The pool is open seasonally between May 9 - October 14 and the pool heater will be set to 80 degrees. Actual pool temperatures will vary based on weather conditions. The hot tub is available all year round. Lounge by the pool or on the beach! Have a beverage around the pool or cozy up by the propane fire table in the evening.

We provide all linens and towels, cookware, dinnerware. There is also a Webber BBQ for grilling. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels and beach chairs.

With a private beach this is a perfect vacation spot if you are looking to get away from it all. The beach is a mix of sand, shells and stones. This is a great location for boating, kayaking and canoeing! There is loads of space to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby.

There is plenty of parking. The is a great location for two or three families to get away.
This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Reservation requests for more than 8 adults will be reviewed.

- The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight
- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- There are outdoor security cameras at this home. They are in the parking area, facing the beach area and overlooking the pool and hot tub area. The cameras are not monitored and footage is only accessed if absolutely necessary for security, storms or Town By-Law
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.

There is a great walking and biking trail close by. You are also within 15 minutes of great amenities and restaurants. We are dog friendly. We ask you to please pick up any doggy do.

No Parties. If you want to party, Do not book this property. We ask and require you to please respect the Neighbours and Environment. No Parties are permitted and No Noise Disturbances for the neighbors. The neighbors should not be able to hear you. Please no loud music, yelling, vulgar language, etc. This is at any time of day. There is zero tolerance as this is key for being good neighbors and for the bylaw.
Please note we have a NO PARTY POLICY. Music levels and noise needs to be kept to a reasonable level so as not to be heard by and as to not disturb the neighbors. We have to have a No Noise Neighbour Disturbance policy. It is a nice family area to enjoy.

The fall is fantastic.

Our guests comments that the home is larger than the pictures show - 2200 sq feet. The master bedroom is large with a King Bed and ensuite. The large Sunroom is great overlooking the water for relaxing with the views. It's great for Yoga. The family room and kitchen are open concepts. large outside deck for dining and seating area that overlooks the water. . The sunroom is also amazing for yoga looking into the water and or relaxing all year. A great weber grill also.

You can bask in the sun or sit under the shaded tree.
Beach access is at the back and or at the corner 3 houses down there is a beach entry point. Use at your own risk and with caution. Not supervised. Lake\ beach can change; Weather dependant. Should not use in storms, waves, etc.. See Niagararegion .ca for lake quality condition. Please note use of Beach stairs and beach with caution and at own risk. The lake and weather can affect the beach and this entry point. There is a Beach access at the corner of Macdonald at Bertie Bay road which is only three houses down with no stairs required.

It will open from June 1st to September 30th. There’s an extra $35 each day for use the pool (it will be heated to 85 Fahrenheit degree) if needed.

Our grandchildren were able to enjoy the warm, clean water, and shallow swimming without having any parental concerns. There is a grocery store and Walmart just a few miles away for shopping. I highly recommend you consider renting this house which is a great escape from the daily stressors."

This is truly a beautiful, secluded summer cottage overlooking Lake Erie near Point Abino, Ontario. The house was built by the owner's family in 1952. We live next door to the west and our son lives next door to the east. We'll leave you alone but are available if you have any issues or questions.

The reason for implementing the damage deposit is that, every year, guests flush items down the toilet causing costly plumbing repairs.

Nearby, there are restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, a seafood market and a small brewery nearby as well as the Friendship Trail for cycling and walking and Old Fort Erie for history buffs. Old Ridgeway has charming stores and a farmer's market from May to October and Safari Niagara is a wonderful zoo right here in Fort Erie. We are a 25 minute drive to wine country or 20 minutes to Niagara Falls or the Niagara Glen for hiking.

THE CABIN

A small, open plan living space with wood and natural gas fireplaces, tasteful furnishings and privacy. Relax on the deck, have a fire or chill inside with a movie on the smart tv (Netflix & Prime only, no cable or satellite channels). The 2nd bedroom still has one wall with the original log cabin finish. There are no sofabeds or cots.

The main room has a dining table and four chairs and a bar height counter with 2 stools. There are 3 large modular leather armchairs and a loveseat in front of the TV. Kitchen is equipped with new electric range, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, storage bowls, utensils and dishes. Please wash your dishes before leaving. The BBQ has a grill plate for fish or veggies.

There is an AC unit in the master bedroom that can cool the cabin if you leave the blinds closed during the day and the floor fan on. In winter, there are space heaters in each room.

The living room is the heart of this well-cared for cottage with its spectacular stone fireplace (not operational) and a cathedral ceiling. The eat in kitchen is wonderful for breakfast while the dining area is a lovely experience as you'll be able to gaze across the lawn and to the water through the walls of windows.

A second family room offers a great place to relax at night with a Smart TV, foosball table and patio doors to the outside. This property works great for two families. It sleeps 8 people in total (6 adults maximum) in the 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms are nice size larger bedrooms.

- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees

The beds were comfortable and the mattresses felt new. Additional linens and blankets were in the closet. The covered deck area is a nice area to enjoy the morning coffee but needs more seating. The house is located close to the freeway which was easy to navigate. The Niagara River and The Lighthouse Restaurant are only a short drive or walk. Walmart is 10 minutes drive south and Niagara Falls is 10 minutes drive north of the house. We would stay here again on our next visit."

Just 4 miles from the Peace Bridge this 2 story carriage house is situated on a beachfront summer estate on Crescent Beach. An open floor plan on the first floor with a rear deck for outdoor dining. The kitchen is equipped with all you needs to cook up your favorite meals. The BBQ/Grill area is also a great place to hang out. There is a shared 1st floor laundry area with 2 stackable front load washer/ dryers, Second floor bedrooms with a queen size bed and a single daybed in one and a twin bed and trundle day bed in the other. The full tub/ shower Bathroom is located on the second floor. The private beach is steps away. The light powdery sand and shallow water make for perfect swimming . The Estate consists of a total of 4 rental units housed in both the main house and the carriage house. The one bedroom cottage is situated in a carriage house that also houses a three bedroom unit . These are side by side with separate entrances. There are two shared gas grills located In a covered gazebo. The estate has plenty of green space for greenspace for frisbee, bocce, soccer, etc.. There are 2 decks on the sand dunes that are available for our guests .This is a quiet beach that is perfect for water sports, fishing and sunset walks. Bonfires allowed at the beach only at designated spot. We are also just minutes away from the friendship trail bike path which extends from Point Abino to Niagara Falls, Ontario.

The room is cozy with everything you need to get comfortable and make your self at home. You get the second floor (up one flight of stairs) and it's totally private with its own private, keyless entrance and bathroom with all the amenities of home.

The space
Keyless entree, parking provided, bar fridge, microwave, and a Keurig. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water provided. Full front porch to enjoy, weather permitting. If you forget something from home, check the drawers in the bathroom it just may be there. The shower has body wash and shampoo if you forget yours or if you want to try something different. The room has a desk and USB ports for your convenience.

Fort Erie is located on the Niagara River and Lake Erie, right across the river from Buffalo New York. The Peace Bridge is 5 minutes from my home. The QEW is within 2 minutes. You can get to Niagara Falls in 20 minutes via the QEW or 30 minutes along the picturesque drive along the Niagara Parkway.
I'm 1.5 - 2 hours from Toronto.

My house is between Niagara Falls (20 mins away) and Ridgeway/Crystal Beach in a quaint rural community. Country living on a somewhat busy in summer (during the day) main road in the town of Stevensville.

Take a short drive to Crystal Beach now called Bay Beach. Also a short drive to Sherkston Resort and Campground. The Crystal Beach Roots RV resort is just down the street too.

I live in a rural area of Stevensville, Ontario. About 20 mins to Niagara Falls, 12 minutes to the town of Fort Erie, 7 minute drive to Crystal Beach, 10 minute drive to Sherkston Resort and about a 5 minute drive to Ridgeway.

There is a large 100 acre horse farm across the street and a chicken farm with fields behind my home.

There is a patio, patio furniture, and a fire pit in my backyard with a couple of chairs - for your use. Cushions are in bin on patio to keep dry.

The space
The entire indoor space is about 1800 square feet and can fit 6 to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms + 1 basement room with a gaming area. Rooms have queen bed, double bed, bunk beds and queen bed. There are two bathrooms, one on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. The living room has a large 55 inch smart TV, leather sofas, and two large windows with a view of the patio. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, coffee maker, and all basic kitchenware (plates, cups, spoons, forks, pots, pans etc.) Downstairs, there is also a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Outside, in the front, there is a beautiful patio. In the back, there is a large 30 ft x 100 ft back yard. There is a large charcoal barbecue, a fire pit and a nice sitting area with a table. There is plenty of space to walk around in the back or play outdoor games.

The house comes with 3 parking spots. There is more free overnight parking available right across the street.

You can enjoy your afternoon at Crystal beach and have a nice evening walk down the riverside close to the house. The next day, you could explore Niagara Falls and later have a nice meal outdoors made on the charcoal barbecue. There is a beautiful park wirh a splash pad and a dog park within walking distance. The possibilities are endless!

While the designated backyard area offers a sanctuary for relaxation, with a outdoor sitting area, fire pite, BBQ and a hot tub.

2 Adult Capacity Limitations: We regret to inform you that due to the limited sleeping space available, we are unable to accommodate three adults simultaneously. Our accommodation is designed to couples or families with children.

Serene Environment: Our property is a haven of tranquillity, ideal for guests seeking a peaceful retreat. We maintain a quiet atmosphere, and therefore, we request no parties or loud gatherings during your stay.

We love hosting furry companions, but please note that we do have breed and weight restrictions (typically around 35lbs). To ensure a great experience for everyone, kindly share your pet’s breed and weight with us before booking.

For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted to relieve themselves in the loft’s private backyard area. Guests are welcome to use the larger, unfenced section of the yard or take a quick stroll along the nearby road.

Other residents: Please note that there will be other residents on the property and there will be children and dogs on the property, the children may be at play in the front yard or adjoining yard area during your stay. Dogs on the property maybe at play in a gated areas, which is directly adjacent to the Lofts yard or on a leash.

We are a 25 minute drive to wine country; 20 minutes to the Falls and 10 minutes to the US border. Enjoy an open plan living space with 2 bedrooms.

The space

We have 4 Bay Beach admission passes and a Crystal Beach parking pass available for guest use. NOTE: If you forget to return them, we will charge you the replacement cost of $100 per pass.

The cabin is all yours to enjoy as is the small backyard with the firepit and the side yards if you want more sun. The original garage has been converted to our office but there are no windows on the cabin side so you can't see us and we can't see you. Our clients park on the far side of the parking lot so they cannot see your space.

An open plan living space with wood and natural gas fireplaces, tasteful furnishings and privacy. Relax on the deck, have a fire or chill inside with a movie. (We don't provide firewood but there are lots of suppliers in the neighbourhood.) The 2nd bedroom still has one wall with the original log cabin finish. The main room has a dining table and four chairs and a bar height counter with 2 stools. There are 3 large modular leather armchairs and a loveseat in front of the smart tv which only has Netflix and Prime, no cable or satellite channels.

Kitchen is equipped with new electric range, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, storage bowls, utensils and dishes. Please wash your dishes before leaving.

Cabin has a septic system so absolutely no flushing anything besides human waste and septic-friendly toilet paper.

The AC unit in the master bedroom can cool the cabin if you leave the blinds closed during the day and the floor fans on. In winter, there are space heaters in each room. Once the foliage is out in summer, the yard is quite lush, making this a lovely getaway. You'll hear songbirds and woodpeckers, see fireflies in late June and July and chuckle at the chipmunks scampering around.

The small bedroom does not have blackout blinds.

Our business clients use the other side of the parking lot but they're not permitted near the cabin. They access the office building in the rear from the parking lot so you don't see them.

This is truly what a family vacation should be. As you pull into the property you will immediately feel the stress melt away and relax to the sound of the waves. You’ll be racing down there too just so you can kick off your flip flops and dip your feet in the water.

Open living spaces surround the large gas fireplace and are highlighted by stunning lake views. The main space is open to the dining room for family time spent together around the dining table. Character is abundant with beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, balconies and a lovely portico. But it’s the beach that makes this place truly outstanding.

The kitchen is functional and spacious with character cabinets yet updated appliances including a stainless chef’s gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and second commercial kitchen bar fridge. For the coffee lever there is a selection of brewing machines including a standard 12 cup drip, a Keurig, French press and a Tassimo machine (coffee not provided).

The home has two central heating systems and while the main floor does not have air conditioning the breeze from the lake through the windows makes it comfortable. The upper level of the home provides air conditioning making it comfortable for sleeping.

The property has 8 bedrooms but due to the Town of Fort Erie Short Term Rental By-Law, only 3 bedrooms will be available for your use with maximum sleeping for 8 people. This property also has 3 bathrooms.

There is something magical that happens when you gather with close family and friends at a beachfront cottage. Memories are made along the waterfront with the sandy gradual entry beach. Windpoint Cottage is a rustic seasonal cottage, a special place and a convenient one level bungalow style home. It is a charming cottage with a newly renovated kitchen and lots of space to hang out. Laughter is heard. Good food is enjoyed. And all the noise of every day life disappears, if only for a while.

The space
** Minimum Rental Age is 30**. Right next door to another property we manage called Windmill Point Place. Book both together for a wonderful extended family beachfront vacation. It is on a very large country type lot.

The living room is the heart of this well-cared for cottage with its spectacular stone fireplace (not operational) and a cathedral ceiling. The eat in kitchen is wonderful for breakfast while the dining area is a lovely experience as you'll be able to gaze across the lawn and to the water through the walls of windows.
A second family room offers a great place to relax at night with a Smart TV, foosball table and patio doors to the outside. This property works great for two families. It sleeps 8 people in total (6 adults maximum) in the 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms are nice size larger bedrooms.

Please note that the property is adjacent to the public access road. The public are allowed to use the beach directly in front of the road.


End your evenings with a fire right on the beach. Dig a hole, throw some logs down and you're good to go. Memories....that's what you'll be making at Windpoint Cottage.

This is a great home if you are in between real estate transactions or here on work assignment and require furnished accommodation for a few months in the off-season. BBQ is offered seasonally from May through October.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.

Our charming cottage foot steps from beautiful Lake Erie, will be sure to be the perfect retreat your family or your friends. Our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage sits on a beautiful lot surrounded by trees. Our quiet road on the water is perfect for a your morning walk. Hurry home for a glass of wine. The space
Our home is located on a quiet, one way street right across from the water of Lake Erie. We have a lovely screened in porch with areas to relax. You will hear the birds chirping in the morning, and maybe even the water crashing on the beach in the evening. Our home is very relaxing. All soft neutral colours, that will put your automatically in vacation mode. While we have done some recent update, we have maintained the charm of the antique cottage we have. Out back we have a fully fenced in in ground pool with a dining area and loungers. To the side of the house, we have a fire pit with Muskoka chairs to relax and roast marshmallows.

Once you go through the screened in porch, there is a key pad on the front door. Entry is contactless. We also have a lock box for back up. Both the house and pool are fully yours as the guest.

We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time!

Other things to note
We are minutes from the beach and friendship trail so be sure to bring everything you be to enjoy the outdoors! Bikes, rollerblades, sneakers... the Friendship Trail is great for getting steps and other exercize in.

Please note that there is a basement tenant who utilizes the garage to enter her unit, and you may encounter them during your stay on the front drive. Open air campfires are only permitted between the hours of 4pm and must be extinguished before 11pm. Only burn the wood that is provided for your stay, no treated or painted wood is allowed.

Since our cleaners do not have time to refill propane tanks, please note that propane is not provided. This also helps us to keep the cost lower for guests who do not plan to use propane. An empty tank is available on-site, and you can exchange it for a full one at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note there is a wood Sauna in backyard. We have personally not used it as much and do not recommend the use since we have not gotten it tested for any issues.
Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any accidents which might happen due to the hot tub, fall and slip due to water, ice or any other reason.

Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort.

Note: There are trees in the backyard. Please make sure children don’t climb them and are supervised at all times for safety.

Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed.
Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days.

From November to April, the BBQ and backyard are not maintained due to winter conditions.

Hot tub:
By booking the house guest accepts the below waiver for using the hot tub for themselves, everyone staying at the house and for any visitors of the guest who might use the hot tub.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB and other amenities USE:
In consideration of my use of the hot tub and other facilities facility provided by the host, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my guests, my family and friends accompanying me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the host and its insurers, co-host, contractors and cleaners, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment/hot tub, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the host, cleaners or co-host.

By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the host, co-host, cleaners and contractors, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said equipment.

I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the host, co-host, contractors and cleaners harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest.

I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well being of my guest and myself. I understand that the host does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the hot tub.

I agree to conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using the hot tub in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose.

I understand and acknowledge that the use of hot tub involves risk, including permanent disability and death.

By booking the house I agree to comply with the above release of responsibility for the use of hot tub to the host, co-host and cleaners.

Please note we do not provide propane as it adds a lot more work for our cleaners to re stock multiple items.

Our charming bunkhouse is one of two properties on our rare 2-acre lot right on Bay Beach. This 3 bedroom cottage is great for the whole family. It bring you back to a simpler time with your family &friends, without all of life's distractions. We have a fantastic screened in porch with a dining table, couch and chairs. We love spending our morning out here having breakfast, or our evenings playing board games. Beach lover? No problem. You can share our private beach for some fun in the sun!

The space
Our house is all on one level. There is one small step from the ground to the sunroom deck, but that is all. The main living area is open concept with two seating areas, a decorative fireplace, and the kitchen. All 3 bedrooms and both bedrooms are located in the back of the house.

Guest access
The driveway has parking for 2 cars.
You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible.

We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Absolute privacy surrounded with nature and trees, a perfect getaway home away from home for family and friends.

The space
This cottage is surrounded with nature, peace and fresh breeze, while not being far away from major attractions of the lovely Niagara region.

Niagara Falls/Clifton Hill and Crystal Beach are 15 minutes away across the northern and southern strip. Niagara Safari and Niagara Golf & Country Club are only 5 minutes away and city of Fort Erie is 10 minutes away. It is also very close to the prominent Niagara Parkway drive which is a must to ride and walk along to enjoy the serenity of Niagara river. US borders are also close by.

Cottage can accommodate 8-9 people. It has plenty of natural sunlight through skylights in the sunroom, kitchen, and master bedroom and lots of windows around. It also offers plenty of seating in the living space and sunroom, has nicely furnished 3 bedrooms, and kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items and utensils.

Guest access
Guest have access to the main interior areas of the cottage (living area, sun room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and washing/dryer room).

Guest don't have access to garage and unfinished basement.

Other things to note
No parties permitted at the property as it is a very quiet surrounding. No smoking allowed inside the house.

Guest are requested to stay and park car within the gravel area. Please carry phone light or torchlight at night time for better visibility as it gets quite dark, there are lights and solar lights installed but best to carry lights at night. Also not accessible for wheelchair as its gravel walkway/driveway.

We have nearly an acre of backyard garden, bordering a natural forest. It includes a large patio, outdoor furniture, a BBQ, a hot tub, and a metal fire pit. The ample space allows for activities such as frisbee or football. We also recently added a new private swimming pool!!

The pool will be open from June 1st to September 30th. If you need the pool heated to 85 Fahrenheit, there will be an additional charge of $35 each day.

To the north of the house, you'll find Niagara Falls, and to the south, there's Crystal Beach. It’s a BEAUTIFUL drive, and we love it! The house itself provides direct access to Niagara's natural trails right from the front door. It's an area teeming with wildlife and fun, making it our favorite spot for after-dinner walks.

Driveway parking is available for up to 6 cars.

The town mandated a registry that includes the names and addresses of the renter and any guests staying overnight at the property.
