Communication with the hosts was wonderful. They answered texts quickly and were incredibly helpful. The Healthline bus was right outside our door which took us to Tower City and the train there took us right to the airport. It was really convenient! And inexpensive! We spent two days at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was amazing and got there by a short Lyft trip. We had a great time and would definitely stay at the Lofts again. "

Only thing to note is the couch isn't really a full size bed, more like a mini-twin. I'm only 5'7 and it was just big enough to hold me and fortunately I'm not large - just as wide as me."

I was traveling alone as a female and at no point did I feel uncomfortable on the property. The lockbox picture on the guide does need updated currently as the shape is different now. The space itself was cleaned well enough and I did not have issues with it. Having a kitchen was really nice, even if I did not use it much. There is not a view from the room, the windows are for light. The windows give in just enough light at night to have limited vision. I really enjoyed it and slept well. I would say that this stay is very worth it for the price. It is in downtown, there’s a kitchen, and I felt very safe."

I won't recommend Cleveland to my foreign tourists friends. It's not New-York or New-Orleans. But if you are compelled to go there, as I was, by all means, go! You won't be disappointed, and I strongly recommend this place for your stay. Everything was genuine in this Cleveland experience."

The blinds were not room darkening, there were not enough blankets, only 2 towels for 2 people for a week. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper. There was no coffee table, the couch was very low to the ground, the Roku TV remote was missing and the WiFi was sketchy which sometimes made it difficult to use the phone app to unlock the door. The bad: located in a rough part of town, not wheelchair accessible, the parking lot was located down the street and the street was under construction, there were only 4 metered spots out front."
