This is the one! Cute, cozy, & clean year-round house with 60’ private subdivision residents'-only beach. Beach has a huge deck with built-in benches and a high-top island. Deck is great for morning coffee, happy hour, sunset & star gazing, or watching the kids swim.

Our private, small subdivision has an Extraordinary sandy beach (not visible from cottage due to small hill) which is less than a 2 min walk to access across the road. We also have a wagon for you to easily transport your beach gear.

We sleep six. There are two bedrooms; one located on the main floor & one on the upper floor (loft type, no door, but visually private) - there is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Everything needed for a great stay is provided. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.

When not enjoying the beach, or visiting nearby Caseville & Port Austin, there’s plenty to do at the cottage—relax on the back deck, grill your meals using our propane BBQ grill; play a game of cornhole, enjoy a campfire at the fire pit in the backyard.

We also can provide a highchair; pack n play crib, stroller & baby gate, at no charge; just let us know in advance what you need.

For your indoor entertainment, we have a large collection of DVD's, Books, puzzles, board games, playing cards, toys, Xfinity streaming HD TV & WI-Fi. You will need your own password for premium apps such as Netflix, etc.

This home is a beautiful log cabin cottage. It sits on approximately 150 feet of lake frontage. The lake has a sandy bottom and is shallow a long way out, which makes it nice for wading and also the sun warms the shallow water early in the year. It is completely furnished. You will have access to 2 kayaks, gas grill, DVD's and player, books, puzzle and games. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach and catch nightly sunsets in the privacy of your own home. You may decide to never leave the hammock. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
one bedroom with a queen bed (new mattress 2021)
one bedroom with bunk beds (new mattress 2020) and a twin
one bedroom with a twin and a double (new mattress 2021)

Spend a week relaxing on the shores of Saginaw Bay, Lake Huron. Our fully furnished home is located on Beadle Island within the City limits of Caseville.
The front of the cottage faces west and offers spectacular sunsets. You can sit on the deck and watch the boats go in and out of the harbor along the Caseville break wall. The sandy beach area provides a place for sunbathing, a game of Bocce ball, Frisbee or whatever outside games you bring along for your week of fun. Shallow water along the shoreline provides an excellent area for kids to play.
You are welcome to bring your kayaks or canoes to paddle in the lake or up the river to the downtown harbor.
Fishing is available nearby from the city access area just off the break wall parking lot.
You can walk or bike to the downtown area in minutes to spend some time checking out the unique shops or have lunch at one of the local restaurants. You can also buy some food from the local stores and grill outside on the provided gas grill.
If you want to venture away from the shore, there are several golf courses nearby as well as miniature golf for family fun, or you can visit one of the state’s premier Farmer's Market each Saturday in Port Austin located about 20 miles north of Caseville along M-25.
Our home is a perfect place to create some special memories with your family and friends. We are located on a private beach for the homeowners along the shoreline. A clean sandy beach and sandy bottom lake are right out the door. Our home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and provides sleeping space for up to eight people. This includes two bedrooms upstairs with one having two double beds and a queen sized bed in the other. We added an additional bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room. WiFi is available for use.
During the Summer months we rent from Sunday to Sunday (7 days). Check-in after 4 p.m. and before 10 a.m. on check-out day. Off months minimum 2-3 nights stay. Maximum 3 vehicles in the driveway. Do not park on the neighbor's property. Marihuana use is prohibited inside and out.

The width of the property provides a large beach area with plenty of soft, clean sand for the kids to play in and the adults to enjoy. Sandy bottom beach, which stays shallow quite a distance out into the lake. There was a full deckbox of sand toys for the kids, and two nice kayaks! The inside of the lakehouse was just as impressive. Everything was immaculate and so nicely decorated. Everything you might need was provided. *Pet Owners!* Please note that our backyard is not fully fenced in. Although there are many beaches that allow pups in the Caseville/Port Austin area, the beach that is within walking distance to The Peach Cottage does not allow pups. Please keep this in mind if you plan to bring along your pup.

*Please Note* The Peach Cottage does not have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, or central A/C. We are on a well, however filtered water is provided. We are on a septic so please be mindful of this (all food should be discarded in the trash - not down the sink, and only TP, pee pee, and poo poo down the toilet please!).

*If you plan on using the futons: please pack your own bedding/pillows. Please note the sunroom (where the futons are located) is not insulated and can be a bit chilly in the fall.

Summary:
Newly remodeled home on what the locals call Beadle Island. We've specifically equipped our home to be ideal for beach getaways of all kinds and for all ages. Centrally located, just a three minute walk to a private sandy beach, two minute drive or ten minute walk to the heart of downtown Caseville. We are a 10 minute drive to Sleeper State Park, 30 minute drive to Port Austin and a 30 minute drive to Bad Axe. This home is also across from Hoy's Saginaw Bay Marina, Caseville Municipal Harbor and just down the road from the local Yacht club making it an ideal spot for boaters, fisherman and duck hunters.

This home is in a quiet residential area and guests are expected to adhere to community rules and guidelines including the 10pm noise ordinance.

The Space:
With three bedrooms total, the master has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The house will allow 4 to enjoy their own bed, or it can sleep up to 6 with beds being shared. We also have a porta crib available if needed.

The kitchen contains all of the necessities for you to prepare meals at home. Including basic pantry items.

The dining area has room for 6 and the outdoor dining table has 4 chairs and room for 2 more chairs that can be brought out from the dining room.

The living room has a large couch, wicker rocking chair and a recliner chair.

We've equipped our home with all of the comforts you might expect, including a 50" TV in the main room, and a 43” TV in the master, new appliances, new linens and plenty of beach towels, but we also have small touches like extra throw blankets, games and toys for the kids, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a shed full of summer toys.

In the shed you will find 2 kayaks, kayak dolly's, life jackets, inflatables, a beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella 2 brand new adult uni-sex bikes and 2 older but functioning adult bikes. During the month of Oct-March we put away the grill and outdoor furniture in the shed, but you are welcome to get it out to use it. We recently added a new patio out back by the shed, but it has not been photographed yet. This patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the new solo stove for a safe bonfire. You are also welcome to take the solo stove to the beach and have a fire.

This house is set up for families to enjoy some time together. This house is not designed for large groups of adults who are interested in partying late into the evening. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly and the neighbors expect that same feeling to come from our place. This is one of only a handful of vacation rentals on the island so it is very important to the neighbors to not feel that they are living in tourist area.

The beach is just around the corner, about a two minute walk. Please be mindful that the area in front of houses is the property of that house, you may walk the entire beach but you can only put chairs in the open area. When the water is super shallow I like to take my chair out to the sandbar so I can get full sun and keep my feet cool in the water.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and seasonal access to the shed.

The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is quiet and has a mixed of vacation homes, vacation rentals and full time residents. During the summer the area is fun and active and in the winter is very quiet and relaxing.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get to the home but just about everyplace you would want to visit is within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
We can accommodate 3 cars in the driveway, if they are smaller cars then we can fit 4. Please do NOT block the road with any vehicles as the road is one lane and there is no room for street parking. Do not park in the neighbors driveway. There is no parking at the beach area, you must walk to the beach.

Interaction with Guests:
We leave our guests alone unless needed, our cleaner is local and can assist with emergency needs.

The upstairs master bedroom has a queen sleep number bed and the remaining two upstairs bedrooms each have a full size and a twin size bed. The 4th bedroom on the first floor has a twin size bed.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need during your stay and there is both a charcoal and propane grill available for barbecuing on the deck while looking out over the water.
WiFi, a large screen Smart TV with Cable are available for the rainy days.
There is a fire ring on the beach for enjoying camp fires in the evening.

Beach Lane is nestled in the quaint neighborhood next to the Caseville County Park, which is considered to have the best beach on the east side of the state. Baywatch Grill and Kayak/ kite surfing rentals available about 100 yards from the backyard. Short walk to downtown where there are open air concerts, multiple shopping boutiques, restaurants and a farmers market with crafts every weekend during the summer. The backyard features a lake view, beautiful sunsets, fire pit, grill, multiple sitting & eating areas, games and direct access to the public and private shared beach. The house has plenty of space to spread out or to gather together in the multi purpose room, which features a vaulted ceiling, TV, games, multiple eating areas and view of Lake Huron.

This updated cottage is the place to be for your next getaway! Located on a quiet street with a wooded yard, the shared private beach is a very short walk at the end of the road.

The main floor of the house contains a living room perfect for reading a book on a rainy day, an eat in kitchen, half bath, and a spacious family room with a smart TV and a dining table large enough for the whole family.
The upper level consists of a master suit with a king sized bed and a private bathroom with stand up shower. The second bedroom has a full and twin sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is an additional bathroom with bathtub adjacent to the other two bedrooms on this level as well.
The lower level consists of a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds and a queen sized bed to sleep a total of 6 people. In addition there is a separate laundry room complete with new washer and dryer.

- "My husband and two young children stayed here for a long weekend trip to Caseville. Everything was perfect...the house was pristine when we arrived, and just as listed. Modern and cozy. The spacious master bath was probably my personal favorite feature. There were plenty of pleasant surprises that made our stay even better, such as the marshmallow roasting sticks (for smores), beach towels and beach chairs. I loved the rustic feel of the back yard...the trees behind the home added a level of privacy and peace. I am a birdwatcher and nature lover, so the yard was perfect for me. The only constructive feedback I can offer is that it would have been nice to have propane to use the grill. There was also a charcoal grill available (and charcoal), but we haven't mastered that grilling process yet, apparently lol...we couldn't get it fired up properly. So we ended up cooking inside rather than grilling. No biggie. As far as location goes, it's minutes from downtown Caseville and not far at all from Sleeper State Park's beach, where we spent quite a bit of time. Port Austin (downtown) isn't too far either...maybe 20-25 minutes. I'd definitely recommend anyone planning a trip to the area, to rent this property for their stay."

(At least one) - Guests should have a place to sit a drink of water or charge their phones etc. next to the bed. What I would change: 1. The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. Hard (not just firm) and small. This really dampened our stay. 2. The mattress cover/pad, felt like sleeping on vinyl or plastic. This coupled with a significantly uncomfortable mattress led to very broken, sweaty sleep. Initially, we thought we would always want to rent this unit for future visits to Caseville, because it really was quite beautiful. However, after a few nights of trying to sleep on those mattresses, we knew that just wouldn’t be an option for us."

I had an English Spring Spaniel named Banjo. He loved visiting the cabin and catching Frisbees on the beech (and and any place where there was enough space). See pics. I sometimes stay next door during the year. My niece and nephew own the place next door now.

Guests at Banjo's Getaway have total access to the cabin. Sometimes I am next door, sometimes I am not. I have had guests pitch tents for the kids.

Nestled among the trees, this cozy cabin has been recently updated with modern details to compliment its charming characteristics and vintage pieces throughout. Our cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 1.5 miles from downtown Caseville, 2.4 miles from the Caseville County Park Beach and 6.8 miles from Sleeper State Park. The backyard includes a firepit, grill and picnic table, all perfect for outdoor entertaining. During the cooler days, enjoy cozying up to the indoor fireplace.

In the warm months, spend the day at the beach, and enjoy the various dining + activity options Caseville & Port Austin have to offer, and spend your nights at the cabin by the campfire. On rainy days or in the cooler months, enjoy your time inside relaxing by the fireplace. Our cabin has been designed to be enjoyed year round with both heating and cooling. Additionally, the cabin is about a 25 minute drive along Lake Huron to Port Austin which has great dining options as well as beaches, kayaking and a Dark Sky Preserve.

Our cabin sleeps 4 comfortably and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has 2 main bedrooms, each with one queen bed, and the front porch room has been converted to a third bedroom with a queen sofa bed.

The cabin has been recently updated with modern details to compliment its charming characteristics and vintage pieces throughout.

The front porch room also has a desk, for any “work-from-home” needs.

We have access to a private Lake Huron easement through our neighborhood. It's just a short walk, about 8 minutes. The easement is only about 50 feet, but still very peaceful, beautiful, and can accommodate a couple chairs nicely.

**A new things to note: Our cabin does not have a dishwasher and we run on a septic system. The cabin has a lot of its original charm and please note that the shower height is 6' 2”. While our cabin has a secluded, woodsy feel, do have a few neighbors around us, and our backyard backs up to a beautiful wooded lot. Also, since we're nestled within a wooded area, we recommend bug spray for the warmer weather and nights by the fire.

The space
Spend a week relaxing on the shores of Saginaw Bay, Lake Huron. Our fully furnished home is located on Beadle Island within the City limits of Caseville.
The front of the cottage faces west and offers spectacular sunsets. You can sit on the deck and watch the boats go in and out of the harbor along the Caseville break wall. The sandy beach area provides a place for sunbathing, a game of Bocce ball, Frisbee or whatever outside games you bring along for your week of fun. Shallow water along the shoreline provides an excellent area for kids to play.
You are welcome to bring your kayaks or canoes to paddle in the lake or up the river to the downtown harbor.
Fishing is available nearby from the city access area just off the break wall parking lot.
You can walk or bike to the downtown area in minutes to spend some time checking out the unique shops or have lunch at one of the local restaurants. You can also buy some food from the local stores and grill outside on the provided gas grill.
If you want to venture away from the shore, there are several golf courses nearby as well as miniature golf for family fun, or you can visit one of the state’s premier Farmer's Market each Saturday in Port Austin located about 20 miles north of Caseville along M-25.
Our home is a perfect place to create some special memories with your family and friends. We are located on a private beach for the homeowners along the shoreline. A clean sandy beach and sandy bottom lake are right out the door. Our home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and provides sleeping space for up to eight people. This includes two bedrooms upstairs with one having two double beds and a queen sized bed in the other. We added an additional bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room. WiFi is available for use.
During the Summer months we rent from Sunday to Sunday (7 days). Check-in after 4 p.m. and before 10 a.m. on check-out day. Off months minimum 2-3 nights stay. Maximum 3 vehicles in the driveway. Do not park on the neighbor's property. Marihuana use is prohibited inside and out.

Newly remodeled home on what the locals call Beadle Island. We've specifically equipped our home to be ideal for beach getaways of all kinds and for all ages. Centrally located, just a three minute walk to a private sandy beach, two minute drive or ten minute walk to the heart of downtown Caseville. We are a 10 minute drive to Sleeper State Park, 30 minute drive to Port Austin and a 30 minute drive to Bad Axe. The space
With three bedrooms total, the master has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The house will allow 4 to enjoy their own bed, or it can sleep up to 6 with beds being shared. We also have a porta crib available if needed.

The kitchen contains all of the necessities for you to prepare meals at home. Including basic pantry items.

The dining area has room for 6 and the outdoor dining table has 4 chairs and room for 2 more chairs that can be brought out from the dining room.

The living room has a large couch, wicker rocking chair and a recliner chair.

We've equipped our home with all of the comforts you might expect, including a 50" TV in the main room, and a 43” TV in the master, new appliances, new linens and plenty of beach towels, but we also have small touches like extra throw blankets, games and toys for the kids, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a shed full of summer toys.

In the shed you will find 2 kayaks, kayak dolly's, life jackets, inflatables, a beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella 2 brand new adult uni-sex bikes and 2 older but functioning adult bikes. During the month of Oct-March we put away the grill and outdoor furniture in the shed, but you are welcome to get it out to use it. We recently added a new patio out back by the shed, but it has not been photographed yet. This patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the new solo stove for a safe bonfire. You are also welcome to take the solo stove to the beach and have a fire.

This house is set up for families to enjoy some time together. This house is not designed for large groups of adults who are interested in partying late into the evening. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly and the neighbors expect that same feeling to come from our place. This is one of only a handful of vacation rentals on the island so it is very important to the neighbors to not feel that they are living in tourist area.

The beach is just around the corner, about a two minute walk. Please be mindful that the area in front of houses is the property of that house, you may walk the entire beach but you can only put chairs in the open area. When the water is super shallow I like to take my chair out to the sandbar so I can get full sun and keep my feet cool in the water.

We can accommodate 3 cars in the driveway, if they are smaller cars then we can fit 4. Please do NOT block the road with any vehicles as the road is one lane and there is no room for street parking. Corn hole- Please pick up bags at night or when you are done and place under covered porch. The boards can be leaned up under the large pine.

Beach towels are provided and are in a bin in the Whale bedroom. Please bring them back daily from beach.

There are 2 smart tvs’s in the home that do provide free channels. Please feel free to log in to any streaming services that you subscribe to. Just remember to sign out before you leave.

This custom home was designed and built by a Navy Veteran with his own hands, with wood he had milled from this property. Opening the front door, you will enter the family room and with three sofas (one pull out couch-bedding available upon request), surrounding the river rock gas fireplace. On your left is the dining room with bay windows looking out on the woods. Looking out in the backyard there is a high chance to see a variety of wildlife: squirrels, birds, frogs and deer (which come to feed in the neighbor’s yard nightly). Off of the dining room you will enter the fully stocked, roomy kitchen. There is a full laundry room off of the kitchen in addition to the three-season room with additional seating. The backyard boasts a deck, a propane BBQ, dining seating for 10, a large fenced in grass yard as well as a firepit.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed, day bed and trundle (3 beds) connecting to a private bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. And the third bedroom has a bunk bed, daybed and trundle bed (4 beds).
There is plenty of parking space with a large pull through driveway, and additionally one space available in the garage.

The bright living area offers the sights and sounds of the lake, as well as a TV with DVD library and Roku, and books and games for entertainment. A/C is a window unit in the living area, but the space can be quite comfortable just opening the windows and letting in the breeze.

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a full, and the third has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available. Beach towels are NOT provided.

The kitchen is equipped with the basic necessities, or cookout on the gas BBQ grill out front.

The small bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There is NO washer and dryer on site, but there is a laundromat in town that offers drop-off service.
