This villa; Is rented on a 1st Come 1st Served Basis and we are not HANDICAP or WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE and we do not have a HOT TUB. It is fully furnished and located at 474 Overlook Ct within walking distance of 3 Bears Resort and Jelly Stone Campground; located high on a quiet Cul-de-Sac, minimal traffic, covered deck w/beautiful view overlooking the Black River Falls Forest. Vaulted ceilings, full kitchen w/central HVAC, full bath downstairs and 1.5 bath upstairs, Internet, Wi-Fi, 55" Flatscreen TV in the living room each bedroom has a 40" Flat Screen all TV's are ROKU , washer & dryer. Outdoor fire pit w/grill and picnic table.

PARKING: Parking is allowed on the street only! Do not park vehicle(s) in or on adjacent property owners yards. They are highly sensitive to persons parking on their grass and in their yards. Privately owned GOLF CARTS are not allowed on 3 Bears Resort Property.
The unit sleeps 8 adults and 4 children comfortably and can accommodate up to 12 persons. Beds: 2 Queen Beds downstairs, 4 Twin Beds upstairs, 1 Sofa Bed, two fold out futon chairs.

3 Bears Water Park Swimming Facility is now open to non-guests. The fee is $20.00 weekdays and $40.00 weekends per person; children under 3 is free. They do not rent golf carts. I do not know if mini golf is included in the fees. Jelly Stone Campground Swimming Facility is open. Fees are: weekdays:$17.50 per person and weekends $25.00 per person. They also do not rent golf carts to non-guests of the campground. (Prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE).

I do recommend you look into the Wazee Lake Recreation Park east of Black River Falls, their fees are $5.00 per car load. The park is 35 minutes north of Warrens. Take I-94 W to Exit 116 then Wi-54 East. Wazee Lake offers beaches, swimming, canoeing, volleyball, biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter at a reasonable price for the family. There is also Lake Tomah in the town of Tomah just 8 miles to the west of Warrens.

Dont forget to bring your snowmobile’s, ATVs /UTVS or rent one of ours because there are miles and miles of trails right out the door. The Black River Falls state park is just up the road. Season goes from May15th-October 15th.

The downstairs bedrooms are furnished with queen-size memory foam mattresses, assortment of pillows with different firmness, and soft bamboo sheets so you can hibernate just like a bear. In the upstairs loft you will find two triple sets of twin bed bunkbeds also with memory foam mattresses. The optimal number of guests would be 1-10 people. You can accommodate more if you were to use the sofa bed.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook the family a home cooked meal! There is a charcoal grill for your use off the back deck, but you will need to provide the charcoal and lighter fluid. We have also included a coffee/tea station for those caffeine lovers.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to highspeed internet capable of handling all your devices and small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, TP, and more.

Camping in comfort! 240 sq ft cabin near the heart of Black River Falls, close to state/county parks, ATV trails, class A trout streams, and canoeing. Access to 40 acres of groomed trails for horses, XC skiing, or hiking. Primitive cabin, but we do have a TV, toaster, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is no plumbing in the cabin, but there is a detached bathhouse with flush toilet. We provide a container to bring water into the cabin from an outdoor hydrant. Enjoy a campfire!

The space
This is an old summer kitchen that we renovated in 2020. There's a photo of the original building in the cabin. It's not big, but it's clean and cute! We have a no pet policy, but we love dogs-- so if your furbaby is well-behaved we can be convinced.... The bathhouse is complete, so the porta potty is a thing of the past!

Guest access
You can drive right up to the cabin's porch. There are other campsites on the property, but I will notify you if they are occupied when you make your reservation.

Welcome to our charming cabin in Warrens, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac near Three Bears Resort, Jellystone Park, and the famous Cranberry Festival held every September. Explore the near by ATV trails, hunting, hiking, and fishing. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped cabin that can accommodate your needs. Enjoy beautiful views on the balcony, shared outdoor area with grill and fire pit, Smart TV, WiFi, private entrance and 2 parking spaces. A perfect retreat for all seasons!

The space
This lower unit offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a versatile futon couch, accommodating up to 6 guests with 3 beds (1 bedroom (2 queen, 2 twins). The unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals.

Guest access
Guests can access the shared patio and fire pit area to enjoy a night by the fire, as well as make use of the gas grill (gas not included). You'll have a great view of nature to savor while sipping drinks and feeling the warmth of the fire.

Stunning 92 acre property. Fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, birding, campfires all in an atmosphere of the great outdoors. Spacious bedroom overlooks acres of wooded scenery and landscapes of the rolling hills of Western Wisconsin. Owners home is located approx. 200 ft from cabin. A 2.5 car garage separates buildings.
Second Airbnb is located approximately 200 feet from Cabin however no shared areas and completely private and separate from each other.

The space
The cabin has amenities including: small but full kitchen, thermostat controlled gas fireplace, air-conditioning, 2 deck areas, gas/charcoal grill, satellite TV, free wifi and hot tub outside off of lower deck.
The peacefulness of the outdoors and the large windows to view makes the cabin inviting. The cabin was a former old granary renovated to become a charming, cozy cabin. Not uncommon to step out onto one of two decks (upper and lower), to see up close or to touch one of the friendly visitors that are known as our beloved pets which happens to be horses!
Fire wood bundles are available for a fee. We supply fire starters/lighter fluid for camp fires in the evening.

Guest access
Guests will have access to pond located on property walking distance from cabin. A dock, paddleboat, fishing, swimming or just sitting on one of the benches is available for guests. Guests can hike in designated areas. Guests have access to a spacious patio area to enjoy a campfire. There also hiking trails on property for guests.

Other things to note
The cabin is a perfect getaway for couples however, we welcome up to 5 guests total. Children ages 2 and older are allowed to stay, however must comply to guidelines of host. Adults and children 2 and older will be charged $30 daily rate after the base rate for 2 adults is met. Children under 2 are not charged.
An additional $60 cash pet fee at check in will be charged for per pet. Second pet, if accepted by host, is an additional $60. Pet fee is based on per stay/reservation. No more than 2 pets are traveling with you will be accepted based on hosts discretion. Host will accept what pets are allowable.
If guests would be interested in bringing a horse(s) we have trails throughout our property and would be acceptable in addition to pets in house. Pasture space and water is provided during the warmer seasons. Winter season may be allowable under host discretion.

The space
The cabin is among a community of similar cabins, most privately owned. And some are also AirBnbs. The cabin has a loft with 3 twin beds and one queen bed and a queen mattress on the floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunkbed and a twin bed.
There are 2 full bathrooms. There is plenty of dishes, pot, pans, silverware for large family meals. There is also a blender and a crockpot.

In the shed there is a propane grill, lawn chairs, portable fire pit, table and a picnic table outside.

There is an outside swimming hole in front of 3 bears that my kids swim in all of the time, with a dock to jump off of (with adult supervision). There is also a volleyball court at 3 bears that is open to the public and You can also play mini golf, you just need to go into the resort and pay.

Their is also McMullen Memorial County Park about 2 miles from the cabin with playgrounds, walking trails, swimming beach, kayak rentals, fishing pier and boat launch (during warm weather)

One issue is there is only room for 2 vehicles to park in front of the cabin but there is more parking at the bottom of the hill in the parking spots available or the parking ramp or even on the opposite side of the road the cabin is on.

Robinson Creek runs along the back of the property below a stunning rock face. The sandy shore is the perfect place to relax. The home sits on a 2.5 acre wooded lot filled with aromatic evergreens.

The cabin is ideal for couples looking for a cozy quiet retreat, and there's also plenty of sleeping space for families or groups to make many happy memories.

The space
The main floor features a unique Malm fireplace for keeping warm and cozy. When you get the fire going the flames swirl and give off plenty of radiant heat. There's plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the view through the big picture windows, play board games, or relax with a movie.

The cabin can comfortably accommodate couples or large groups, with enough space to sleep 12 guests. The large upstairs bedroom can sleep 8 and the downstairs entertaining space converts to a bedroom at night with a murphy bed and pullout couch.

It has a large, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator / freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, and toaster. It has one small bathroom with a shower and tub that was recently renovated. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom closet.

There are stairs leading up to the spacious 2nd floor bedroom. If you or your children struggle with stairs, be aware these are on the steep and narrow side. There is a bunk bed, trundle bed, two twin extra long beds, and a queen bed. There is also a desk upstairs for writing and reading.

The entire space is pet-friendly! All we ask is that you clean up their messes outside and put down a blanket if they'll be on the couch.

Outdoors, there is a small deck and patio encircled by a garden. During the spring and summer months, you can see and hear plenty of hummingbirds, butterflies, and other wildlife.

Since this is a cabin in the woods, mice will try to sneak in, particularly in the cooler months. We have a pest control service visit monthly and the cleaning service checks the traps when they visit, but you may find one in a trap. If you see them, let us know.

We are in the process of fixing the outdoor gazebo and updating one or two fixtures that do not work, but there is plenty of light (including floodlights outside) and the cabin glows at night.

Guests can make use of any space on the property, with the exception of the garage and upstairs kneewalls, which we are using for personal storage.

You can check in whenever you like on your day of arrival after 3 p.m. - there is a keypad lock on the front door.

Check out is typically noon., but we can be flexible if you need something else for your schedule.

There may not be cell coverage at the cabin, but we have a landline for emergencies.

There is no hunting on the property, and please respect our neighbors by not hunting on private land. There are thousands of acres of state and county land that offer amazing hunting opportunities close by.

The space
Our "Yogi-Lodge 905 Unit" sleeps 14 (has 2 queen beds/2 baths/large upper loft with 4 twins and 1 queen) allowing the ability to accommodate large groups of family and friends, with a cozy natural gas fireplace. The "Lodge 905 unit" also has adjoining doors that can be opened on either side allowing access into the "Villa units." Rent Yogi-Villas 903 or 907 on either side of Lodge-905 for a total party capacity of up to 26-38 people!

Golf carts and 2-up ATV rentals now available!! First come, first serve.

The end units "Yogi Cabin 901 & 909" have private decks off the side with no adjoining walls but can sleep 12 each. Multiple picnic tables and fire pits available for use by all guests. Laundry also available. Each cabin also comes fully stocked with bedding, towels, and kitchen supplies. A coffee maker is provided along with complimentary coffee, filters, creamer, and sugar. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash are stocked in each shower.

Each cabin has a private deck with towering pines with an adjacent paved walking trail and a view of a nearby pond in the distance. Wi-Fi and streaming TV will be available.

For any last minute necessities, Tomah is the nearest town just 1 exit (about 10 miles) away.

Welcome to the Halls Creek Retreat Cabin!
Located near the appealing Halls Creek, this beautiful, handcrafted log cabin on two acres features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining, and living areas. There's direct access to ATV/UTV and snowmobiling trails right from the driveway. Also, nearby is Lake Arbutus, many hiking/bike trails, paddling creeks, and several thousand acres of public hunting land, which makes this location top notch for whatever you plan to do. Your relaxing stay awaits!

The space
This cabin is located on a two-acre setting, which is secluded and private. During your stay you'll be able to enjoy the scenery and see countless wildlife. There is plenty of parking for everyone at the property, whether you have trucks with trailers or several cars. You are free to utilize the garage however you wish. The exterior features include a back patio area, which is spacious for grilling your favorite meal on the charcoal grill provided, and a front porch perfect for relaxing in the comfy chairs. Also, off to the side of the cabin there is a fire ring with several chairs for everyone to enjoy s'mores and campfire stories. Firewood will be provided as a courtesy to you. Inside the cabin, there is a dining area and a full kitchen equipped with all your basic cooking/baking needs. The open floor welcomes you with a brightness throughout the main level. As you walk through the dining area, you'll enter the living room featuring a 70-inch flat screen smart TV, a couch (folds out into a bed), recliner, and air mattress with a pump for you to use if needed. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and features 1 queen bed, while bedroom 2 is upstairs and features 2 queen beds. The cabin has two full bathrooms. Bathroom 1 is located on ground floor, while bathroom 2 is located upstairs and features a jacuzzi tub and is a great way to relax at the end of the day. Depending on the time of year you are staying, the cabin is equipped with in floor heat, space heaters, air conditioners, and ceiling fans throughout to keep you comfortable year around. Once you arrive, free Wi-Fi, linens/towels, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and firewood are all complementary with your stay. The property is located on a quiet country road, but close to both Hatfield, Merrillan, and Black River Falls.
