A calming private apartment in the heart the historic business district, located on Washington Ave just steps to a variety of local restaurants, small shops, wineries, breweries, parks...yet set back for those quiet moments when you need a timeout. The 2 br apartment is situated above a private 3 car garage accessed by a full set of stairs, loaded with everything you need for a 5 star stay whether it's for 1 night, a week, or more. A living room to hang out in and a full kitchen to either heat up your leftovers from a restaurant, or make a quick meal before heading out to explore more is a better value compared to a 1 room bnb. Choice linens and varied pillows for a great night sleep. We DO NOT charge a cleaning fee and we just ask for you to do a couple of things before you check(no cleaning)out. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals for my family. The living room had two cozy sofas with soft / fluffy blankets. The beds were extremely comfortable. The outdoor seating was a nice touch. There were fresh flowers in the rooms, unicorn sheets for my daughters and a solar system night light. The owner when out of her way to make us feel welcome and was very responsive. The town was a slice of heaven. Great shops and restaurants. Within a 5-minute walk we found a toy store, candy shop, and ice cream place next to each other. We also found a great playground at Cedar Creek Park. We would definitely stay here again."

I have had some requests for therapy dogs to stay . For allergy reasons if a therapy dog stays I would request that it doesn't go on any furniture or carpeting. Also there is not any convenient grassy area so you would have to walk at least a block for the dog to relieve itself.

When you arrive your vehicle will be parked right next to your door. Walk through the entrance with a keyless entry code, up 3 steps and to the left will be your door to the kitchen. The walk-through pantry with full bath to the left will lead you through the dining room and into the living room. This one bedroom flat sits behind the french doors with a queen bed. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate in the enclosed front porch while cozied up in a blanket during the cold weather months.

Our outdoor patio offers you a quaint place to sit at night with a small bonfire and enjoy the night's music whether it is chilly or wonderfully warm. You will be able to set out your private tailgate party for 2 with our old International there for you to drop the tailgate!

There is NO cleaning fee, but we do ask that you do just a few things before you check out in order to avoid and additional cleaning fee of $75. We ask to have the beds stripped, soiled linens, towels placed on the bathroom floor, the refrigerator cleaned of anything that you may have brought with you, any dirtied dishes place in the dishwasher and started and the trash taken out as house cleaning may not get to clean it for a couple of days.

This beautiful 3 bedroom lodging is located above "Sierzant" wIne bar and within walking distance to downtown Cedarburg, Summer Sounds, annual Country in the 'Burg, Cultural Center, and so much more. Custom woodwork throughout, massive amounts of natural light, and thoughtful decor create an above average experience. We have paid careful attention to amenities and comfort ensuring a fantastic stay!
The space
The entrance to the lodging is located to the back of the wine bar with 4 parking spaces. The door to enter the space itself is at the side of the building. As you enter from the stairs you will be greeted by both bedrooms. The hallway connects the open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room. Within the hallway you will find the laundry area and main full bathroom. Half bath is located off of the spacious living room. The sliding glass doors open to our balcony which overlooks Sietzant's patio and beautiful mature trees. The loft holds 3 full size beds, a lounge chair, and an old school arcade with 481 games!

The entire upstairs is yours to use and is private only to guests. If you would like to visit Sierzant you must enter through their main entrance, accessible through the wooden gate to the left of the Cedar Creek Loft door marked with a red sign "BAR".
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that this lodging is located above a bar. Although Sierzant is a low key wine bar that plays wine bar music the loft does get some carryover noise. Please view them online to check out their hours of operation and decide if this spot is right for you. There are several stairs to enter and a landing between the 2 short flights. Hand rails are sturdy and the stairwell is well-lit. We have a smart lock system for the outside entrance of the loft and the lodging itself at the top of the stairs. We and Sierzant ask that glassware and drinks stay in their home. Please do not bring beverages from the loft to Sierzant patio or bar and vice versa. We have rules to abide by and we want to be good neighbors to the homes around us and be professional Cedarburg business owners. We do not allow parties (outside of the approved reserved guests) or events. The space sleeps 7 adults comfortably or 4 adults and 6 children. The lofted area holding 3 full sized beds are appropriate for 1 adult each. If you have any questions about these details please do not hesitate to ask!
