In addition to the two bedrooms with brand new full sized beds, there's also two very comfortable day beds with trundles and four twin mattresses. You will also find plenty of extra pillows and blankets for those chilly evenings. There's 1 full bathroom, a 42" flat screen tv in the great room with an electric fireplace entertainment center, satellite TV, a Nintendo Wii, a Bluetooth speaker, and plenty of board games to keep the kids busy on that occasional rainy day. In addition to the fire pit, where you can roast marshmellows and make homemade smores, there's also plenty of outside games to keep the family busy including bocce ball, cornhole (bags), and volleyball.The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the accessories to cook up a great meal or you could take advantage of the gas BBQ grill on the deck overlooking the lake and cook outside. If you would rather eat out, 2 blocks west of the house is "DJ's In The Drink" a bar/restaurant that serves food and beverages. A little further down Lake Shore Drive is "Freddie's West End" that serves one of the best Wisconsin Fish Fry's in the area on Friday nights. Across the lake is "Mars Resort", a classic Wisconsin Supper Club that is nestled on the South Shore of Lake Como with amazing sunsets! All three establishments have docks. If you prefer winter months, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling and ice skating on the lake. It does freeze over during the winter. Alpine Valley and The Grand Geneva Ski Resorts are only a short drive away. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva where there are also a variety of shops and restaurants to chose from. One of three units in this building, the Como Suite is located just blocks from the lake and less than a mile from the downtown district. Half a mile to the famous Riviera (easy walk with sidewalk). Our two bedroom lockoff villa combines two villas, a one bedroom deluxe and one bedroom standard villa, into a 1250 sq. ft. living area and sleeps up to 8 adults. Both the deluxe and standard villas have fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with queen sized sofa sleepers, and each bedroom has a king-sized bed.

We offer two differing decors as seen in the photos. One has granite counters and a twin sized tub in the master bedroom. The other has a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Guests can request either providing they are available.

Each villa has a private porch or patio overlooking the resort’s Highland championship golf course. There are gas grills provided outside of the villas for your use.

Villas are in multi-level buildings. If you wish to stay on a specific floor you can make a request. Owner cannot guarantee the request will be granted.

While I don't live in the town of Lake Geneva I am live relatively nearby and I am familiar with places and activities available in the area. If you have any needs the resort should be able to provide them for you. In case you need to discuss anything I will be providing my contact number to reach me at any time. The resort is just east of the Lake Geneva downtown area on the North East corner of Hwy 50 and Hwy 12. Access to the resort is on Hwy 50. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. While there is no public transportation to the resort, you can arrange for cab service if needed.

The space
Your space will be all to you, however it will be connected to the home we live in (just upstairs). Your space is a private walk-out basement entrance with plenty of coziness and room in the studio space for two. Your bed is a Lori Murphy Bed with a hybrid queen mattress on platform. A large sectional provides more than enough space to share. A kitchenette's convenience for all your basic food/drink needs as well as a quaint outdoor sitting area shared with the driveway where you'll be parking your vehicles. You may hear us (as we have a 5yr old), but we're pretty chill people who respect the peace. We do have a curtain up in front of the staircase to create more ambiance warmth, however the upstairs door remains locked and will stay locked throughout the duration of your stay. Otherwise...the Mini Moon Hideaway is your oasis. with plenty to do or not to do!

You will access the only door to the right of the driveway when you park your vehicle in the driveway marked ‘Guest Parking.’

Other things to note
The kitchenette has a combo air fryer, toaster oven, convection oven feature for either warming up, or cooking or baking. No hot plates available. There is also a beverage cooler available that is also cold enough for leftover food or whatever you would normally put in a fridge.

Walk-out lower level: Completely new throughout and is accessed separately from the main level. Carriage doors let in lots of light and provide a glimpse of Geneva Lake. The ktchenette area has a full-size refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, and cabinets for food storage. The bunk room has a cozy seating area with a TV, and 4 twin-size bunkbeds plus a pull-out couch. There is a full bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with a washer and a dryer. This level comfortably sleeps up to 5.

A short walk on the Lake Geneva Shore path will take you to the popular Pier 290 restaurant, or continue on to the town of Williams Bay, with more restaurants and a public beach (parking & beach passes are included).

This cute cottage for 6 is located just down the street from beautiful Lake Como that offers fishing, boating, and water sports. It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music.
