Brandt Street Gem: Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, clean, spacious place to stay. Suitable for business groups and flight crews. This trilevel beauty has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, plus an 18 inch queen inflatable mattress. We are only 6 minutes, easy access from the highway and 6 minutes to Detroit Metropolitan Airport. WIFI. TV. Full kitchen and a whole lot more. Large backyard and play area for kids. Washer and Dryer. You will enjoy every minute of your stay. Service dogs only.

The space
This home is located on a half acre of land backing up to a wooded area with mature trees. When you walk into the house from the back door you will be entering the laundry room which you are welcome to use. As you pass through the laundry room you will enter the first hallway. Turn left and you will find bedroom 1 and the 1st bathroom. Turn right and you will quickly see the kitchen and dining room. If you continue past the kitchen you will see the living room and bedroom number 2. If you turn right past bedroom 2 you will walk into the game room with the pool table. Also in this room is a spiral staircase taking you up to rooms 3-5. Room 3 has a private bathroom. please note that the Jacuzzi bathtub (not pictured ) has been disconnected for insurance reasons however you are welcome to use the standup shower.

The bathroom down the hall by bedroom 5 and the bathroom downstairs has a full bath including a bathtub that you are welcome to enjoy.

The space
My home is at the entrance of W. Villages mobile homes . It is 2 bed/2 bath with garden area, parking in front of mobile home. There are 4 steps up to front door at covered deck area/ couch/ table and chairs during spring/summer/fall. There is a lock box with keys to front door /bedroom hanging on south post of porch. Please text me for code.... Your bedroom and bath are to the right as you enter the front door. There are wall hooks for coats when you walk in and in your room behind bedroom door. IF you care to remove your shoes, there are rugs at the door and in your bedroom.
My cats litter box is in clothes closet with door always open, next to your bedroom. If there is any issue with that, please report asap. I try to keep my placed clean and odorless as possible. The pets do not go into the designated bedroom. They hang out in my bedroom and living room.

Guest access
Front door up 4 steps to deck, then use main door. Bathroom and Bedroom are directly to the right 4 steps away from front door.

During your stay
I like to meet my guests, I 'm here for casual conversation not to spend the day with.

Other things to note
PETS may stay with advance permission and additional fee. I have been a pet sitter with an on line petting service for over 7 years.
I do not have a fenced in yard. My cats are indoor only at this time. My 8 yr poodle goes out on her own and is well trained.

You would be responsible for being with your pet at all times. I do not support tethering a pet. Pet is Not to be left alone in the room for more than 3- 4 hours. If pet sitting is required, you Must notify me and pay cash in advance. I will refund fee, if service is not required.
