Beautiful setting on 1.5 acres in Saint Germain, 1 mile to boat launch on Big Saint Germain Lake with over 1600 acres of watersports and fishing. Located on the ATV trails, close to hiking and biking trails. Just a few miles to Saint Germain and 15 minutes from Eagle River, Minocqua and Woodruff.

The unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with private entrance in the walk-out lower level of our home. Kitchenette includes microwave, convection toaster oven sink and mini-fridge, spacious bath with shower and living room with full size futon bed.

- "Cozy place, view over the lake was breathtaking, cooked on the charcoal grill, fished off the dock (unfortunately nothing was biting). Owner filled the fire pit with sticks which made it easy to get the fire started. We did have to purchase firewood as there was none on site & the bed was more firm than we are used to. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again... Hopefully for longer than a weekend." - "Our family really enjoyed our time at this cabin. We all were sad to see our time come to an end. It was very comfortable for our family with 3 children 7 and under. Has a nice area for fires with picnic table. ORIENTATION TO GROUNDS

Nature and the deep woods are THE place to be - we are excited to host you at the resort! Coadys' Point of View Lake Resort & Campgrounds is open and following the state's health and safety directive for lodging and camping businesses, working to further ensure your stay is as healthy and as fun as can be! We have purposely kept our campgrounds rustic to minimize disturbing the woods - we took down as few trees as possible to keep the forest intact.

Glamping at POV isn't typical Northwoods seclusion - our campsites are cozy but not as close to each other as an RV park. We feel the amenities on-site and the beauty of the forest and surrounding area more than make up for the snug nature of the campgrounds. With this goal, there isn't enough turnaround for most RVs, travel trailers, and boat trailers in the campgrounds.

We have purposely kept our campgrounds rustic to minimize disturbing the woods - we took down as few trees as possible to keep the forest intact.

Glamping at POV isn't typical Northwoods seclusion - our campsites are cozy but not as close to each other as an RV park. We feel the amenities on-site and the beauty of the forest and surrounding area more than make up for the snug nature of the campgrounds. With this goal, there isn't enough turnaround for most RVs, travel trailers, and boat trailers in the campgrounds.

POV is a family-oriented campgrounds, and we ask everyone respect the relaxing nature of the woods. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily. That being said, while we are in the national forest, keep in mind we are not a completely super secluded area where you won't hear anyone ever...

- "So many things to do at the resort. We have a different age range of kids and they all have things to do. Also this year they hid special hearts all over and the kids got to turn them in for a prize! Owners are speedy to answer questions, and everyone that works there is quick to respond and very friendly!" - "We have 5 kids, so we decided to rent #7 the luxury tent. A queen bed and 2 futon pull out sofas. There are 2 lanterns in there for light, and a table with chairs. We had a charging dock to charge cell phones and run a box fan at night. Everything about the tent was awesome. My kids loved it. The bath trailer is just a short walk. It is super clean and air conditioned. We had to much to occupy all of the age groups of our kids. Horseshoes, volleyball, playground, and the beach. My older kids loved the paddle boards. Any time we needed anything we just texted the number they gave us and it was answered almost immediately. Everyone was super friendly. When I told everyone we were taking our 5 kids camping they thought I was crazy... This option of "glamping" is perfect for us. We already booked for next year!"

During the spring, summer, and fall months POV Resort is a beautiful wilderness retreat. We have excellent fishing on North Twin Lake, whether you fish off our docks or further out on the lake. Coadys' Point of View Lake Resort & Campgrounds is open and following the state's health and safety directive for lodging and camping businesses, working to further ensure your stay is as healthy and as fun as can be! We have purposely kept our campgrounds rustic to minimize disturbing the woods - we took down as few trees as possible to keep the forest intact.

Glamping at POV isn't typical Northwoods seclusion - our campsites are cozy but not as close to each other as an RV park. We feel the amenities on-site and the beauty of the forest and surrounding area more than make up for the snug nature of the campgrounds. With this goal, there isn't enough turnaround for most RVs, travel trailers, and boat trailers in the campgrounds.

We were on a bottom floor when we go back next year for visitors we get a camp we would prefer to be up above, but other than that I was fine with the room added bonus at the restaurant was open at the lodge which we didn’t realize it was going to be. - "It was our first stay at POV resort and we absolutely loved it! Owners and employees of the resort were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our requests. We stayed in camper built in 1947 and it was very unique experience. Every glampsite in this resort is different and unique and located in the wooded area. Resort has variety of water toys included with your stay and nice sand bottom beach. I would say this place is great for any occasion, like romantic weekend or family reunion. They also have two short trails on site, and I especially loved POV trail which ends with great view, picnic table and two hammocks. We would definitely spread a word among our friends and family."

Guests have access to the lodge starting 4pm day of check-in where their unique access code will be activated. This code will also get them into their room. On the day of checkout, the code will expire at 10am and will no longer have access to the lodge or room. The guests have 24/7 access to the main door and their room. The two side doors are accessible with their code 8am-10pm and then must use the main door. There is ample boat and snowmobile parking. There are several outlets for the boat plugin to charge batteries as well that is also located on the welcome video.

Anglers who like to catch and keep, please visit our fish house located in the garage. It has a sign with "fish house" on it. This is open seasonally during the Spring though Fall. (This depends on weather and freezing temperatures). Please see fish house rules on how to keep it clean along with disposing of your fish waste. Please bring your own knives for cleaning your fish.

We also have bike racks for our outdoor bike enthusiasts. Please store all bikes outside as they are not permitted in the building. This is for any bike.

Please visit our local businesses for any rentals of outdoor equipment. Boulder Marine Center has rentals on boats and snowmobiles. For bike and other outdoor equipment rentals, please visit Coontail or Samsquatch Bike Rentals. Our lodge is located on the snowmobile and bike trials.

It is prohibited to bring bikes, e-bikes, oils or any flammables into the lodge. Smoking, vaping and drugs are also prohibited. You will be fined up to $500 if found bringing these items into the lodge.

Anyone staying at the lodge must be a registered guest and the guest on the booking must be onsite.

With this goal, there isn't enough turnaround for most RVs, travel trailers, and boat trailers in the campgrounds.

Nestled in the heart of Wisconsin's Northwoods, Boulder Junction is a serene retreat known as the "Musky Capital of the World." With over 194 crystal-clear lakes for fishing, kayaking, and swimming, and miles of scenic trails for hiking, biking, and snowmobiling, there's an adventure awaiting every outdoor enthusiast. Guests staying at our motel enjoy the added convenience of being next door to Boulder Marine Center, where you can rent or buy snowmobiles, boats, and all the gear needed to make your trip fantastic. Guests have access to the lodge starting 4pm day of check-in where their unique access code will be activated. This code will also get them into their room. On the day of checkout, the code will expire at 10am and will no longer have access to the lodge or room. The guests have 24/7 access to the main door and their room. The two side doors are accessible with their code 8am-10pm and then must use the main door. There is ample boat and snowmobile parking. Please see welcome video in check-in instructions and when you arrive in the vestibule. There are several outlets for the boat plugin to charge batteries as well that is also located on the welcome video.

Anglers who like to catch and keep, please visit our fish house located in the garage. It has a sign with "fish house" on it. This is open seasonally during the Spring though Fall. (This depends on weather and freezing temperatures). Please see fish house rules on how to keep it clean along with disposing of your fish waste. Please bring your own knives for cleaning your fish.

We also have bike racks for our outdoor bike enthusiasts. Please store all bikes outside as they are not permitted in the building. This is for any bike.

Please visit our local businesses for any rentals of outdoor equipment. Boulder Marine Center has rentals on boats and snowmobiles. For bike and other outdoor equipment rentals, please visit Coontail or Samsquatch Bike Rentals. Our lodge is located on the snowmobile and bike trials.

It is prohibited to bring bikes, e-bikes, oils or any flammables into the lodge. Smoking, vaping and drugs are also prohibited. You will be fined up to $500 if found bringing these items into the lodge.

Anyone staying at the lodge must be a registered guest and the guest on the booking must be onsite.

No mail or package deliveries from guest are accepted at the lodge. If sent, package or mail will be sent back, return to sender. Please utilize the USPS, UPS or FedEx pick up locations for any mail or package deliveries.

"Retreat B" is one of 5 units in the A-frame building and faces south-west for sunsets and a nice view of the lake (approx 200 feet away). The first floor consists of kitchen, dining & living spaces plus a full bath with vanity, toilet & bathtub. The second floor consists of a loft bedroom with a queen size bed on an elevated platform. The attached elevated deck has 4 outdoor chairs and a small charcoal grill. Note: There are some common walls toward the back of the unit and you *may* hear others at times. Under new ownership since 11/13/2020 and new management since 01/24/2021.

Each individual unit is fully lockable and the interior space and private attached deck is for your use only. The grounds, lake frontage, piers & camp fire pits are shared space with other guests. The property has 100' of lake frontage with 2 piers for fishing and boat dockage and 2 fire pits. There are also 2 kayaks, 2 row boats & a canoe for our guests' use - all on a first come first serve basis.

The space
This historic home was built in 1887 as one of the first residential homes of a the city. It has the charm of the living hands that built it, with some modern amenities added.

You’ll find laundry in the full-size bathroom, a small kitchen space, a living room with a workspace, and a cozy, very quiet bedroom.

The total interior square footage of the space is about 400 feet. Outsize, you’ll find a private entrance with access to the a cute, shared vineyard-like patio area.

The gardens are still being planted, with an additional part of the city vineyard being replaced this year - should be in full foliage in early July.

Our property offers a Peaceful Getaway in a Resort Setting on a Quiet Lake. "Great Location", "Amazing Views", "Clean", "Cozy", "Perfect", "Peaceful", "Comfortable", and "Relaxing" are what we repeatedly hear from our guests after their stay. The Heart of Vilas County Bike Trails and numerous Hiking trails are just minutes away. The #5 Snowmobile/ATV trail runs across the front of the property along Hwy 51 and we are surrounded by many area lakes and the Northern Highland State Forest.

The space
"Retreat C" is one of 5 units in the A-frame building and faces north-west for sunsets and a nice view of the lake (approx 200 feet away). The first floor consists of kitchen, dining & living spaces plus a full bath with vanity, toilet & bathtub. The second floor consists of a loft bedroom with a queen size bed on an elevated platform. The attached elevated deck has 4 outdoor chairs and a small charcoal grill. Note: There are some common walls toward the back of the unit and you *may* hear others at times. Under new ownership since 11/13/2020 and new management since 01/24/2021.

Guest access
Each individual unit is fully lockable and the interior space and private attached deck is for your use only. The grounds, lake frontage, piers & camp fire pits are shared space with other guests. The property has 100' of lake frontage with 2 piers for fishing and boat dockage and 2 fire pits. There are also 2 kayaks, 2 row boats & a canoe for our guests' use - all on a first come first serve basis.

Other things to note
On site parking for one vehicle is provided with each unit. Additional spot(s) may be available. And we have dock space at our piers to accommodate our guests' boats. Please confirm with us if you will be bringing more than one vehicle and/or a boat/trailer, etc.

The beautiful Northwoods combined with a stay at our small organic vegetable farm is a perfect place to relax. While not on a lake, we are surrounded by lakes, beaches and trails. Cross country ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skate and then come back to our cozy, warm apartment. Centrally located in the Northwoods of Wisconsin it’s the perfect place to slow down and relax.

The space
Our newly built apartment above the garage has the best views of the farm. We live in the 110 year old farmhouse across the driveway with our two boys. The space is very private, but with good access to our farm and all the surrounding area has to offer. It is a perfect place for those looking for a simple weekend getaway, or folks who are interested in small scale agriculture and food. There is a separate bedroom with a king bed and in the main room is a comfortable futon, and a travel crib is available if needed. The space is toddler/baby friendly.

Guest access
Guests have access to the apartment, and are welcome to walk around the farm. The hill at the back of the farm is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the view. We are no longer sell at our farm store, but sometimes we have extra veggies left over from our wholesale orders. Feel free to ask!

Other things to note
We have a passion for all things vegetables, healthy living, a whole foods diet, community, and living a more sustainable life. What you are getting here is more than a place to stay. The air is clean, the stars are bright, and the veggies are fresh and healthy.

If you are interested in using vegetables from the farm for cooking while you are here, please message me. We no longer run the farm stand but we sometimes have extra produce after we fill wholesale orders. Please reach out if you’d like some veggies.

Please note, this is an apartment above our garage. We have had a lot of fun designing it and making it comfortable and cozy for you. It is clean, tidy, with a comfortable bed and new pillows. Occasionally we will need to close the garage door at night and open in the morning, which can be surprising. We will always do this before 8pm and after 8am. Also we are on a main highway and the apartment is near the road. This location makes it very convenient, but do be aware that you will occasionally hear passing cars.
We ask that you please respect our privacy, sleep and busy farm schedule. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am. Please note there is no T.V. or washer and dryer. WiFi is available.

4 bedroom apartment. ( 2 bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with queen size bed and 4th bedroom with full size bed. Pull out sofa sleeper in lower level too. Kitchen is stocked with all your basic needs - dishes, silverware, cookware, pots/pans/ microwave, oven, full-size refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster. Bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels provided. One parking space located directly outside of entry door. Ample parking for additional vehicles - up to 4 - located in large parking lot.
