We have enjoyed walking to restaurants, shops, parks and many other wonderful amenities nearby. Everything inside the apartment is brand new (furniture, kitchen items, bedding and mattresses, washer and dryer, etc.). What’s not new is the house. It’s a historical home (and feels like it), so don’t expect level floors and perfect walls. Those imperfections are part of the charm of living in this adorable neighborhood. The front porch is one of my favorite parts of the house, as well as the spacious parking area. The apartment has everything included for your stay — toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, fully stocked kitchen, new towels — which were very helpful to us. Christian is doing an amazing job making interior improvements while we’ve stayed here. I know he plans to continue making this apartment even better with an upgraded kitchen (which would be a great improvement). He’s been so reliable and easy to communicate with during our month stay.
