions including hiking, wildlife parks, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping outlets and much more. This beautiful property is perfect for a family's summer vacation or a winter ladies' getaway to Sundara. Golfers are just one mile to Wild Rock! There is a wide path for walking or biking that passes by this property for you early morning exercise people.
