We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.

We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.

Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.

Extra Linens: In a plastic bin alongside the air mattress, you will find two bath towels and two hand towels, a set of sheets, and a throw blanket. Please use pillows from one of the beds for the air mattress.

- "Had a great time" - "The dates above are inaccurate. 1) The reservation was for 26-29 Sept; not 25-28 Sept. 2) The place turned out to be the exact opposite of what I was looking for. 3) I chose the location based on the description and pictures shown on this site! 4) The room looked nothing like the photos 5) The room had not been cleaned and there were dead bugs on the floor. 6) The Desk Clerk said she could not move me. 7) I refused to stay under those conditions and called the customer service number. 8) A ticket was opened for a refund, which they indicated would include a one night penalty, which I disagreed with.9) I didn’t know that my reservation was made through a third party and not directly by Vrbo 10) This experience leads me to be very skeptical about reserving this way again. The ground level has a half bath along with the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a master suite with it's own private bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The finished basement has one bedroom, a full bathroom, our laundry machines, and a private desk nook. Access to the backyard is by walking around the side of the house from the front of the house.

99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.

We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.

The house is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door and on the side kitchen door. To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.

When leaving, enter that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close. The locks will also auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock.

Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.

- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- Guests use hot tub at their own risk.
- Please leave your shoes at the door.
- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.
- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

- "This is a very low key hotel/suite. You can see theyre trying, but no one was at the checkin desk at arrival or check out. They were very professional and showed in a very short time after I called. When i got on the room, there was a sign about cleaning the coffee maker.There was no coffee maker. There was also no trash can or iron on the room. I did not call to fix this. I figured no one would be at the desk again. There was a fridge, and a built in hot plate, and a microwave, which had no turn plate. The dishwasher needed claning. I wanted to like this stay better. A waste basket and iron would have helped greatly. "
