Lighthouse Cove is a quiet mixed use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekender owners, and rental guests. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the Dells but in a quiet spot on the lake.
RENTAL AGREEMENT

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
6 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years or older unless preapproved by host.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.

• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.

No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

The condo is exactly as pictured and described in the listing and was fully equipped with EVERYTHING! There are an abundance of mirrors in the place, along with 2 bathrooms, which came in very handy for the ladies doing hair, make-up, and dressing for the wedding! :) The condo was very clean and the open concept layout provides lots of room for families. Sunset has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can very comfortably sleep 6 people. The master bedroom has a nice king-sized bed, large closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and bunk bed, a nice closet, and is right next to the other bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a bath, making it perfect for families with little ones.

Kitchen
The living space is perfect to relax in after a long day of adventure in the Dells! There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in the open concept area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and modern appliances you may need to make a delicious meal.

Living Room
The living room has a sectional couch and a recliner where your group is able to spread out. The TV is connected with cable and you can log into any of your streaming services. There is a Blu-ray player and a good selection of movies, but feel free to bring some of your favorites! Board games, cards, and books are on the TV center. Do not forget to play the arcade game that will take you down memory lane, with classics such as PacMan and Donkey Kong!

The laundry room is accessible in the apartment. Equipped with front load washer and dryer with a utility sink in the room. We do not supply laundry detergent, so please remember to bring your own!

Patio
Our patio is located at the top of the stairs when you first enter the building. We have 2 tables where you can hang out enjoy the beautiful weather. The patio is shared with our other apartment, but do not worry the space is definitely big enough! Parking There is one stall available onsite and it is also covered. Vehicle information will be requested for parking onsite. Any additional cars will need to find parking elsewhere. There are a handful of city parking lots located with close proximity.

This freshly updated lower duplex unit is ready to impress! This apartment has two bedrooms and one full bath. Located in downtown Portage, just 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells and easy access to the interstate. Cascade mountain just a few minutes away. Lots of natural light and calming color palette will welcome you to relax. There is a driveway for off-street parking for one car and more street parking available. Everything you need for a comfortable stay! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. There is a private outside entrance and keypad door lock for access. (Look for the purple door at the front of the house)

Located in the heart of downtown Wisconsin Dells, Sunrise @ DooHickey's is a beautiful apartment that will cover all of your needs while visiting the water park capital of the world! It's located within walking distance of restaurants, gift shops, entertainment, and the Wisconsin River. The apartment is brand new and filled with everything you could possibly need for your stay!

Bedrooms
Sunrise has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can very comfortably sleep 6 people. The master bedroom has a nice king-sized bed, large closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and bunk bed, a nice closet, and is right next to the other bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a bath, making it perfect for families with little ones.

Kitchen
The living space is perfect to relax in after a long day of adventure in the Dells! There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in the open concept area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and modern appliances you may need to make a delicious meal.

Living Room
The living room has a sectional couch and a recliner where your group is able to spread out. The TV is connected with cable and you can log into any of your streaming services. There is a Blu-ray player and a good selection of movies, but feel free to bring some of your favorites! Board games, cards, and books are on the TV center. Do not forget to play the arcade game that will take you down memory lane, with classics such as PacMan and Donkey Kong!

Laundry Room
The laundry room is accessible in the apartment. Equipped with front load washer and dryer with a utility sink in the room. We do not supply laundry detergent, so please remember to bring your own!

Patio
Our patio is located at the top of the stairs when you first enter the building. We have 2 tables where you can hang out enjoy the beautiful weather. The patio is shared with our other apartment, but do not worry the space is definitely big enough! Parking There is one stall available onsite and it is also covered. Vehicle information will be requested for parking onsite. Any additional cars will need to find parking elsewhere. There are a handful of city parking lots located with close proximity.

Other Things to Note:
Used to be called Fairview Motel and there is no manager onsite for the property. All access is done via smart locks on each private entrance. Parking is available onsite in the lot provided for one vehicle per unit. There will be light construction during the week as we update the property. Please note pets are welcomed at this property, but if your pet causes any disturbance you will be issued a verbal warning. If disturbance continues you will be asked to leave the property. Pet fees are in place because we do not have an additional cleaning fee for pet friendly stays. This fee covers our cleaning teams time for additional cleaning needed from our fury friends.

Guest is responsible to bring their own coffee - maker takes traditional coffee grounds and has a built in filter.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
