The setup was great for us being 2 storey but having a main floor bedroom and bath with shower as we had a person with li mited mobility. The place was also very well stocked with necessities (papertowels, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, soap etc...) and the hosts even left us a nice welcome basket as well as coffee and tea. Location, location, location! This cozy home is less than a 5 minute walk to the main beach 😍 and within a block or two from Port’s lovely local shops, restaurants and amenities.

This beach house features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, work space, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a fully equipped home gym. The living room also has a 55” smart TV and unlimited high speed wi-fi.

The large backyard features a walkout to a two-tier deck with an outdoor dining space, propane fire pit with a seating area, and a BBQ. In the grassy area you will find a wood burning fire pit with more seating. Corn hole can also be setup prior to your arrival for your enjoyment! We also offer outdoor movie theatre rental packages if interested.

Please note there is a three (3) night minimum for July and August bookings. Feel free to ask any and all questions. We are looking forward to hosting you 👏🏻.

- "Overall the place was convenient and cute, and suited our needs, but floor get sandy, and place has no broom to sweep it up, so you have to wear shoes constantly. Back yard was not cleaned as we wanted to have fires, but it was full of cobwebs and weeds with no hose to spray down the furniture. Lots of potential though and we had a great time." - "The pictures are out dated. We were disappointed with the back yard. No grass and the midges were really bad. No hose to clean the patio. Access to the back yard is off the 2nd floor so u either use the stairs or go thru the gate on the side of the house. Air conditioning was great as the weather was hot. Even though the bar is just a few doors down we enjoyed the music and it didnt go late. I would like to recommed the garbage bin go on the side of the house as it seemed to be a communal bin for the pedestrians. The property served its purpose and has lots of potential. Welcome to “The boho beach suite” a brand new stay located just a 3 minute walk to one of Lake Erie’s blue flag beaches. Just another short walk over the lift bridge to the quaint little shops, theatre and restaurants. You can enjoy a fire in the beautiful treed side yard with other guests and residents or a morning coffee in the front Adirondack chairs watching all those heading to the beach for a day of sun and sand. “The beach walk” is just steps from great patios with live music and food.

The space
Our big blue building is nestled into the summer energy that is William street heading down to the main beach of Port Stanley and houses a sophisticated barbershop. The beach walk is the upstairs of the building where “ The boho beach suite” is located as well as another suite in the process of being completed soon. The main floor and basement of the building have our 3 apartments that house our wonderful tenants.

The suites are on the upstairs level of the building and our guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoors in our shared space that is our side yard. We have some chairs outside and a small fire bowl but we do not provide firewood if you want to have a small fire you must bring supplies.

Please remember to bring your beach towels to enjoy the beach. The towels we provide are for your use in suite and ask that you do not take them out of the room. Thank you!
During the warmer months the bars on the street tend to have live music that may be loud so we suggest our lighter sleeping guests use the earplugs we supply in the night stand or bring their preferred sleeping aids.

Bakers rack in living room has bar mixing accessories, stored underneath are crock pot and small roasting pan, as well as a rice cooker. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, Keurig and kettle and all accompaniments in coffee bar.
Beds are all made up with sanitized mattress and pillow protectors, sheets and quilts with extra comforters and blankets, pillows on hand for your use.
