Owner/Resident Occupancy

As this is a big property the separate studio above the garage is occupied by a resident. This studio is not connected with house and have a separate entrance and guest will not see us. The resident uses one parking spot and will not access the backyard or any other place. Even though the house has multiple dwellings, it will be rented to only one team of guests at a time. So guests can enjoy 100% privacy in backyard. Extra bedrooms are available on request for couples.

You can enjoy 100% privacy in the house, garden, and lakeside patio. (Basement is a separate dwelling and is connected with the house with a door).

Need advice? Fred and Theresa have lived here pretty much all their lives. Fred is a foodie and knows the places to go. Theresa is the one who makes all things sparkle and shine. We both can direct you to the best places to visit and when the best time is to go. If a good local BBQ dinner or homemade Canadian breakfast is a request...who knows?

It is located on a quiet street with a fully fenced, shady mature and private lot. Enjoy listening to birds, frogs and the rippling Forty Mike Creek from the hot tub in the backyard. - "We had family and dogs for a Thanksgiving wknd in Grimsby. Sarah was a great host and the place was charming. A block from great Fall Colours on the Bruce Trail and a block from pubs and restaurants on Main St. Great!" - "My family and I stayed at this house for four days. It was centrally located in town and had a nice set up in their backyard to relax in. We unfortunately, didn’t spend much time there as we were visiting family but I feel it was equipped with all you would need for your stay. The only complaint I would have is that we needed to bring our own pillows which is a hard thing to travel with. This was do to Ontario covid rules and not the host I believe but be sure to bring them. All in all we highly enjoyed our stay and would use again."
