From our house it's only a block or two to multiple lake Michigan beaches.This has LakeMichigan View in Allendale Association. Please enjoy your Rustic TreeHouse Camping Outdoors right in the center of Kenosha. It is a brandnew treehouse with 3 floors with a zip line to get down if you would like.
Portajohn Bathroom inside with running filtered water and outdoor private heated shower are available. Also, there is a bonfire pit, mini fridge, fans, toaster oven, filtered water, hammocks, chairs, and yard games to make lasting memories with your loved ones.

Features include: remodeled wood floors, remodeled bathroom. Has a large basement. North Dunes Nature Preserve is also 5 miles away. animals can only stay in the basement, or outdoor yard, thank you we just had newly refinished wood floors

Private corner bedroom on the ground flood of a corner Cape Cod Home. Comfortable bedroom accommodates two, with private bathroom, private deck, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and streaming service available. Located in a great neighborhood, on a quiet street just two blocks from scenic lake Michigan. We are within 3-5 miles from marina and train lines to Chicago and Milwaukee. Patio is available for outside relaxation. Comfortable five to ten minutes' walk to the lake Michigan where you will enjoy the beautiful and refreshing view of the open lake.

Local Metro service one block away and train station with access to Chicago and Milwaukee is on the bus route.

Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The house is stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, and kitchen items. Just a side note that the washer needs to have a clean out, it happens with front loaders. Thank you!" - "This year was our 21st annual fishing trip and we decided to try our luck salmon fishing on Lake Michigan. We needed a house large enough for 12 guys that was close to the lake and this one did not disappoint. Inside was huge with a nice kitchen featuring Viking appliances and a Sub Zero fridge/freezer. Located in a peaceful, safe and walkable neighborhood next to the Simmons Island Harbor you are close to Kenosha`s downtown shops, restaurants, cafes and museums.

The townhouse is part of the westward facing building (no “lake view”) next to Lake Michigan. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2.5 baths with the half bath on the main level and full baths on 2nd level with bedrooms (king & 2 fulls).

We strive to be more environmentally friendly and provide a safer environment with less chemicals and toxic exposure options such as OEK-TEX fabrics, EWG verified cleaners, stainless steel cookware and wool dryer balls.

You will have access to the whole location except the owner`s closet area in the basement. The basement is not finished but provides extra space to hang out and where games are located.
`Premise` refers to the entire Harborview Condominiums grounds.

Only registered guests with identification verification will be allowed access to the premises. A Hostaway link will be provided at booking to create an account for communication and to provide information if guests are not registered with the booking platform.

Guests` visitors to the premise may only be considered on a pre-approval basis and with limitations.

Trash must be bagged and tied shut, no loose trash in the bin. Pickup is Monday morning and the bin(s) will need to be taken out and brought back in.

Large vehicles (truck/suv) use street parking. One car/ midsize suv may park in the garage.

Important Information About Check-Out and Reservation Changes
To ensure fairness and consideration for our cleaning team, cleaners are scheduled in advance based on the original reservation times.
Late check-outs that are not pre-approved may incur additional charges of $57 per 15-minute increment, starting at the scheduled check-out time.
Reservation changes may be subject to a $40 fee to account for time already blocked on the cleaners` schedule.

Notice of Additional Cleaning Charges
Due to an increase in staining from hair dyes, oils, and other products, please be advised that additional cleaning charges may apply.
A $40 fee will be added to cover the extra time and materials required to treat and launder stains.
If a stain is permanent and cannot be removed, the cost of replacement will be charged (sheets will be charged as a set).

I thought that the little welcome message board and danish was a special touch that made me feel appreciated. We enjoyed the roku TV with myriad channels via spectrum. The kitchen ware, spices and high end stainless steel appliances made me reconsider my own amenities at my house, that I ordered similar stainless steel mixing bowls With rubber bottoms and stainless steel handle kitchen ware. I appreciate the recycle bin, and the abundance of bath towels; fully stocked shampoo, body wash and conditioner and hotel style bedding. All in all it was a great place to get away for a little while. Parking in the yard/driveway at the back was tight given my Murano but it made me feel safer than parking on the road. The lake is within 35 minutes walk or 6 minutes drive. Stayed one week in July, 2020. So pandemic time."

- "The place itself was spacious, nice and clean. The beds were comfy. The location itself was very nice. Not too far from any place I needed to go." - "The place was very nice and just as displayed in the photos in the listing. My teenage grandkids spent a couple of nights with me and said the pull out couch was comfortable, which is not always the case. Parking was good and off the front busy street and we felt very secure with the coded door locks. I didn't find the games but didn't contact the owner about it either. Instead, we grabbed a blanket, picked up a pizza and went to the free bike races 5 minutes from the house. As mentioned earlier, the bedding and towels were hotel grade, which is wonderful! The few times I had to contact the owners, they responded very quickly, which is so important. We loved our stay and will book the Kenosha Lighthouse Retreat on our next visit to town! Thanks for making us feel at home."

THE SPACE
Our home is bright, airy, comfy, cozy, and convenient. There’s a spacious master bedroom with master bath, three other bedrooms, and 1.5 other bathrooms (total 2.5 bathrooms).

Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area.

2 Dining Rooms: Plenty of space for eating with family and friends! One table in the open kitchen area and another in a dining room space.

2 Desks: Dedicated office space in a den with French doors on the first floor and another desk in a bedroom upstairs for more privacy.

Beds: There is 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen in room two, 1 queen in room three, and a bunk bed with a full sized bottom mattress and twin top in room four. A queen sized air mattress is also available for a 10th registered guest which fits in room four.

You will have the whole house to yourself with the exception of the basement, garage, kitchen closet, mud room, and master bedroom closet (a clothing rack is provided).

Some décor changes have been made including adding a wall mounted TV in the Master Bedroom. Some furniture and art work may be changed. Video with décor changes available upon request.

No candles or other open flames are allowed (excluding birthday type candles).

Extra fees may be charged for guests that stay beyond check-out time.

If you use the WIFI network, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.

We have a huge kitchen, open air screened patio, large living room, dining room with grand table, and 2 bathrooms - one with a jacuzzi tub. We even have a washer and dryer and an adjoining event space is you'd like to rent that too! Your dogs (up to 2) are welcome as well. Are you coming in by boat? We're across from the harbor!

The apartment is a 10-minute walk to Lake Michigan and a 10-min drive to downtown Kenosha. 4-minute drive to Highway 41, 2 miles to Highway 94, and a 20-minute drive to Illinois border.

Our simple, yet welcoming property is minutes away from beaches, downtown, minor league baseball, the farmers market, and many delicious restaurants, as well as having close proximity to Carthage College, 6 Flags, and a quiet 30 min drive to Great Lakes Naval Base. We are located in the Allendale neighborhood boasting a family-friendly atmosphere on a quiet street. Whether you are here to relax, have fun, or attend special events, our house can provide.

The space
One of our favorite things about our home away is the back yard. We consider it very peaceful and relaxing, with entertainment for everyone. There is a patio located off the side of the garage with a built in bench as well as a table and chairs with an umbrella for enjoying a meal in the fresh air. We keep a propane grill and grilling utensils in the garage, which you are welcome to pull out and enjoy a tasty BBQ. A unique feature is the butterfly garden located behind the garage which is usually in full bloom in July. If you ask our kids, they would tell you their favorite feature is the swing that hangs from the tree. Lastly, there is a fire pit located in the back, we only ask that you provide your own fire wood.

The inside space offers Wifi and Roku for you to sign in with your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu accounts. Our full kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, basic kitchen utensils, and a small selection of herbs, spices, and condiments.

While common space may be small, we are able to accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. A 3-section couch has an electric recliner on each end for you to kick your feet up and relax. The couch is not included as a sleeping spot. Guests are welcome to bring their own air mattresses if desired. We offer one pillow per sleeping spot.

Families with small kids can appreciate that we keep a pack 'n play, high chair, and kids toys to help keep traveling light. We also allow use of our 2 bikes and bike trailer when weather permits.

Access through keypad entry with your own personal code through the side door. You will receive your code within 24 hours of your arrival date as well as detailed instructions to help navigate the house.

We do not allow access to the basement. We ask that guests remain on the main floor of the house.

There is no smoking nor pets allowed anywhere on the property.

All trash must be placed inside a bag and discarded in the tan trash bin. All recycling must go into the blue trash bin. If you are staying on a Tuesday night, it is your responsibility to bring the garbage to the curb for early Wednesday morning pick up. On Wednesday, please bring the garbage back to the garage.

The building is located right on the harbor with panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Located right in the heart of downtown Kenosha, you will be within walking distance of local restaurants, bars, and shops. One thing to note: The building is a historic landmark built in the late 1800s and in order to access the bnb you must walk up a flight of stairs, so unfortunately the bnbs are not handicap accessible.

Meridian Landing is a newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment with 2 patios. It is located near downtown and only 3 blocks from Lake Michigan. With many restaurants, taverns and shopping within walking distance, you can enjoy some of the most popular activities/festivals Kenosha has to offer, or enjoy your private suite in a great neighborhood. Meridian has a fully stocked kitchen, a pull-out sofa sleeper, access to washer and dryer, an electric fireplace and free off-street parking.

The space
Meridian Landing is 1 of 6 suites in an apartment building with all 6 units having their own entrances and exits. Parking and accessibility to this suite adds to it's convenience.

The space
I love my building! It's bright and cheerful with most of it newly renovated. This storefront building has two apartments upstairs and a 50-seat Actor's Craft Seventh Avenue Theater and Acting Studio below, which is handy if you want to improve your acting or public speaking skills while in Kenosha. It is a great location across from a church with two restaurants on the same block with outdoor dining, one with a view of Lake Michigan. It is walking distances from lots of cool stuff in Downtown Kenosha.

Guest access
You will have the two-bedroom apartment to yourself. The deck has two chairs on which to enjoy the fresh air and watch passers by. If you are here on business, there is a large desk area at which you can meet with clients and get lots of work done.

This apartment is on the second floor. There are 16 steps. For most people, this is not an issue. But be aware if you have elderly guests coming with you, that 16 steps can be hard for them.

I have two chairs on the deck. If you have small children, they should not be left unattended with the door to the deck open. They could climb on the chairs and might get over the 46 inch high railing. If you have little ones, open the windows down from the top (not up from the bottom) so they won't push through the screen and fall from the second story windows. These are common sense and plenty people with small children who live on the second floor have to take these precautions.

We are located at the edge of downtown and close to the harbor and lakefront. Some guests have reported hearing motorcycles, music and people talking. Some have said their stay was quiet. We are walking distance from many eateries, night spots, galleries, entertainments and beautiful views and bike paths. There is an ebb and flow with sound levels depending on who is coming downtown. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to balance the convenience of this location with potential noise.

The space
The Celeste Flat is the lower unit in a charming 1920's duplex. It is fully furnished with a smart tv, well stocked spacious kitchen and plenty of closet space. It has a calm blue and white country cottage decor throughout that is sure to make you feel at home!

The sunny living room is furnished with armchairs and love seat so you can relax or watch tv. The 42" streaming ready smart tv is ready for you to access your favorite streaming app. The dining area has a beautiful antique round table that can accommodate four people and a charming hutch with retro china! (Feel free to use the dishes if you like!)

The spacious kitchen has full sized appliances, a plethora of cupboards and comes fully stocked with dinnerware, silverware, baking dishes, mixing bowls and measuring cups, electric kettle, coffee pot, pots and pans, toaster and a microwave. Please note there is No Dishwasher.

The front bedroom features a queen size antique style metal bed with a fluffy floral comforter and cotton blanket, hardwood floors and a small dresser. There is a walk in closet for additional storage as well.

The back bedroom is a calm oasis of greens with a full sized metal bed with a cotton blanket and fluffy comforter. There are hardwood floors in this bedroom as well. It also has a roomy closet with hanging space and cubby storage.

The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo and includes a retro toothbrush and tissue holder! Fully stocked with towels, soap and hairdryer. There is also storage space in the large sink vanity.

There is laundry facilities in the basement with separate washers and dryers for each unit. (Please note: the basement is a shared space.)

We love that the duplex is old and has character! This means the floors and some of the doors are original and quirky. Some doors are hard to open or shut and the floors have plenty of squeaks! But we think this just adds to her charm!

You will have the entire main level and front entrance to yourself. You also have access to the basement, back entrance and backyard, but these are shared spaces. Please be mindful of other guests.

You may park in the driveway, but this is also a shared space. Please do not block or park in the middle of it. Please park all the way up the driveway by the garage to the right.
There is also street parking in the front of the house. *Please note: during the winter months alternate side parking is enforced.

We have dealt with allergies our whole lives, so we get it! We have tried to make as allergy friendly as possible, slip covered furniture (that is frequently washed) and no air fresheners ever used. Longer Stays

Please be aware that if you stay longer than 2 weeks our cleaner will come in and clean during your stay. This is a requirement. We will schedule a suitable time several days before.

We do accept 30 day or more stays. Since they are considered long term rentals in our state, a signed lease is required. Please send a request and we will be more than happy to help!

Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 11 am.
We cannot confirm late check-out requests until the day of as our calander is always changing and we need to allow enough time for cleaning.

Guests who stay beyond the checkout time or delay our cleaners are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and outdoor spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

The use of marijuana or drugs in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited.

The cozy guest house offers a view of the lake and is a short walk to downtown Kenosha. The lovely retreat is near a lakeside walking path and pickle ball courts! The centrally located charmer is 2 minutes from a park, Lake Michigan and the beach. Enjoy the nearby breweries, shops, restaurants, farmer's market and the marina! Great place to stay if you're in town for special events. A safe haven when travelling. Ask about our discount for the military, teachers, nurses and first responders!

The space
Please be careful when walking/stepping into the kitchen/dining area as it is lower than the living room (main living area). The entry to the stairwell and upstairs bedroom is low - watch your head. Avoid sitting on the half-wall which is connected to an open pit that leads to the downstairs basement. The charm of a house that is 164 years old :0)

The entire house has central air and heat. We added window a/c units to the upstairs bedrooms for guests who enjoy sleeping in a much colder environment.

There is no lake access from the house. However, we are only a two-minute walk to the lake, parks, marina and a sand beach!

The home is in a peaceful, safe neighborhood, less than 2 blocks from the Eichelman scenic park/beach. Kenosha's downtown which is loaded with fun shops, restaurants, cafes and breweries is a short walk away. Take a stroll to the harbor, lighthouse, Civil War Museum, and marina. Great Lakes Naval Station is 1/2 hour down the lakefront.

Our 3 bedroom home is COZY and CLEAN with all the essentials that you will need during your stay. The house was recently renovated and furnished with a beach inspired aesthetic.

Guest access
Self Check-in with our smart keypad lock. You'll have access to the entire home. Ample parking is available behind the house. Additional parking is also available on our quiet street.

Anna's Cozy One Bedroom City View apartment is the perfect spot in Downtown Kenosha for your next getaway. From local restaurants and bars to the soothing shores of Lake Michigan, there's endless possibilities for your next stay here on the Kenosha Harbor.

One thing to note: The building is a historic landmark built in the late 1800s and in order to access the bnb you must walk up a flight of stairs, so unfortunately the bnbs are not handicap accessible.

You will have Access to the Entirer Home . This Spectacular Home has been Completely Renovated. The only word is WOW ! Guest Friendly First Floor and an Expansive Second Floor are only the start . The Professional Rec Room in the Lower Level will Allow the Entire Group to Spread out . Oh and did I mention the Cozy Study .

Other things to note
There is an open area with railings from the second floor to the living room (first floor). I think a small toddler could possibly squeeze through these railings. If you rent this home, you are acknowledging that you have been notified of this risk and take full responsibility of the occupants safety and hold harmless the owners and operators of this home.

Relax with the whole family at this New England Style home 1/2 block from Lake Michigan. Built by a family from New England with lovely features like latches instead of door knobs. Four bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and basement playroom with a twin bed and pull out futon couch. Fireplace in living room.
