- "It was very nice" - "Home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to restaurants and the Detroit river. There was construction on the street, which made parking a little difficult. The neighbor allowed us to park a vehicle in their driveway. Would recommend." - "Our host was phenomenal - he responded to questions immediately and was most accommodating. The house is lovely - hardwood floors, great living space, kitchen nicely equipped. 2 bedrooms with extra comfy beds made our rest times great. The window treatments are new, and allow light to come in, so home is bright inside. In the dining area, a large picture window looks out on a great backyard - for us, it was wonderful to have breakfast and 'visit' with area wildlife (black squirrels and bluejays in particular). We were only 12 minutes from the place holding our seminar and the location is fabulous relative to stores, restaurants & other interesting places. In addition to being clean, welcoming and relaxing, our host furnished lovely towels and toiletries. I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend our host. - "The house was okay. One thing it could use is a full size mirror. Did have shampoo which was nice. Not all the games in the garage worked. The garage could have been cleaned before our arrival lots of spider webs. The TV didn’t work but the host helped with that problem. Thanks!" - "OVERALL - Property was clean and had pretty much all you needed for a few people to stay and have some fun playing games and so on. MORE DEEETS - Reservation started a bit funky as the owner had the home double booked. Ended up just pushing my res back 1 day to make it easy on everyone. Once the property was cleaned got my door code, so check in was easy. Property was nicely cleaned, minus a cup of ice in the garbage. But hey its SUMMER! Right? So starting outside... Yard was nice, garage is filled with games like air hockey. My 11 year old son and 14 year old daughter had fun playing that, basketball, and arcade games. Basement has laundry machines but other than a couch (Donnie, add some stuff down there. Make the space usable). Kitchen was nice, with a big fridge, cups and plates, and they even left ice in the freezer! Nice touch! Dining room has a table for 4 if I recall. Living room was relaxing, with a nice Sony smart TV (one in garage as well) and roller ottomans under the coffee table. As far as the house features go it is suited to having some friends or kids hang and play in the garage. Being the weekend of the 4th we got a bit of a break on the noise factor but you can shut the garage doors and it was pretty good at keeping noise out. I saw a heater on the ceiling. There was also a dry bar, fridge, and a microwave. Sleeping was pretty straightforward, with a comfy Queen in the main, 2 singles that were adequate, and couches that my son slept on and said were comfy. Beds all appeared clean and despite the rooms being a bit on the basic side they were fine and I slept well! OVERALL - cool property. Nicely cleaned. A bit pricey but not terribly so, and on par relative to the area. The gaming aspect is cool and for a group of buddies or a family it would be a feature that might make renting here worth it on that alone. Donnie was decently communicative. Tons to do in the area as well for those who might be using it more as a hub to go downtown or to Ann Arbor, etc."

Do not throw cigarettes 🚬 buds on the ground of the backyard, front yard, bushes or anywhere near the house. Please dispose of them in the trash bin outside the house.

This is my primary home. I live alone on the first floor. The guest rooms are on the second floor. There is a second room that might be occupied with other guests. Both rooms share one bathroom.

Guest access
All of the upstairs is accessible to all guests except the second bedroom. You are also welcome to relax on the front porch. No smoking is allowed in the house, but you are free to do so outside. Please do not leave cigarette butts behind. Thank you.

I enjoy meeting my guests when it is possible to do so. Sometimes, I am not around, but I'm always available via text message.

Welcome to Aviation subdivision where Henry Ford used to take off and land with his own private plane. That's what the diagonal streets are about. No surprise that the houses in this neighborhood were built in the twenties and thirtys, since that's when the automobile industry was taking off.

The space made available by this listing is the entire second floor of the home which includes a private bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom and private office area. Ample parking is available on Hamilton street only a few steps away from the main entrance. If you desire to park in the driveway, it can be made available to you for an additional charge. Please request in advance.

I'm a highly active person and tend to be in and out of the house. I try to greet all guests upon arrival when possible and will always be available via text message or phone during your stay. The home is very peaceful and in a very safe area. Guests can feel comfortable walking around the city or going for runs / bike rides.

Welcome the the heart of Dearborn city. West Dearborn area is rich in culture and multicultural cuisine. If you haven’t tried middle eastern food you’re in the right place. Everything is walking distance from Organic Coffee shops to Restaurants. You’re in the heart of the city. There is no need to any car to get to them. Ford field park has a beautiful natural hiking trail where you will see deers, exotic birds, ducks, lack, and beautiful nature scenery.
