The pool is open seasonally between May 9 - October 14 and the pool heater will be set to 80 degrees. Actual pool temperatures will vary based on weather conditions. The hot tub is available all year round. Lounge by the pool or on the beach! Have a beverage around the pool or cozy up by the propane fire table in the evening.

We provide all linens and towels, cookware, dinnerware. There is also a Webber BBQ for grilling. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels and beach chairs.

With a private beach this is a perfect vacation spot if you are looking to get away from it all. The beach is a mix of sand, shells and stones. This is a great location for boating, kayaking and canoeing! There is loads of space to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby.

There is plenty of parking. The is a great location for two or three families to get away.
This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Reservation requests for more than 8 adults will be reviewed.

Other Things to Note:

- The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight
- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- There are outdoor security cameras at this home. They are in the parking area, facing the beach area and overlooking the pool and hot tub area. The cameras are not monitored and footage is only accessed if absolutely necessary for security, storms or Town By-Law
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.

Our little oasis is licensed by the Town of Fort Erie and is 12 minutes from Crystal Beach in a residential neighbourhood so you can enjoy the beach and then leave the crowds behind! We live next door to the west and our son lives next door to the east. We'll leave you alone but are available if you have any issues or questions.

The reason for implementing the damage deposit is that, every year, guests flush items down the toilet causing costly plumbing repairs.

Nearby, there are restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, a seafood market and a small brewery nearby as well as the Friendship Trail for cycling and walking and Old Fort Erie for history buffs. Old Ridgeway has charming stores and a farmer's market from May to October and Safari Niagara is a wonderful zoo right here in Fort Erie. We are a 25 minute drive to wine country or 20 minutes to Niagara Falls or the Niagara Glen for hiking.

THE CABIN

A small, open plan living space with wood and natural gas fireplaces, tasteful furnishings and privacy. Relax on the deck, have a fire or chill inside with a movie on the smart tv (Netflix & Prime only, no cable or satellite channels). The 2nd bedroom still has one wall with the original log cabin finish. There are no sofabeds or cots.

The main room has a dining table and four chairs and a bar height counter with 2 stools. There are 3 large modular leather armchairs and a loveseat in front of the TV. Kitchen is equipped with new electric range, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, storage bowls, utensils and dishes. Please wash your dishes before leaving. The BBQ has a grill plate for fish or veggies.

There is an AC unit in the master bedroom that can cool the cabin if you leave the blinds closed during the day and the floor fan on. In winter, there are space heaters in each room.

Please register your dog if you are planning to bring your pet.

One in the living space, and another in the lower bar area. The fireplace in the bunk house is just for decoration. Cozy up with a glass of wine and read a book while taking in the view of the lake. We do have a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. Please inquire for further details on its availability.

The driveway has parking for 4+ cars. You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible. We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time! There is a $50 fee.

We are only a message or call away. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, we pride ourselves on being very accessible, as we live locally.

Our Waterfront property has lovely neighbours who tend to keep to themselves. Many of them have lived here happily for many years and are very friendly. It is a very quiet area. We are tucked back toward the waterfront, far from the road.

You can walk to almost everywhere, but biking and driving would be the fastest way to get around. We are minutes from the Friendship Trail, which is a long paved trail for walking, running, cycling, or rollerblading. Very close to the fun! Minutes from restaurants, shops & the beach!

Some amenities include- high quality linens, comfortable mattresses, high speed internet, gas BBQ, paddle boards, & fully equipped Chef's kitchen. Pet friendly!

- "My family and I enjoyed staying at this home. This is a new house with new furniture, appliances, flooring, etc. The house is in a quiet neighborhood community. We had an issue checking in; which was resolved quickly The house was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes in the cabinet for the four of us. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses felt new. Additional linens and blankets were in the closet. The covered deck area is a nice area to enjoy the morning coffee but needs more seating. The house is located close to the freeway which was easy to navigate. The Niagara River and The Lighthouse Restaurant are only a short drive or walk. Walmart is 10 minutes drive south and Niagara Falls is 10 minutes drive north of the house. We would stay here again on our next visit."

With sparkling water as far as the eye can see and a gorgeous wide open sandy beach your family is sure to enjoy. This 3-bedroom home has been fully renovated with every room updated to perfection. Boasting comfortable furniture, lovely décor and lots of room to spread out. The entry into the water is shallow and gradual making it easy to walk into the lake.

There is a new home being built next door, the foundation work began May 20th and the project is expected to continue until late fall. It will mostly be daytime work between 8am and 5pm (by-law does allow 7am start time and finish ). There will be some weekend work but it will be held to a minimum.

This home fits a maximum of 8 guest (max 6 adults). The entry into the water is shallow and gradual making it easy to walk into the lake. The kids will be able to splash along the Lake Erie shoreline and have fun making sandcastles.

Once you've had your fill for the day, you can relax in front of the cozy gas fireplace in the main floor living room. Prepare dinner in the large, amazing kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove for those who love to cook and a wine fridge. The kitchen opens to the large dining area providing plenty of room for the family to gather around.

For those that need a workspace how about one looking out onto the beach and lake. Working from this home office allows you the flexibility to work AND vacation. The office has a pull-out couch which sleeps two people. There is also a walkout to the deck. There is also a two-piece bath on the main floor which houses the washer/dryer.

The main bedroom is on the first floor boasting a king-sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you'll find two good sized bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a cozy reading nook if you want to take yourself off to be alone. The other full bathroom is on this floor too.

Space abounds both inside and out. Inside you’ll find a fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen with all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher. A large rich wood paneled living room faces the waterfront and is cozy for family nights. Gather in the formal dining room or furl up with a book in the den.

Outside, enjoy the covered patio that faces the lake with outdoor seating and a picnic table to enjoy meals with a view. With an expansive lawn make sure to pack your outdoor games for your enjoyment. The lawn leads you to the large expansive beach, make sure to bring your beach chairs and umbrellas.

While this home boasts character and has not been fully updated it has everything you need for a comfortable beachfront cottage stay. The bathrooms have been updated for your comfort. For those not familiar with Crescent Beach, it is truly one of the nicest Canadian Lake Erie beaches, just 1.5 hours from Toronto and 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo, with a long sandy beach, shallow waters and no undertows.

The house has 3 bedroom (including a Master bedroom with en suite bathroom), 2.5 bathrooms total and almost all of the house has been recently renovated - kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood deck, indoor sun room.

- "We had a group of ten and stayed just a few nights to see Niagara on the way more north. The house was clean and very convenient to the Falls, Crystal Beach and Niagara-on-the-Lake. We cooked a couple dinners at the house and enjoyed the large area downstairs. It was randomly very hot the days we stayed, which is not typical, and though the house was not air conditioned, it cooled off at night with the fans and windows open. I don't think this is usually an issue. Our hostess was responsive and helpful. Wifi was good for a few of us who had to log on to work and school. Good stay!"

This is truly what a family vacation should be. As you pull into the property you will immediately feel the stress melt away and relax to the sound of the waves. You’ll be racing down there too just so you can kick off your flip flops and dip your feet in the water.

Open living spaces surround the large gas fireplace and are highlighted by stunning lake views. The main space is open to the dining room for family time spent together around the dining table. Character is abundant with beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, balconies and a lovely portico. But it’s the beach that makes this place truly outstanding.

The kitchen is functional and spacious with character cabinets yet updated appliances including a stainless chef’s gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and second commercial kitchen bar fridge. For the coffee lever there is a selection of brewing machines including a standard 12 cup drip, a Keurig, French press and a Tassimo machine (coffee not provided).

The home has two central heating systems and while the main floor does not have air conditioning the breeze from the lake through the windows makes it comfortable. The upper level of the home provides air conditioning making it comfortable for sleeping.

The property has 8 bedrooms but due to the Town of Fort Erie Short Term Rental By-Law, only 3 bedrooms will be available for your use with maximum sleeping for 8 people. This property also has 3 bathrooms.
