It is fully furnished and located at 474 Overlook Ct within walking distance of 3 Bears Resort and Jelly Stone Campground; located high on a quiet Cul-de-Sac, minimal traffic, covered deck w/beautiful view overlooking the Black River Falls Forest. Vaulted ceilings, full kitchen w/central HVAC, full bath downstairs and 1.5 bath upstairs, Internet, Wi-Fi, 55" Flatscreen TV in the living room each bedroom has a 40" Flat Screen all TV's are ROKU , washer & dryer. PARKING: Parking is allowed on the street only! Do not park vehicle(s) in or on adjacent property owners yards. They are highly sensitive to persons parking on their grass and in their yards. Privately owned GOLF CARTS are not allowed on 3 Bears Resort Property.
The unit sleeps 8 adults and 4 children comfortably and can accommodate up to 12 persons. Beds: 2 Queen Beds downstairs, 4 Twin Beds upstairs, 1 Sofa Bed, two fold out futon chairs.

3 Bears Water Park Swimming Facility is now open to non-guests. The fee is $20.00 weekdays and $40.00 weekends per person; children under 3 is free. They do not rent golf carts. I do not know if mini golf is included in the fees. Jelly Stone Campground Swimming Facility is open. Fees are: weekdays:$17.50 per person and weekends $25.00 per person. They also do not rent golf carts to non-guests of the campground. (Prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE).

I do recommend you look into the Wazee Lake Recreation Park east of Black River Falls, their fees are $5.00 per car load. The park is 35 minutes north of Warrens. Take I-94 W to Exit 116 then Wi-54 East. Wazee Lake offers beaches, swimming, canoeing, volleyball, biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter at a reasonable price for the family. There is also Lake Tomah in the town of Tomah just 8 miles to the west of Warrens.

Dont forget to bring your snowmobile’s, ATVs /UTVS or rent one of ours because there are miles and miles of trails right out the door. The Black River Falls state park is just up the road. Season goes from May15th-October 15th.

You and your family will have so much to do at this fun family orientated cabin. You can enjoy the Three Bears Water Park only 20 yards from your door, mini golf, ATV/UTV rentals, hiking, fishing, or go outside and roast marshmallows and make smores at the firepit right in your own front yard. (Passes to the water park and mini golf are sold separately)

Adults can relax on the unique whiskey barrel furniture or leather sofa, and enjoy the 65” smart TV in the living room equipped with Roku for you to log into all your favorite subscriptions. Or just cozy up to the fireplace with your favorite beverage, and enjoy the company of your partner.

We didn’t forget about the kids. The “Cubs Den” is an open loft area stocked full of board games, card games, a Wii with multiple controllers, Wii Sports, Wii Play, Game Party, and Mario Kart! The 43” Smart Tv is also equipped with a Roku so kids can watch all their favorite shows too.

The downstairs bedrooms are furnished with queen-size memory foam mattresses, assortment of pillows with different firmness, and soft bamboo sheets so you can hibernate just like a bear. In the upstairs loft you will find two triple sets of twin bed bunkbeds also with memory foam mattresses. The optimal number of guests would be 1-10 people. You can accommodate more if you were to use the sofa bed.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook the family a home cooked meal! There is a charcoal grill for your use off the back deck, but you will need to provide the charcoal and lighter fluid. We have also included a coffee/tea station for those caffeine lovers.

- "good" - "The property was clean and located within walking distance to Three Bears and within an easy drive to multiple state parks. We unfortunately we're not able to use the fire pit due to the weather, but they have a nice outdoor set-up with a gas grill, balcony, and fire pit. The place is great for larger groups and has multiple bathrooms and plenty of seating. We had a minor incident with an unknown alarm going off and the host was very responsive."

You are going to hear the trains makes you feel like you’re riding the rails. Makes you smile. The Sparta-Elroy and Lacrosse River State Trail are super close. We rented bikes from Speeds bike shop the people there are great. Would highly recommend to others. Thanks to Dave for creating and sharing the Caboose."

Amish built tiny home (400 sq ft) with large rustic porch on 7 acres of farm country in Western Wisconsin. The property is located 1/2 mile from the popular Sparta-Elroy biking trail. Property is located close to Interestate 90 and 15 miles from Fort McCoy.

- "This property strikes the perfect balance between “rustic” and “cozy”. So many charming touches honor the Amish heritage while still providing access to modern conveniences. We loved taking in the magnificent countryside from the large back deck, complete with visits from some local deer each morning. The Elroy-Sparta Trail was easily accessible for a fun day of biking. Our only small wish was for Wi-Fi access, but it was definitely good for us to unplug for a while."

Welcome to this charming cabin in Warrens. This cabin offers 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 4 twin beds. There is also an extra queen mattress in the loft for extra sleeping space. The cabin has 2 full bathrooms equipped with one hairdryer. There is a full size deck in the back off the cabin and a porch in the front. A propane grill is provided with a mobile fire pit and outdoor games to include cornhole. McMullen State park is a 2.0 mile drive and offers a boat launch, swimming beach, kayak rentals, hiking trails and a large playground. The cabin is also less than a mile from a 230 mile ATV trail with ATV rentals 0.5 mile from the cabin. Wisconsin Dells is only a 45 minute drive.
