- "It was very nice" - "Home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to restaurants and the Detroit river. There was construction on the street, which made parking a little difficult. The neighbor allowed us to park a vehicle in their driveway. Would recommend." - "Our host was phenomenal - he responded to questions immediately and was most accommodating. The house is lovely - hardwood floors, great living space, kitchen nicely equipped. 2 bedrooms with extra comfy beds made our rest times great. The window treatments are new, and allow light to come in, so home is bright inside. In the dining area, a large picture window looks out on a great backyard - for us, it was wonderful to have breakfast and 'visit' with area wildlife (black squirrels and bluejays in particular). We were only 12 minutes from the place holding our seminar and the location is fabulous relative to stores, restaurants & other interesting places. In addition to being clean, welcoming and relaxing, our host furnished lovely towels and toiletries. I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend our host.
