Communication with the hosts was wonderful. They answered texts quickly and were incredibly helpful. The Healthline bus was right outside our door which took us to Tower City and the train there took us right to the airport. It was really convenient! And inexpensive! We spent two days at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was amazing and got there by a short Lyft trip. We had a great time and would definitely stay at the Lofts again. "

I was traveling alone as a female and at no point did I feel uncomfortable on the property. The lockbox picture on the guide does need updated currently as the shape is different now. The space itself was cleaned well enough and I did not have issues with it. Having a kitchen was really nice, even if I did not use it much. There is not a view from the room, the windows are for light. The windows give in just enough light at night to have limited vision. I really enjoyed it and slept well. I would say that this stay is very worth it for the price. It is in downtown, there’s a kitchen, and I felt very safe."

I won't recommend Cleveland to my foreign tourists friends. It's not New-York or New-Orleans. But if you are compelled to go there, as I was, by all means, go! The bad: located in a rough part of town, not wheelchair accessible, the parking lot was located down the street and the street was under construction, there were only 4 metered spots out front."

- "We enjoyed our stay in this town house. The directions said that it is accessed by exterior stairs. That means there are 4 steps up to a porch and then you can enter the house. I stayed with 2 colleagues which were also attending the same conference as I was. The kitchen is good and I made dinners there. The dishwasher was a bonus. There were more cutlery, dishes and pans that I thought there may be. There is a full size fridge and stove. The common area is quite spacious. When we were there, only a window AC was working in the living room window and there was no AC in the second floor, so it was rather warm. I think that is being addressed. There were several small problems, which I reported to our rep and my comments were acknowledged and I was told that maintenance would deal with them. This is close to public transit, just a block behind and a short walk to get there. It is close to the downtown area, which is one reason why I picked it. This is on a short dead-end street, and the unit is at the dead end. We were able to park at the end of the street. We were there for 4 nights, and it was relatively quiet and I enjoyed sitting on the porch. The address is on a busy street, but because these are two sets of facing row houses, it is not really on the busy street, but set back. I would recommend this place."

Our spacious apartment is located in an urban area, one block away from Shaker Square restaurants, supermarket, a Saturday farmers' market, and public transportation (RTA). You can take RTA (or walk) to University Circle and Cle Clinic, Downtown.

The space
This is a 3-bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen. It's a simple, comfortable space on the second floor. No frills to keep the price low. No smoking (of anything) in the building.

Each bedroom is rented separately to a single guest, with keyed entry. You can lock the door from the inside and from the outside. The common areas are shared—kitchen, bathroom, living room, outdoor patio.

There is 24/7 street parking. I also rent a garage. I provide box fans in the summer. For an extra fee, Air Conditioner window units are available.

The entire apartment can be rented (when available) to a single family or group. It can comfortably hold about 7 to 8 people if the pull-out sofa in the living room is used.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is an enclosed back porch and a small outdoor patio.

The 3-bedroom apartment has a shared bathroom and kitchen with an electric range, a full-sized refrigerator, and dishes, pots and pans. There is a living room/dining room, as well as a small enclosed back porch for sitting.
