- "Cozy, quiet and not a detail missed! Wonderful stay." - "Our stay at the Garden Studio was one of the best stays we have ever experienced. The communication before, during and after our stay was clear concise and friendly. We arrived to a beautifully staged studio apartment that not only looked beautiful but also smelt like a spa. The cleanliness was beyond what anyone would hope for. I would’ve eaten of any surface lol. A personalized note with homemade cookies, muffins and other treats. A bottle of wine and a few local craft beers in the fridge. There was also non alcoholic options provided as well, pop, waters etc. Bottles of water on either side if the bed, a cell phone charger incase you forgot to pack one…. The bathroom was fully stocked as well if everything you could imagine. Hair straightener, curling iron, qtips, baby wipes, hair ties, bandaids, advil, hair products and lotions, there was even a sewing kit to repair an outfit if needed. They really thought of everything and it made for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed watching our kiddos play in a hockey tournament in town all weekend but couldn’t join them at the local best western as we had a new puppy. We thought we would be missing out…. Turns out I think everyone else missed out. We got to go back our garden studio oasis spa and settle in with the provided bottle of wine and the provided netflix and prime shows of our choice. Could not recommend more."

-There is parking right in front of the unit, so you wont be dragging your luggage too far!

Cozy basement apartment in family home: nope, not a vintage farmhouse nestled in the countryside but conveniently located in town and close to recreation, shopping, dining, business and special event/banquet locations.

Living room, galley kitchen, bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Did we mention it's a basement? Yes, there are some stairs, and an HVAC bulkhead in living room and bedroom w/ 6'2" clearance.

The space
Newly redone cozy basement apartment with a private keyless side entrance (we change the code after every checkout).  You will enter the house into a shared staircase leading down to your private apartment through a keyed entry.  

Cozy living room with a loveseat, a wall-mounted 43” LG Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ available. USB plugs for easy charging and casual seating for four.   We have a double high full size air bed that can accomodate 2 more people.

You will have your own galley kitchen with a full size fridge with freezer, four burner cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and basic kitchen supplies.  Coffee, tea, milk and cream will be provided.

The bedroom features a queen bed, egress window for emergencies and USB plugs for easy device charging, and a wall-mounted 19" flat screen TV with a Roku streaming stick with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Crave streaming services available. Bright 3-piece en-suite bathroom with a stand up shower, a new sink and vanity, and towels.   Please note, the bathroom is only accessed through the bedroom.

On street parking only from Apr 1-Nov 30; please follow parking by-laws.  We are not responsible for any parking tickets issued by the Town of Orangeville. Dec 1-Mar 31, we will have a dedicated parking spot (single vehicle) in our driveway. During winter parking (Dec 1-Mar 31), please park on the right-hand side of the driveway, closest to the hedge.

This is a nonsmoking family home with an active kid who is in his bedroom by 7:30 PM and is a good sleeper!  As this is a nonsmoking home, if you smoke (cigarettes or cannabis or vape) inside we will be charging you an extra $200 cleaning fee as well as asking you to leave immediately.  Also, illegal drugs of any sort are not permitted.

On weekends we are usually awake around 8am and you will be able to hear us getting breakfast upstairs.  On weekdays we are up about 7:30 am. M-F, our son leaves for school around 8:15am, and we usually work from home. Our son usually returns from school between 4:30pm and 5:00pm. We have a rescue dog who does not enter the Airbnb and is contained to our space and our backyard.

The unit spans the whole upper floor of the house, with a private entrance (front door to the house).

-There are 2 parking spots right in front of the unit, so you wont be dragging your luggage too far!

-Sliding patio door to off of the dining room will lead you to a little yard, and to your private outdoor patio with BBQ. (**PLEASE NOTE : The property is almost at the end of a long renovation, with final landscaping due to be finished by June 2023. At this time the side yard is not fully finished)

4)No Parties: Excessive noise or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction without a refund. No more than 10 people are allowed in the home at any time.

5)Unauthorized Guests: An extra $100/guest/night will be charged for unauthorized guests.

6)Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers pre-arrival cleaning. Additional charges may apply if the home is not left in a reasonably tidy condition.

7)Security Deposit: A $300 deposit is required for stays of 20+ nights. An additional $100 cleaning fee applies for extended stays.

8)Lost Keys: A $150 fee applies for lost or damaged key fobs/home keys.

9)Cleaning Issues: Report any issues within a reasonable time after check-in for assistance.

10)Liability Waiver: By booking, you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents on the property, inside or outside.

*We provide basic amenities (e.g., hand soap, toilet paper). Guests are responsible for additional supplies, especially for long stays.

*Video surveillance is installed outside the home only.

*For stays longer than 10 days, we may conduct a routine inspection, typically lasting 1-3 hours. We will provide 24 hours notice, except in emergencies or when necessary for builder access, which may require shorter notice regardless of stay length.

Beautiful, clean, raised bungalow with 3 bedrooms up, 1 king bed, 2 doubles and one large bedroom/office downstairs. One 4 piece bathroom conveniently located on each level. Large gym/recreation/entertainment room in the lower level.

Short walk to downtown and the Orangeville Theatre with close access to grocery stores, parks, soccer fields, basketball courts, walking/hiking trails, mountain biking and paddling. 10-15 minute drive to Island Lake Conservation Area, Mono Cliffs, the Bruce Trail or Hockley Valley Golf Course. Great local shops, restaurants and the Saturday Farmers Market.
