- "Very lovely house! Has all the basics. Used the two kayaks and the fire pit. Great location. Close to Minocqua and bike trails. Very private property. Manager was very quick to respond to questions. Would go back!" - "I was totally happy with the cottage. It was very clean and modern. Great location on lake front and everything was there. Would have been nice to have an anchor and rope for the rowboat but I did not use it due to windy days. I did notice that one of the queen bedrooms did not have a ceiling fan and I believe you will need this in the summer. This cottage is not air-conditioned so I would not be using it in the heat of the summer. I am sure the lake would help cool it but I don't like humidity. The TV does have Roku which is nice. I would have liked live channels but you do have the ability to hook up a streaming device of your own. In all, the cottage was very very nice and I enjoyed my peaceful stay at this place. The host was very responsive and helpful to me when I had a question or two. You won't be disappointed with this place and it is extremely quiet and separated by the many pines to the houses on each side of you. You have a lot of room in the cottage and it has a separate long room with a lot of space and excelllent view of the lake. "

This Cabin is Formally the original owners home of" Sunset Ridge resort", built at the prime location on the shoreline that they wanted back in the 1950's Lakefront home/cabin will accommodate 8 people with three bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include four full size beds . Bedrooms feature closets and nice sized windows.

Cabin has a freshly renovated bathroom with a vanity and full size shower over tub. This generous floor plan includes an efficient kitchen (with stove and refrigerator), living room with fireplace, and large dining area. New flooring throughout cabin, Attached screen porch with wood cathedral ceiling acts as an additional family room. An extra enclosed porch/sun-room overlooks the lake and connects to your own private deck. A free-standing charcoal grill is available for guest use off the deck. This clear water two lake chain (connecting to Gunlock Lake) has approximately 1,000 acres with an island and many bays. This is one of the best lakes for water quality in Oneida county. Fishing is excellent for the musky, northern pike, walleye, bass, crappies, bluegills, and sunfish. The cottage is about 75 feet from the shoreline, so bring your reading materials and/or just relax & refresh yourself. The star-filled night skies are brilliant and inspiring. Take a refreshing dip in the lake or canoe/kayak along the shorelines. A row boat, a paddleboat, and a canoe are available for guest use upon request. Horseshoe pit and basketball hoop on property.

The resort is only 5 miles from downtown Minocqua, 10 miles to casino, near lots of hiking trails, and right down the road from the wilderness wildlife zoo.

Sunset Bay is a family resort resting in a quiet bay on Lake Minocqua - right off Hwy. 51 (some highway noise) and just one-mile south from downtown Minocqua. The convenient location means you are only a short distance from hiking and biking trails, tennis, golf, horseback riding, shopping and fine dining.

The resort features a swimming beach, swim raft, fish cleaning house and plenty of dock space to park your boat (boat rental not included) and trailer for the duration of your stay. The famous Minocqua chain of four lakes is a fisherman's paradise teeming with a variety of fish such as Musky, Walleye, Bass, Northern Pike and panfish.

Please note that that this unit is not air-conditioned (window air conditions are not allowed) but equipped with ceiling, table fans and windows.

We do not offer boat rentals, but rentals are available in town. There is not a boat launch on premises, the closest launch is located in town by the Minocqua library.

Lakeside Cottage. Very private on a no wake and no public boat landing lake. It has been in the family for 45yrs! Fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath upstairs. Downstairs is studio like with 1 bed and a pull out couch. All the bells and whistles including fast wifi, smart tv's or fire sticks in all bedrooms (sorry, no cable/satellite) and (live TV through streaming only.) 3 dvd players, board games, toys for little children and foosball. All included with your stay, we have 3 kayaks, a canoe, and small pontoon with electric motor and plenty of life jackets. We have a play area with swing set. 2 gas stoves and 1 wood burning stove! Central air, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Screened in porch area for rainy days. Linens and all utensils and pots and pans included. Blackstone, Charcoal and gas grills, 3 hammocks, fire pit with free wood, and plenty of camping and lounge chairs! 2 bedrooms on main floor each bedroom with a queen bed. The downstairs has a double and pull out couch. It is studio like and has a small refrigerator as well. We also have a Pac N Play crib with bedding and a small loft for children as well. The kids love the loft!

Our cabin/lakehouse sits on a small point. The views are almost panoramic even from inside looking out the windows. Breathtaking we are told!

Fall and winter 3 night min.. Over 6 people $50 extra per day per person. On private Lucy Lake. This is not a "party house." It is our pride and joy! Please be respectful. There is no boat landing. Dogs will be considered for $150 per stay per dog.

🌟Enjoy the summer on Crescent Lake in Minocqua! Crescent lake is a beautiful 20 acre lake with crystal clear water and sandy bottom thru much of the lake. We have nice easy access to the water and a shallow sandy bottom around the dock. Perfect for kids and families to enjoy. We provide a swim raft with slide, 2 kayaks, paddle board and a paddle board. As well as a variety of indoor and outdoor yard games! Fish are plentiful and easily caught right from the dock. 🎣

🏝️The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. Its a nice a cozy room that offers a closet and dresser for all your belongings.

🏖️Bedroom 3 (The bunk room) has 2 twin bunk beds. The red beds have memory foam mattresses, and the blue ones are pillow top so you can pick which mattresses is most comfortable for you. The closet stores lots of kids games and activities. The closet has plenty of storage for your belongings. The chest is a beautiful decoration for the room.

⭐️The basement bathroom also has a full tub and shower. Complementary shampoo and conditioner also provided. All towels are provided behind the door.

💧 The laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use. Laundry soap is provided. An iron and ironing board can be found in this room.
In the garage you'll find all the outdoor activities. Gas BBQ grill, yard games, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board and 2 pairs of snow shoes are provided. In the yard you'll find horse shoe pits and a large campfire pit.

🔥 Enjoy dinner on the brand new deck over looking the lake. Enjoy a S’more around the fire pit with firewood provided. Play corn hole, ball toss, or horse shoes. Relax in the hammock while listening to the loons and watching the eagles.

- "This home is located amazingly on Blue Lake. I was so impressed with the outside spaces we could use to enjoy the lake. There was a wonderful deck with comfy seating, a dock with a rowboat and a hammock. So relaxing! The home, while small, was cute and served all our needs. We look forward to staying here again!" - "We came to Wisconsin to see the Packers play, decided at the last minute to drive on up to Minoqua for remainder of the week. This property was in a very nice location, close to everything. Very pleasantly surprised about the proximity to bicycle trails. Property was extremely clean and nice. Only things we would suggest are that curtains be added to the windows and maybe instead of the two side chairs you add a small loveseat. The chairs were not very comfortable for relaxing. That is on us, as we did not notice in the pictures that there was no couch. Also had issues connecting to the internet, but we get that being in a secluded area in the Northwoods. We would also suggest adding some life preservers in the row boat. If these few improvements could be made this would be an excellent get away cottage. The lake was beautiful! Thanks Vrbo!"

The short wooded path to the lake maintains privacy for the home and keeps the "up-north" feel. Once at the lake, enjoy the sandy bottom, gradual entry into the water.....perfect for children or lounging in your chair.

The Space: The main floor offers an open floor plan with double patio doors off the living room leading to the expansive deck area. There are two upstairs bedrooms with fabulous northwoods decor. The finished basement offers a custom bar area in the rec room (complete SMART TV and board games). Additionally, there is a third bedroom with two full sized beds plus a bonus room (perfect for air mattresses)!

The outside space-Our tree lined driveway welcomes you to the northwoods and perfectly sets the scene for a relaxing time. The open lakeside yard is perfect for yard games and enjoying the sun. The paved fire pit area is the perfect space to enjoy an evening fire. Fish right from the dock on this NO PUBLIC access lake. Lots of pan fish, northern and musky to be caught.

The four-wheeler and snowmobile trail are nearby, and our driveway has plenty of space to park a trailer! The Minocqua Winter Park is about 10 minutes away too!

Forgot something at home??!! No worries, Walmart, Triggs and the town of Minocqua are a short 10 minute ride.

Perfect location, walking distance to town, easy for boat rental. There is a great supper club downstairs with a friendly staff (btw: noise from the restaurant is not an issue at all)The property is clean and so unique. The beds are crazy comfortable, bunk room in great condition with lockers and vanity mirrors, showers and bathrooms in perfect shape. There is a huge bar to sit at, and a full kitchen with every appliance you can possibly imagine (including waffle maker, coffee machine, cereal bar, huge fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, etc etc). The kids loved the arcade games, ping pong, pool table, and access to a pier for boating and pictures. The Outdoor firepit on the patio overlooking the lake was very fun post dinner. Fishing is a favorite pastime on 456-acre Blue Lake, where anglers find plenty of walleye, bass and jumbo perch to fill their stringers. Your stay in a lakeside suite is also a passport to swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sunbathing and boating, or nature walks through the quiet woods.

The suites are located within biking distance to the Bearskin Trail State Park which is a wonderful bicycle ride to Minocqua and beyond. We are also close to a wilderness experience for canoers and kayakers that is the Tomahawk River. Or, simply relax. The screened in back porch was our favorite place to have coffee in the morning and watch the wildlife . Triplet fawns and mama passed through . It is close to Minaqua and excellent restaurants, or if you prefer to grill at home it comes with a very clean grill . The space
Sunset Bay is a family resort resting in a quiet bay on Lake Minocqua - right off Hwy. 51 (some highway noise) and just one-mile south from downtown Minocqua. The convenient location means you are only a short distance from hiking and biking trails, tennis, golf, horseback riding, shopping and fine dining.

The resort features a swimming beach, swim raft, fish cleaning house and plenty of dock space to park your boat (boat rental not included) and trailer for the duration of your stay. The famous Minocqua chain of four lakes is a fisherman's paradise teeming with a variety of fish such as Musky, Walleye, Bass, Northern Pike and panfish.

Please note that that this unit is not air-conditioned (window air conditions are not allowed) but equipped with ceiling, table fans and windows.

We do not offer boat rentals, but rentals are available in town. There is not a boat launch on premises, the closest launch is located in town by the Minocqua library.

We do welcome smaller dogs breeds (pet fee applies), please forward the breed of your dog prior to booking for approval.

The Space: The main floor offers an open floor plan with double patio doors off the living room leading to the expansive deck area. There are two upstairs bedrooms with fabulous northwoods decor. The finished basement offers a custom bar area in the rec room (complete SMART TV and board games). Additionally, there is a third bedroom with two full sized beds plus a bonus room!

The outside space-Our tree lined driveway welcomes you to the northwoods and perfectly sets the scene for a relaxing time. The open lakeside yard is perfect for yard games and enjoying the sun. The paved fire pit area is the perfect space to enjoy an evening fire. Fish right from the dock on this NO PUBLIC access lake. (No public access means you can NOT launch your own boat on this lake. There are several lakes very close by that so offer public boat launches, should you wish to.) You will have access to our canoe, kayaks and paddle boat. Lots of pan fish, northern and musky to be caught.

The four-wheeler and snowmobile trail are nearby, and our driveway has plenty of space to park a trailer! The Minocqua Winter Park is about 10 minutes away too!

Forgot something at home??!! No worries, Walmart, Triggs and the town of Minocqua are a short 10 minute ride.p

Two bedroom one bathroom small rustic cabin with fenced yard on Hill Lake . Located down the street from Jim Pecks Wildwood zoo in Minocqua . The lake is fun for swimming , paddle boarding and kayaking . It’s also a great fishing lake . .its a non motorized lake with no boat ramp . The cabin was built in the 1950s . It was once owned by Richard Marx . He spent his childhood summers at this cabin and we purchased it from him . It shares a driveway with a bigger house that is used sometimes by owner and owners family in summer months . The cabin is on a acre of land and has its own pier and is very private . There’s enough room in driveway for 4 cars . There’s a nice screened in porch for your enjoyment .We provide kayaks , paddle boards and a row boat. 2 bikes are also available for you to use . We are allowing 2 dogs max .bigger dogs can use the top part of fenced in area .. smaller dogs will have top and lower part of yard ( there’s a smaller dog door in between yards that’s why .

Pine Cove Cabin, featured in the Oct/Nov ‘23 issue of Country Living magazine, sits on the shores of pristine Lk Katherine just 5 minutes south of Minocqua. Lk Katherine is known locally as the "queen of lakes", and after you visit you'll know why.

The cabin itself has undergone an extensive renovation while maintaining all of it's 90+ yr old charm and nostalgia.

Enjoy sunset views and nights by the fire. Firewood is included. Private pier. Kayaks, canoes and SUPs on-site for guest use!

Row boat on-site. 12' Alumacraft with oars. Feel free to rent an 8-10hp motor in town from Minocqua Sport Rental and be sure to explore all of Lake Katherine.

Extra refrigerator in the screen porch for "beer and bait". Lake Katherine is a great bass, muskie and walleye lake. Ice fishing just off the pier is great!

There is a swim raft anchored out from shore, a large dock that can accommodate any boat and a private lakeside deck/screened in gazebo with a mini fridge.

Linens not provided. Guests must supply their own bed sheets and bath/beach/kitchen towels. Beds are very comfortable with ample pillows and wool blankets.

The space
⭐️As you enter the home you'll walk into the spacious open living area boasting beautiful hardwoods floors and wood ceilings. A large sectional couch for your whole family with a 50" smart TV.

🌟A large extendable 9ft kitchen table capable of seating 10 quests to enjoy family dinners or play games as you also enjoy the lake view.

🌟The large master bedroom has a king bed, pillowtop mattress with a 50" smart TV. Enjoy the morning sunrise from bed and the private patio doors overlook the east view of the lake. Large walk-in closet and dresser to store all your belongings.

⭐️The main floor has a full bathroom with tub and shower. All towels, shampoo, and conditioner are complementary.

⭐️The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to create family meals. Coffee maker with complementary coffee, creamer, sugar and teas are provided.

⭐️As you go downstairs you will enter the game room. Here you can enjoy time together playing shuffleboard, darts, foosball, and even an authentic pacman gaming experience. There are also a variety of board games, cards, and dice under the bar. A 50" smart TV is available for your streaming desires.

⭐️The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. It's a nice a cozy room that offers a closet and dresser for all your belongings.

⭐️Bedroom 3 (The bunk room) has 2 twin bunk beds. The red beds have memory foam mattresses, and the blue ones are pillow top so you can pick which mattresses is most comfortable for you. The closet stores lots of kid's games and activities. The closet has plenty of storage for your belongings. The chest is a beautiful decoration for the room.

⭐️The basement bathroom also has a full tub and shower. Complementary shampoo and conditioner also provided. All towels are provided behind the door.

⭐️The laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use. Laundry soap is provided. An iron and ironing board can be found in this room.
In the garage you'll find all the outdoor activities. Gas BBQ grill, yard games, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board and 2 pairs of snowshoes are provided. In the yard you'll find horseshoe pits and a large campfire pit. Firewood is available on site for purchase. Please notify your host if you'd like to purchase firewood.

⭐️The dock is in shallow water which is great swimming for kids. The swim raft with slide is in deeper water and a fun time awaits. Fishing off the dock for pan fish is very good. Crescent lake is a quiet and peaceful non motorized lake.

Pet Policy:
Please add your dog to the reservation prior to your stay. We require a $250 flat pet fee that will adjust the price as soon as you update your reservation by including that you are bringing a pet. Please let us know what kind of dog you will be bringing and how old your dog is. You will need to bring your dog’s bedding, dog towels, and bowls.

One dog max allowed. The dog is only allowed in the cottage, not the main lodge. We do not allow dogs under one year old. We require that any dogs you bring are up to date on tick and flea medication. We do not allow dogs that are not potty trained. Please pick up after your dog outside and please keep them out of the flower beds. Do not leave your dogs inside unattended unless you have a crate to put them in. Dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds.

You will have access to the main lodge, which comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 beds and 3 baths. You will also have access to the cottage, which has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and kitchenette. You will also have access to the boathouse, which is a great place to hang out right on the water! The storage area under the boathouse, the basement, and the garage will not be available. The entire property, around 2 acres will be entirely yours.

Golf carts are conveniently allowed throughout the neighborhood continuing up to Mid Lake Road / Country Club Road intersection. Level lakeside frontage leading to a permanent timber / treated lumber dock in a peaceful bay means no taking the docks and lifts out each fall and no installing them in the spring. Blacktop driveway with a detached 1.5 car garage just steps from the house. The Minocqua chain is an excellent Walleye fishery set to be open to harvesting in the very near future. Direct access to the main lake snowmobile trail from backyard.

In the warmer months, you could spend an entire day on our lakes fishing, water skiing, tubing, wake boarding, or taking a relaxing sunset pontoon ride. In the winter our waters turns to ice, and the adventure continues. Trade your bathing suit for ice skates and your fishing pole for a tip up. Keep cruising the lake on a snowmobile instead of a boat. Strap on some skis or snowshoes and trek through our winter wonderland.

60 Hp Benington 20 foot Pontoon Rental is available with this cabin for an extra fee. Ask us abut it.

A Note About Dogs:
We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members :-) Up to two dogs are allowed at this cabin with prior approval- an additional fee applies. That being said, please be mindful of whether our home is appropriate for your dog(s).

We may not be the vacation rental for you if your dog(s):
*Consider barking to be a favorite pastime;
*Chew things other than bones;
*Like to visit the neighbors unsupervised (we do not have a fenced-in yard), and/or;
*Use the house as a bathroom.

We ask that your dogs be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not (One large crate is available at the cabin). Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners. Sorry, no cats, please.
