We’re doing a complete remodel of our Otter Place cabin located on the southwest shore of beautiful Lost Lake. This 2BD, 1BA cabin accommodates up to 6 guests.

You'll love the warm, cozy feel of this cabin when you enter with the beautiful pine paneled ceilings, doors & trim, rustic hickory cabinets and the Northwoods decor throughout.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll not only appreciate the built-in appliances which include a dishwasher and microwave, but you'll also find plenty of dishes, pots & pans, and other items such as a crock pot, Pizzazz, electric frying pan, blender, hand mixer and more!

The cabin will have central A/C for those hot, humid days and forced air heating for days that are colder. Enjoy the 42" flat screen, wall-mounted TV with YouTube TV, Netflix & Prime services, and the FREE Spectrum Premier Wi-Fi (up to 500 mbps) provided for our guests.

The attached deck will be a great place to lounge outside and enjoy the beautiful nature and animals of the Northwoods. There's a charcoal grill and picnic table for outdoor cooking/dining, and a large wooden swing for you to enjoy. You'll have your own fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs...FREE firewood provided.

Otter Place has a private dock. The swimming area out front of the cabin is sandy and great for swimming.

An aluminum rowboat is provided with this rental property. The boat is licensed so you're able to bring/rent a motor and add it, if you'd like. Feel welcome to use the 2 kayaks w/paddles. Possible pontoon boat available to rent during your stay. Inquire if it is available.

Connect to the famous Bo-Boen Snowmobile Trail and the St. Germain ATV Club Trail at the end of our private road. We also provide direct access to the lake in the winter for snowmobilers. There is plenty of parking space to accommodate your trailers, too.

Guests who enjoy fishing will appreciate the remodeled fish cleaning house on the property with its 10' stainless steel sink and running water. It's available to our guests year-round...whether fishing in the summer or ice fishing during the winter season.

Have a large group wanting to rent? In addition to our Otter Place cabin, we also own the cabin next door…Gone Fish Inn (completely remodeled in 2019), and the lake house two doors down…Whitetail Ridge (newly constructed in 2018). Our current guests are given the first opportunity to rebook for the following year so if you're interested in starting a yearly tradition, Otter Place, Gone Fish Inn, and Whitetail Ridge are great places to choose for your family vacation. Most of our guests have been coming since day one!

**There are 2 outdoor cameras mounted on the cottage that are used for security purposes only – no audio is recorded, video only. There is a sign posted as you enter the grounds stating there are surveillance cameras in use.

You can also sled into town or head north to connect to hundreds of miles of groomed trails throughout the Northwoods.

The Mohawk is a cozy 2 bedroom cabin with a free standing gas fireplace on Big St. Germain Lake. Beautiful lakefront view with a sandy beach area for swimming and a community fire pit for campfires. The firewood is provided for the fire pit. You will have your own pier and right on the lake. It is a great location for enjoying all that northern Wisconsin has to offer all year round.

The cabin has a screened in porch for relaxing without the bugs. There is a full kitchen. We have cable television and a dvd player. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and living room. A warm homey cabin in a small quiet resort located on the east shore of Big St. Germain Lake, close to downtown St. Germain, and walking distance to hiking and ATV trails. Enjoy the 1600 acre beautiful lake just footsteps away from the front door or explore local attractions then retreat back to this cozy cabin to relax with a glass of wine. Continuously updated, the cabin is devoid of taxidermied deer and squirrels, vintage signs, and Christmas lights. However, the modern rustic decor still lets you know you are in northern Wisconsin. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and the second bedroom has two cozy twin beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, large subway tile, and bright morning sunshine coming through the windows. Offering maximum value, complete with limited towel service, fully stocked kitchen with cooking essentials, and an outdoor seating area with a fire pit.

The cabin is "Unit 1" located in Deer Run Resort and is independently managed to offer guests a more personalized service. The resort is safe and relaxing for families with small children, offering a beach and swing set. Other amenities include a fish house for cleaning and filleting your catch if fishing is your thing, a volleyball court, and other vacationing families to interact with! The cabin faces west and the sunsets are spectacular! Also, the property offers level frontage so there are no clumsy steps to get down to the lake. The shoreline by the resort is relatively shallow for a good 75 feet out with a sandy bottom. Also, there are three piers on the property to dock your boat. If you are interested in renting a boat let me know and I will work with an individual I know well and try to secure you one.

What you need to know:

*Daily housekeeping is not provided, the cabin is clean when you arrive and gets cleaned after you leave. You are expected to leave the cabin as per the "check-out procedure" located in the unit. If you have questions about what that entails, please ask.
*A grill and charcoal starter are provided but you will need to supply your own lighter fluid and charcoal.
* The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, and a Pur water pitcher.
*The limited towel service includes 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels for the stay. Please bring your own kitchen towels, beach towels and even bath towels if you think you need more than 4.
*Toilet paper and paper towel are not provided. However, I always try to leave you some.
*The kitchen is equipped with glasses, wine glasses, plates, silverware, and cooking items.
*No fireworks are permitted on the grounds. Seriously, forest fires are real!
*I will supply propane for the outdoor heater. If you run out, I will get it resupplied as quickly as possible. If you want a bonfire there are fire pits on the property. You will need to stock your own wood. Please completely extinguish your fire before leaving.
*If needed during your stay, there are basic cleaning items like a Dyson cordless vacuum, cleaning products, and broom and mop located in the unit.
*Check-in is 3:00pm and Check-out is 10:00am.
*The fireplace inside the unit is decorative only. Fires are not allowed inside.
*The first aid kit is located in bathroom under the sink.

The 'Timber Wolf Lodge' is a northwoods rental unit constructed new in June of 2004. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with an upstairs loft providing additional sleeping space. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. It is a very spacious rental lodge and also offers a sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen appliances and accessories, WIFI, Cable TV, DVD player, Bluetooth Sound Bar and microwave are included. This northern Wisconsin rental lodge also has a beautiful fireplace, snack counter with bar stools and its own private deck with patio furniture and grill. Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

The Timber Wolf is fully winterized and is available to all fans of winter beauty and activity. The snowmobile trail is right out the front door!
