Well maintained dishes and utensils which can sometimes be hard to find in rentals. It was a hike to get to the waterparks, but still enjoyable and they offer shuttles. The staff was super sweet and answered all our questions. The property owner was quick to respond to any messages sent. The rental included park passes. Problem: none of the indoor activities were opened (this was disclosed on the Mt. Olympus website) however, half the outdoor water slides were also closed. This information was not shared with us. Due to the large amount of attractions not being available, the lines for the small amount that was available were very long. Pools were crowded."

- "The condo was leaps and bounds above what the hotel offered and for a lower price. We had family staying in the hotel’s condos and we all spent the majority of the time at ours. It was also closer to the skybridge/waterparks which was an added benefit. Check in was also much quicker than the hotel side. The Wyndham staff was very accommodating and helpful when we arrived. - "We stayed in the Club Wyndham (time-share owned unit) for just about a week. Upon entering the unit, the entire family was shocked at the space we had (we got the 3 bedroom unit with 2 full baths) for just our family of 5. Even our 2 year old son got his own room too which was great. After getting into the unit, we noticed it wasn't super clean at all - I found used Q-tip's and other pieces of garbage behind both bathroom doors, the corners of the bathroom floors and other garbage around the unit in the mostly the corners. Outside of that, the place did have a musky smell so we ran the fan of the A/C unit all the time to try to circulate the air in the unit which did help. The beds were fairly comfortable and the pillows were actually great. The 'gross' part was when I had to look under the bed in my son's room (since he kicked one of his toys under it) and there was so much dust garbage personal items (socks, dirty cups, etc..) left from prior folks. I then took a look at all of the other beds and I found the same. After that everything sort of grossed us out. If any feedback from this is to get back to the cleaning crew, you need to at least look under the beds when guests leave and try to vacuum under them at least once a month.Outside of the room, the location was pretty good. Everything is walk-able (thankfully since the weather wasn't cooperating most of the time) so that was highly convienent. "

Specifics: We do our best to keep the Cottage as clean as possible, However, being situated in a Wooded setting, it is unavoidable that Polen, Dust or other Allergens may enter the Cottage. As such, we now have a Brand New HEPA Filtration Unit which Captures 99.97% of airborne pollutants and allergens as small as 0.3 microns. The space
Welcome to our expansive 2-bedroom deluxe suite at Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds, accommodating up to eight guests. The separate living area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare meals quickly. Enjoy your meals in the dining area that seats six. The suite also offers a private balcony or patio, providing a serene, relaxing space. Additional amenities include flat-screen televisions, complimentary Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and air conditioning.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the suite and the resort's amenities, including indoor and outdoor water parks, mini golf, a fitness center, and multiple on-site dining options. The resort also offers a game room, barbecue area, and complimentary shuttle service within the Wilderness Territory for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking are available.

Other things to note
Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in.

At check-in, a valid government-issued ID and a major credit card matching the primary guest's name are required. A $250 security deposit per reservation is due at check-in and will be released upon check-out; it may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.

Children 17 years or under stay free with a paying adult when using existing bedding, not to exceed the room's maximum occupancy. Bedding configurations vary and are not guaranteed; don't hesitate to contact the front desk to request a specific configuration.

Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited within resort buildings; designated smoking areas are available. Violations of the smoking policy will incur a fee.

Special requests are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges. Late check-outs may be available for a fee, subject to room availability and occupancy levels; please ask the front desk 24 hours before departure.

The property has air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort. However, as you know, on-site parking is limited and cannot accommodate large vehicles, boats, RVs, or trailers.

The resort may charge your credit card for any violations of its rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, smoking and pet policies and damages caused by you or your guests. Violations may result in additional fines and penalties, including removal from the premises without a refund.

To finalize your reservation, please provide the guest's name, address, phone number, and email within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
