This vacation home is located at 324 Morpeth Street, four blocks to the beach and downtown. This home features three (3) bedrooms and one and a half (1.5)bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a dishwasher and microwave. All rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. The house has a deck in the front and back. There is a fire pit. The BBQ is equipped with 2 propane tanks. We have comforters on all beds, however you will have to bring you own linens. There is one queen bed, one double bed and two twin beds as well as a small roll away suitable for a child.

We love traveling with our pets and we know you do too. It also helps save on kennel fees. We would just ask you clean up after your dog. If there is any damage, we ask you to be upfront and help restore the house the way it was when you arrived.

The Neighborhood:
We are located on the Saugeen River, in Southampton, ON on the Lake Huron shoreline of the Bruce peninsula. Saugeen Shores is an excellent take-off point to the many adventures to be found on the Bruce Peninsula.

Other Things to Note:
Including the Vacation House, we rent five cottages. Our property has approx. 600' of frontage on the shoreline of the Saugeen river. The fishing is great!

- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits.
- We do not have onsite staff at the property
- Kindly show consideration for your neighbors by maintaining reasonable noise levels.
- Parties are not permitted.
- Replacement fees will apply for any missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment.
- Towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Please refrain from taking them. Missing items will incur fees.
- If you are accompanied by pets, please pick up after them.
