Portajohn Bathroom inside with running filtered water and outdoor private heated shower are available. Also, there is a bonfire pit, mini fridge, fans, toaster oven, filtered water, hammocks, chairs, and yard games to make lasting memories with your loved ones.

North Dunes Nature Preserve is also 5 miles away. animals can only stay in the basement, or outdoor yard, thank you we just had newly refinished wood floors

Comfortable bedroom accommodates two, with private bathroom, private deck, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and streaming service available. Located in a great neighborhood, on a quiet street just two blocks from scenic lake Michigan. We are within 3-5 miles from marina and train lines to Chicago and Milwaukee. Patio is available for outside relaxation. Comfortable five to ten minutes' walk to the lake Michigan where you will enjoy the beautiful and refreshing view of the open lake.

Local Metro service one block away and train station with access to Chicago and Milwaukee is on the bus route.

Amazing kitchen, yard and porch!" - "The house fit our family of 12 very well and allowed every family to have their own bathroom, which is always helpful with a large group from out of town! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The house is stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, and kitchen items. Just a side note that the washer needs to have a clean out, it happens with front loaders. Thank you!" - "This year was our 21st annual fishing trip and we decided to try our luck salmon fishing on Lake Michigan. We needed a house large enough for 12 guys that was close to the lake and this one did not disappoint. Inside was huge with a nice kitchen featuring Viking appliances and a Sub Zero fridge/freezer. Located in a peaceful, safe and walkable neighborhood next to the Simmons Island Harbor you are close to Kenosha`s downtown shops, restaurants, cafes and museums.

The townhouse is part of the westward facing building (no “lake view”) next to Lake Michigan. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2.5 baths with the half bath on the main level and full baths on 2nd level with bedrooms (king & 2 fulls).

We strive to be more environmentally friendly and provide a safer environment with less chemicals and toxic exposure options such as OEK-TEX fabrics, EWG verified cleaners, stainless steel cookware and wool dryer balls.

You will have access to the whole location except the owner`s closet area in the basement. The basement is not finished but provides extra space to hang out and where games are located.
`Premise` refers to the entire Harborview Condominiums grounds.

Only registered guests with identification verification will be allowed access to the premises. A Hostaway link will be provided at booking to create an account for communication and to provide information if guests are not registered with the booking platform.

Guests` visitors to the premise may only be considered on a pre-approval basis and with limitations.

Trash must be bagged and tied shut, no loose trash in the bin. Pickup is Monday morning and the bin(s) will need to be taken out and brought back in.

Large vehicles (truck/suv) use street parking. One car/ midsize suv may park in the garage.

Important Information About Check-Out and Reservation Changes
To ensure fairness and consideration for our cleaning team, cleaners are scheduled in advance based on the original reservation times.
Late check-outs that are not pre-approved may incur additional charges of $57 per 15-minute increment, starting at the scheduled check-out time.
Reservation changes may be subject to a $40 fee to account for time already blocked on the cleaners` schedule.

Notice of Additional Cleaning Charges
Due to an increase in staining from hair dyes, oils, and other products, please be advised that additional cleaning charges may apply.
A $40 fee will be added to cover the extra time and materials required to treat and launder stains.
If a stain is permanent and cannot be removed, the cost of replacement will be charged (sheets will be charged as a set).

I thought that the little welcome message board and danish was a special touch that made me feel appreciated. We enjoyed the roku TV with myriad channels via spectrum. The kitchen ware, spices and high end stainless steel appliances made me reconsider my own amenities at my house, that I ordered similar stainless steel mixing bowls With rubber bottoms and stainless steel handle kitchen ware. I appreciate the recycle bin, and the abundance of bath towels; fully stocked shampoo, body wash and conditioner and hotel style bedding. All in all it was a great place to get away for a little while. Parking in the yard/driveway at the back was tight given my Murano but it made me feel safer than parking on the road. The lake is within 35 minutes walk or 6 minutes drive. Stayed one week in July, 2020. So pandemic time."

- "The place itself was spacious, nice and clean. The beds were comfy. The location itself was very nice. Not too far from any place I needed to go." - "The place was very nice and just as displayed in the photos in the listing. My teenage grandkids spent a couple of nights with me and said the pull out couch was comfortable, which is not always the case. Parking was good and off the front busy street and we felt very secure with the coded door locks. I didn't find the games but didn't contact the owner about it either. Instead, we grabbed a blanket, picked up a pizza and went to the free bike races 5 minutes from the house. As mentioned earlier, the bedding and towels were hotel grade, which is wonderful! The few times I had to contact the owners, they responded very quickly, which is so important. We loved our stay and will book the Kenosha Lighthouse Retreat on our next visit to town! Thanks for making us feel at home."

THE SPACE
Our home is bright, airy, comfy, cozy, and convenient. There’s a spacious master bedroom with master bath, three other bedrooms, and 1.5 other bathrooms (total 2.5 bathrooms).

Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area.

2 Dining Rooms: Plenty of space for eating with family and friends! One table in the open kitchen area and another in a dining room space.

2 Desks: Dedicated office space in a den with French doors on the first floor and another desk in a bedroom upstairs for more privacy.

Beds: There is 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen in room two, 1 queen in room three, and a bunk bed with a full sized bottom mattress and twin top in room four. A queen sized air mattress is also available for a 10th registered guest which fits in room four.

You will have the whole house to yourself with the exception of the basement, garage, kitchen closet, mud room, and master bedroom closet (a clothing rack is provided).

Some décor changes have been made including adding a wall mounted TV in the Master Bedroom. Some furniture and art work may be changed. Video with décor changes available upon request.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT of 25 years old to rent (ID may be requested).

Guests will have access to a climbing dome that they may use at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

There is a zipline and platform in the backyard that is locked and off limits to guests.

Notify us for permission to park any boats, trailers, RVs, and/or other recreational/commercial type vehicles besides standard size, private vehicles. Our HOA has rules regarding this.

No candles or other open flames are allowed (excluding birthday type candles).

Extra fees may be charged for guests that stay beyond check-out time.

If you use the WIFI network, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.

Please note any tampering/disconnecting/obscuring of the WiFi and/or the outdoor cameras is not allowed and will result in your booking being cancelled. Also, commercial film/photography is not allowed.

Winter Alert - Outdoor amenities are put away during the winter months. If you’d like limited outdoor seating during winter/early spring please mention it at the time of booking (minimum of 1 week advance notice needed).

Maximum stay length is 27 days. If you’d like to stay longer than 27 days you must book 2 separate stays.
