- "Planned a birthday party! Had a cabin, my parents stay there also! Cabin was tiny but I guess that’s what I get fir not reading the description! It was cold, there was a hole under the doors and walls so air was still getting in with a heater!!! Bathroom was a walk away! Everyone of my family members got bitched at for speeding! It was 5mph and if you go 7mph they follow you and proceed to yell at you as if you were killing someone! I was doing 7mph at 11pm and they came to my cabin I paid for and yelled at me! I paid WAY to much for what it was and then to get bitched at about going 2 over, F OFF! All the people there are old so they got nothing better to do then play “cop” and “snitch” just not worth the time nor money! Go somewhere else I promise you it would be worth a 10 min drive then staying here!!!"

The San Angelo Lodge
This magnificent 10,000 square foot lakefront lodge features 180 degree lake and golf course views from nearly every room. It is perfect for multiple family retreats, golf stay and play or corporate functions. The Lodge can accommodate up to 24 guests with 21 beds, 6 large bedrooms and 5 spacious bathrooms on three floors.

One of the spectacular features of the Lodge is the river rock fireplace in the main level living room. Another is the cedar tongue and grove cathedral ceilings that complement the living area. Tumbled Italian tile, marble, hardwoods and carpet is incorporated throughout the well-appointed rooms. There is a massive gourmet kitchen with a Viking Professional 6 burner gas range as well as an over sized Sub Zero refrigerator.
A microwave, convection oven, regular oven with warming drawer, dishwasher and beverage refrigerator, two 12 cup coffee pots and two 4-slot toasters add to the list of the appliances .An over sized granite counter that seats s8 along with the large granite island completes this amazing space. Formal dining space is located next to the open kitchen area seating 10. Washer and dryer are located on main level. The Lodge has central air conditioning and all bedrooms, which are lake front, walk out to either balconies or to the main deck of the Lodge.
A two person Jacuzzi tub is located in the master suite in addition to the massive marble or Italian tumbled tile walk in showers in 3 of the 4 bathrooms.
The wrap around main deck provides a large gas grill, bar height fire table, , numerous seating areas, patio tables, chairs and umbrellas. The brick paver patio provide guests with a 4 person hot tub and an outdoor basketball hoop. A stainless steel fire pit for a wood burning camp fire as well as a custom made benches and tables is located at the water front. Camp fire wood is provided for each night stay.
A breath taking cascading waterfall runs along the entire length of the property and the lakefront is the perfect spot to fish from or just relax at the lakes edge. For the young or young at heart, the lodge offers a game room area with a pool table, foosball, ping pong table, air hockey and a full size poker table. A complete second living room along with an 8 foot bar with a beverage center containing a refrigerator and coffee station completes the interior of the game room.
The Lodge is located between the number one green and the number two fairway of Solitude Links Golf Course and is a public golf course. The restaurant Bunkers Burger and BBQ Co. is located at the clubhouse and they also offer a full service bar.
The Lodge is located in Kimball Michigan; 10 minutes from the beaches of Lake Huron and the city of Port Huron as well as the Blue Water Bridges which is the entry way to Canada and it is minutes from shopping, casino's and restaurants. Within 10 minutes from the Lodge are three more great golf courses: Black River Country Club (18 hole public), The Elks Club (18 hole public) and Marysville Golf Course (18 hole public).
Approximately one mile from the Lodge is the KOA Water/Amusement park Sawmill City.

The space
Situated on the St. Clair River is the charming Harbor House; a unique waterfront 30's Era craftsman duplex featuring stonework, expansive covered front porch & hardwood floors thru-out.

This floor includes a private master bedroom with a King-size bed and a sunroom separated from the living room by a privacy screen containing a large day bed. There are also 2 twin roll-away beds and a 21" tall, pillow-top self-inflating queen size air mattress. These may be placed in either the sunroom alongside the day bed or in the oversized water facing living room which also contains a sleeper sofa. Aside from the sofa bed, the living room seats an additional 5 persons and has a gas burning fireplace. This is a new B & B so all the linens are new and much of it has been freshly painted or is in the process of being updated. This floor also includes a very large kitchen and eat-in water facing dining area that seats 6 people.

Outside, the waterfront has a covered patio with outdoor seating as well as a firepit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs. There is a additional free parking to the south and the City Park / Beach is the to the North

This listing is for Floor 1 of the Harbor House. There is also a 2nd Floor that is used as an owners residence from time to time. Each unit has it's own private entrance and the house has solid walls and floors which allows for privacy and isolation. Laundry Room on-Premise available upon request.

- "I would recommend this place its beautiful and peaceful but the owner is so understanding and he listened to my stories and help me and my families." - "The apartment was great for the price, the building is a little old, but I didn't have any problems with that. The communication with Rajesh was excellent, he answers quickly." - "Very poor quality of construction material. The host also has the most obnoxious set of rules I've ever seen in a place to stay. Take a look for yourself in the listing. It's unreal. This was my first time on this platform and I couldn't be more disappointed. Leaky windows, holes in the floor, no bags in the trash, half a roll in the toilet paper holder with NO ROLLS in the rest of the unit. You are fined a substantial amount for dirty dishes despite there being no dish soap or towels aside from two body towels and a hand towel. There was no hand soap either. You are billed for excess electrical bills (not sure how that's calculated...) in a second story dwelling in a centuries old house during summer. The locks on both the exterior door and the unit itself are trash. Two hand operation required. Even the buttons on the TV remote weren't all working correctly! There's paint over spray all over the unit. Any potential savings are not worth the potential headache and shoddy accomodations. Finally, while it's advertised as having gym Access, no instructions are provided as to how to access it. I've even had to re-write this review several times because my references back to the policies of the host keep getting flagged or reported for mentioning specific amenities. STAY AWAY!"

- "Everything about this stay was 10/10. The property manager Erik was beyond respectful and polite. He really went above and beyond. He made sure my icy steps and sidewalk were always salted, my trash was always taken out on trash day, he was always very responsive and easy to get ahold of and so much more. I could tell he really cares about his job and never made me feel like a bother if I had to call or text him for any reason. He was always truly happy to help. The booking process was very easy and straightforward. The owner was very polite and happy to answer any questions I had. Everything was very clean inside and it already had everything I needed. I felt safe staying here and it’s in a beautiful part of town right on the water. I can’t think of any problems I had during my stay or any downsides."

Escape to this charming house in picturesque Marine City, located on the Belle River with access to the St. Claire River only a 10–15-minute boat ride away. Be advised there is low boat clearance on the 2nd bridge to get to the house. Most boats 20 feet and smaller will fit with no issue. This small home has been newly renovated with the fisherman in mind. It features an outdoor fish cleaning table, an outdoor sink with both hot and cold water (not available in the winter), a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), firepit and a table and chairs. There is plenty of parking for 2 boat trailers (you can use the yard) and 2 vehicles and parking on the street. There's also room to park a boat on the seawall and room for a 2nd boat on the floating pier. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, a small living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with your basic cooking essentials, a toaster, coffee maker and filters, and mixer. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC and heat (mini-split unit), a hair dryer, and a stackable washer and dryer during their stay. This quiet neighborhood is walking distance from downtown Marine City, restaurants, the beach, and the St. Claire River. - "I brought my son here from Montana and rented an apartment. It was perfect for our stay and we intend to use this location again" - "This wasn't even close to the apartment that I got. Apartment was upgraded, but done very cheaply. If you are looking for something a little better than a hotel, this is a good option. If you really are a travelling professional and need a well stocked home, this is not for you. No real storage in kitchen. Limited cooking equipment including no hot pads or baking sheets or utensils. Floor is new, but very uneven which is causing the ends of the panels to come up on the ends. Scratched my feet several times. No hangers at all. My unit has a small covered entrance, but you had to dance around the a/c unit to get in plus it flooded from a leak in the roof when it rained. I also noticed 3 racoons climbing into a hole in the roof while I was staying there. Says it's a non smoking house, but I feel like at least 2 of my neighbors were smoking inside. Has a lot of fines such as $25 if you leave the lights on or leave something in the fridge when you leave. Lots of places to sleep, but it would be nice to actually have a sofa or an easy chair to sit on. Beds aren't that comfortable to sit on, plus one of the beds is right in front of the a/c so you are leaning against it. Light over porch never goes off so light still streams into bedroom past blackout curtains."

Enjoy river views from every room. Relax on the private deck and dock and watch the sunset. Walk, boat, or bike downtown for a movie, coffee, drinks or dinner. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a convertible desk which converts to a full sized memory foam bed. The 3 rd bed is a sofa that converts to a full bed in the living room.

The space
Our cozy two bedroom cottage on the Black River is close to downtown Port Huron and shops, cafes, pubs and parks. Walk along the river walk or relax on the private deck and dock and watch the boats and wildlife pass. Boaters and fishing enthusiasts can bring their boats and tackle. All the comforts of home; full kitchen and central heat and air. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 can be used as either a desk or a bed. It easily converts from a desk to a full sized bed with a memory foam mattress which, if requested, we can set up in advance. Bed 3 is a sofa in the living room that converts to a full sized bed.

Weather changes by the water. Bring layers! Bring life jackets or let us know what sizes of life jackets you need so we can do our best to accommodate you. Located along the St. Clair River at the apex of nostalgic Broadway and Marine City’s Nautical Mile sits Harbor House. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise over the river while the ships pass. Later, head out your door and explore the many antique shops on Broadway or visit the various Parks, Shops and Restaurants along the river. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

The space
Situated on the St. Clair River is the charming Harbor House; a unique waterfront 30's Era craftsman duplex featuring stonework, expansive covered front porch & hardwood floors thru-out.

This floor includes a private master bedroom with a King-size bed and a sunroom separated from the living room by a privacy screen containing a large day bed. There are also 2 twin roll-away beds and a 21" tall, pillow-top self-inflating queen size air mattress. These may be placed in either the sunroom alongside the day bed or in the oversized water facing living room which also contains a sleeper sofa. Aside from the sofa bed, the living room seats an additional 5 persons and has a gas burning fireplace. This floor also includes a very large kitchen and eat-in water facing dining area that seats 6 people.

Outside, the waterfront has a patio with outdoor seating as well as a firepit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs. There is additional free parking to the south and the City Park / Beach is the to the North

*During spring, we may experience mayflies during your stay.  Unfortunately we aren't able to predict if they will be present during your visit.  We prepare the outdoors as best as we can. Turning off lights at night and keeping curtains closed during the evening also helps deter the mayflies. You may want to explore  repellents or organic oils for your yourselves, just in case.

*The yard is partially fenced. We offer a dog lead for guests if requested.
