Good to Go is a houseboat with tons of charm! Wake up to the sounds of the water and go to bed watching an amazing sunset!

The outdoor space of this boat is great! The large front deck has chairs to enjoy. The upper deck has patio furniture, perfect to enjoy the evening views.

Inside you will find a king size bed, kitchen area with fridge/microwave and kcup coffee maker. The front living area has a futon that can double as additional sleeping area. While there is a bathroom on the boat, we ask this is used sparingly as the systems are sensitive. We have a a BRAND NEW bathhouse that was built at our dock. There are three full bathrooms with regular size showers, toilets and sinks. Just steps away from the boat. (2023)

You will love being able to walk to the beach and having Downtown Port Clinton activities within minutes. Restaurants, bars, live music, festivals, farmers markets, art shows and more! If you have a boat/jet skis/kayak this is the paradise for you. Please let us know if you would like to bring it, we have dock spaces available. There is access to Lake Erie and the Portage River directly from the marina. The Sandusky Bay is only a few minutes’ drive, as well as Cedar Point. The Jet Express is a couple minutes down the road, and you can be to Put N Bay or Kelley’s Island quickly!

Reminder, this is a boat on the water, in a marina. There are other houseboats and personal boats in the marina. The boats do not move from the dock, but simply camping on the water! Depending on the weather, there can be movement. There can also be different kinds of wildlife and bugs. This is similar to camping, but on the water! Spiders, Flies, Mayflies, Nats, etc are all creatures of the water areas. We do spray and clean for these, but want to make you aware that you may see them. We do our best to keep you comfortable! Entire House with a 1 minute walk (you can see the Jet Express from the porch) to the Jet Express and to Lake Erie. This space is cozy and perfect for 8 guest. It has 2 king size beds, 1 pullout couch, a futon, and two large couches. This house comes with all the amenities. Equipped with a eat in kitchen. This fully remodeled home is the one for you, everything floor to ceiling is new! Two bedrooms, two full baths, sleeps 8 w/kids comfortably, fenced in back yard with new deck, within walking distance to park and beach.

Master has a queen size bed and includes a large closet with ample space and a master bath in the suite.

2nd bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle underneath and then another twin size bed beside the full, rooms sleeps total of 4 people (1 child/3 adults).

Living room has a comfortable pull out sofa that also has a 4inch memory foam topper with it that sleeps 2. And then there is also a black futon sleeper that clicks down to accommodate another small person if necessary. Living room comfortably sleeps 2-3 people.

This well equipped 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath cottage can be your base for Island hopping, family time at the beach or drive thru safari, Cedar Point, hunting, fishing, Put-In-Bay, or just decompressing. Only a 1/2 mile to town and the Jet Express, a short drive to Catawba, Marblehead and all the various nearby wineries and breweries. Our home is 20-25 minutes to the Sandusky/Cedar Point area. Don't forget Port Clinton is the walleye capital of the world, so bring your trucks and boats, we have plenty of parking and our garage has a fish cutting table and a freezer.

There is also an awesome park for kids a 5 min drive away. The selection of coffees. The toys and books for kids and Pac Man game and big selection of board games. The table on deck with sun cover and a grill too. Plenty of beds. Everything was just so well thought out and we loved staying there! Something to know about Port Clinton from late June thru the first of August we have 2 bugs called a Midge and a Mayfly they come off of the lake at night in what is called a hatch they are attracted to light, but it helps keeping out door lights off when not needed.
They do not bite, and they die within 24 hours they will fly into the home when you open doors or windows. We do our best to clean up the outside during these hatches so bear with us the whole community has the same issue.

- "Two friends, my spouse, and I enjoyed our stay. The place was relatively easy to find. It is not directly in the neighborhood but next to which allows for more privacy. We only stayed for one night but the place had many amenities such as cooking supplies and other general things. My only super minor note, is there are plenty of bugs outside - I mean, after all, it is near a ton of water. That also means there are quite a few dead bugs on the outside and just a FEW (and I mean under 4, if that) inside. Given how many bugs were outside, the inside cleanliness was impressive! The hosts were kind, leaving their phone number and instructions for how to use a few things and other notes. We went during the summer and the air conditioners (one on ground level, one in loft) kept the place super cool and perfect. I would (and will?) definitely come back. I recommend it if you are planning a trip to Cedar Point, it is about 30 minutes away and a great price!"

While staying at the lake house you are sure to have a great time! It’s located within walking distance to the jet express and Port Clinton’s downtown MORA district. Our small lake house is just the right size for 2 couples or 4 friends! Feel free to use the grill or full kitchen. We offer a luxury bidet in our bathroom. WIFI is included with a 50in Roku smart tv located in the living room. The couch pulls out to a full bed. We also offer a washing machine with dryer.

One bedroom with a queen bed, one living room with a pullout sofa/full bed, keep in mind if you use the sleeper sofa we have a mattress topper in the bedroom closet. It is a GameChanger and makes it super comfortable, one bathroom with luxury bidet, shower, and bathtub, one living room with smart TV, full kitchen with commercial luxury coffee maker, toaster, blender, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Bicycles in shed next to house. We have a outdoor pergola with egg chair and fire pit. If you plan on having a fire, please don’t do it under the pergola. If you have a boat/jet skis/kayak this is the paradise for you. Please let us know if you would like to bring it, we have dock spaces available. There is access to Lake Erie and the Portage River directly from the marina. The Sandusky Bay is only a few minutes’ drive, as well as Cedar Point. The Jet Express is a couple minutes down the road, and you can be to Put N Bay or Kelley’s Island quickly!

The boats do not move from the dock, but simply camping on the water!Depending on the weather, there can be movement. There can also be different kinds of wildlife and bugs. Ramble on Rose is a houseboat with tons of charm! Wake up to the sounds of the water and go to bed watching an amazing sunset!

The outdoor space of this boat is great! The large front deck has a table and chair set for 4. The upper deck has patio furniture, perfect to enjoy the evening views.

Inside you will find a king size bed, kitchen area with fridge/microwave and kcup coffee maker. The front living area has a futon that can double as additional sleeping area.
While there is a bathroom on the boat, we ask this is used sparingly as the systems are sensitive. We have a a BRAND NEW bathhouse that was built at our dock. There are three full bathrooms with regular size showers, toilets and sinks. Just steps away from the boat. (2023)

You will love being able to walk to the beach and having Downtown Port Clinton activities within minutes. Restaurants, bars, live music, festivals, farmers markets, art shows and more! If you have a boat/jet skis/kayak this is the paradise for you. Please let us know if you would like to bring it, we have dock spaces available. There is access to Lake Erie and the Portage River directly from the marina. The Sandusky Bay is only a few minutes’ drive, as well as Cedar Point. The Jet Express is a couple minutes down the road, and you can be to Put N Bay or Kelley’s Island quickly!

Reminder, this is a boat on the water, in a marina. There are other houseboats and personal boats in the marina. The boats do not move from the dock but simply camping on the water! Depending on the weather, there can be movement. There can also be different kinds of wildlife and bugs. This is similar to camping, but on the water! Spiders, Flies, Mayflies, Nats, etc are all creatures of the water areas. We do spray and clean for these, but want to make you aware that you may see them. We do our best to keep you comfortable! Please let us know if there is anything we can do while you are with us.

- "We stayed 2 nights aboard Ramble On Rose during the 4th of July. We watched the fireworks from Port Clinton and other areas on top deck. What a show! We had an amazing time! Now....the PROS & CONS PROS... Boat was clean The smell inside was delightful. Didnt smell musty or fishy. Towels/toilet paper were provided. Plasticware/silverware available. KCups/coffee/insulated cups & snacks provided. Refrigerator/microwave worked. A/C worked excellent in 89° weather. 2 additional fans were already on when we arrived. (Thank you!) Clean bedding Curtains covered all windows. Outside patio furniture was comfy. Kayaks/fishing poles- free to renters. Fishing was good especially at night. We caught a few catfish and of course "the BIG one got away" The view is gorgeous especially the sunsets. Although I didn't personally meet Michelle I did text her a few questions and she responded quickly. Josh was friendly and helpful. Walking to the restrooms/shower house was no big deal. It's only about 4 boats down. But at night time I did use the toilet on the boat for #1 use ONLY with no issues. The shower house nice/clean There's 2 rooms with each a toilet, shower, bench, sink & mirror. Check in/out/parking was easy It's peacefully at night. CONS.... Outside boat & furniture covered in cobwebs. I just asked Josh for a broom to knock them down so we wouldn't be running into them. It's nature/outside so I understand they will be present. We definitely will be back!"

Downtown loft apartment in the MORA district(outdoor drinking district), just a block from the Jet Express/water and all of the bars and restaurants on/around Madison Street. This loft is on the second floor, is about 1,200 sf, 2 bed, 1 bath with living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. The Crossfit gym on the first floor of this building have early morning classes (as early as 4:45am) that are loud. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not the best option for you.

What makes this space unique is the location and building. Downtown Port Clinton is becoming more and more popular. The building, which has sat vacant for many years, is coming back to life. With a Crossfit gym on the first floor (with loud, early morning classes(as early as 4:45am) that can be heard from the loft) and some residential living space on the second floor.

You will have access to your unit. Can buy passes to the Port Clinton Crossfit gym on the first floor if you would like to attend a class. My sister, Lexis, and her husband, Brett, run it and are great!

Other things to note
With the Crossfit gym on the first floor, they do have early morning classes and classes throughout the day with loud music and heavy weights being thrown around which can be heard/felt from the loft above. If this is a concern, I would encourage you to find another place to stay as this place may not be the best fit for you.

Located right next to our business the Portage River Paddling Company, a kayak and canoe livery and right off of Route 2. Just 25 minutes from Cedar Point and just minutes from downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express ferry to Put In Bay. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom camper with electric and water. A convenient and quaint little camper to make your visit enjoyable. People from all walks of life are welcome!

The space
Right next to Portage River Paddling Company, our kayak and canoe livery business. You are a 60 second walk away from renting kayaks, canoes, standup paddleboards, axe throwing, gem mining, chainsaw carvings, and tons of animals for people to enjoy including goats, turtles, tortoises, lizards, ducks, chickens, and more! Just minutes from downtown Port Clinton, the Jet Express, and local shops and restaurants. Perfect for fisherman coming to the area. There is a public boat launch 1 mile away. The deck has a table and chairs and we now have an outdoor fire pit so you can sit around a camp fire at night. We have firewood, ice , bug spray, chicken and duck eggs, and more for sale at the paddling company next door if you need it! Very close to a railroad crossing so if you are not a fan of trains then this is not the place for you. Maximum of 4 people. More people can be accommodated by pitching a tent outside. Please inquire before booking for more than 4 guests. An additional charge for guests over 4 will be applied at a rate of $15 per guest per night.

Other things to note
The camper is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized after each stay. Best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. The futon pulls out to a small bed. Right across from a railroad crossing so if you are not a fan of trains or their horns, then this is not the place for you.

Stay in our cozy camper located on a quiet dead-end road in Port Clinton!

This camper includes a master suite with queen sized bed and full bathroom, and a second bedroom with bunk beds and an attached half bath. Also included is a kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator.

You can enjoy the double recliners and smart TV in the living room, or relax outside with the Adirondack chairs and fire ring!

Beautiful secluded cabin hidden in the woods on the banks of the portage river; eagles, swans,
ducks, & deer are frequently seen. Views of sunrises and sunsets over the river, beach area with fire pit, gas grill & charcoal grill available. Bring kayaks to enjoy the river or rent them a short distance away across the river at the Portage River Paddling Company. Only 3 miles from historic downtown Port Clinton, visit the lighthouse, shops, and restaurants.

The space
Cabin built in 2017 sits on 30 acres, driveway is a 1 mile long stone drive, in heavy rains expected vehicle to get a little mud on the tires. But the views are spectacular, large marsh with wild life, corn field with deer, mature woods are among the drive back to the cabin that sits on the river. Does not get any more secluded while being close to St. rte 2. Port Clinton, Catawba, Marblehead, Fremont, Sandusky.

Guest access
Entire cabin, along with walking the property and fishing or kayaking in the river, must bring own kayaks and fishing poles.

Other things to note
One bedroom is upstairs, other bed is a fold out couch in the main room downstairs, bath is downstairs. Large attached garage for a vehicle or nice if it’s raining or very hot days.

This is a second story apartment space offering a secure entry into the building and into your private apartment. Completely renovated in 2020. Includes a desk area, and laundry, wifi, smart tv. We do love to invite kids, however parents - some of the art work may be considered a little risque - we don't want to surprise or offend anyone. Its all in good fun, but we want to make you aware.

The space
The Great Lake Guest House offers a stylish modern furnishings, and a great place to enjoy a movie and relax between area attractions and site seeing!

The Guest House is recommended for 2 guests, and will comfortably sleep those 2 if with your significant other, or a close friend that doesn't mind sharing a Queen Bed. Adding a 3rd to your party? There's also a comfy couch for that extra friend, child or tag along (see pics to see if it suits you!).

We hope you will quickly notice the cleanliness of the home, and of course all the comforts of home!

We provide two mounted televisions. The Living area has a tv equipped for streaming services (complimentary Netflix provided) via Roku TV. The bedroom TV is a simple set up (free network tv pulled from an antenna until further updates are made!).

Coffee bar in the kitchen. This features complimentary Keurig K cup Coffees, flavored creamers, sugars, Splenda etc to help get your days started....or to wind down in the evening if that's your style. We’ll add complimentary items here as they become available, but Coffees and creamers will be a staple.

Bedroom is clean, cozy and comfortable with fresh soft linens and plenty of pillows! Master bedroom with Queen size Bed has a 24" provided (no cable / but picks up plenty of broadcast tv Chanels). To be updated in 2023!

As previously mentioned we've tried to complete your vacation stay by providing all basic, and not so basic cooking utensils and supplies! We’ll stock plenty of cooking basics, adding a few nice spices to help you kick it up a notch!

The Patio area is available for outdoor relaxation with an outdoor patio set.

The Guest House is located just off the Main House. Both are offered as separate rental homes, and thus have a shared patio space with plenty of room to enjoy (and spread out!). This is not a small cramped area!

You'll be provided parking directly in front of your Guest House. Bringing truck, trailer and boat? Just let us know….there’s plenty of on site parking to accommodate your fishing or fun setup.

Private areas within the confines of your guest house, and a shared space on the large outdoor patio (its offseason for the pool, but the Patio is still very nice in the morning, day and of course at night).

Please steer clear of the Large Pole Barn as it is a private work / storage area both the property, and of course for owner use all season long.

Traveling the Port Clinton, Ohio Neighborhood!!

Foot traffic to the local park and beach is a snap with the park being 1 block away, and the beach 2 blocks away! You can choose to bring bikes and ride around town, or simply drive your Car (plenty of parking nearly everywhere you go!).

A Bassett's Community Market (Groceries/Beer/Wine) is just a couple blocks away!Local taxis or an Uber could drop you at your favorite local bar or night spot, or even at the Jet Express so you can enjoy the day on the Island (and not worry about driving home upon your "spirited" return).

Traveling to the area with your boat? We offer on street parking, and in drive parking for a vehicle or two. Plan on trailering your boat to and from the Public Accesses while in town? Let us know and we can help arrange secure overnight parking just down the street (fees would apply, but we could help make those arrangements).

This is the top floor of a duplex (must climb stairs).
