We take great pride in having a spotless living environment. This room comes with a shared bathroom, its large, spacious and comes with a standard tub and shower, sink and toilet. We provide fresh towels to our guest at request and the room is equipped with 3 in 1 shampoo, body wash and face wash as well as toothpaste, toilet paper and other things you may need.

Your PRIVATE bedroom comes with a large window and it has a queen bed which comfortably sleeps 2, fresh clean linens and a small night table. The room also has a lamp light that can be positioned to where you require additional light, we also have a computer/laptop table with a chair. The room has a closet with a few hangers that you may use at any time. This room has a locked key door, you will receive this key on arrival, this will ensure maximum privacy. There is hardwood throughout the room which is cleaned daily.

We have a large kitchen and dining area for our guests to use. Our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer combo, a small conventional oven, a toaster, a microwave and a kettle to warm up water for tea/coffee. Our kitchens also are equipped with plates, cup, glasses, bowls, spoons, forks. Other dishes and utensils can be provided at request.

Some of the common areas include a dining area. This is where you may visit with your guests and host company. The dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people at a time. Please note we do not provide snacks or meals, we also DO NOT have a stove as this poses a significant risk of fires.
Your room has full air conditioning / heating - be hot, be cool (most likely one at a time). Also to make your stay with us more comfortable we can provide you a fan or a heater, just give us a little ring and we will make it happen. We have laundry available on site, which can be used from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and anytime during the weekends if your length of stay is 3 or more days.

Some of the common areas include a dining area. This is where you may visit with your guests and host company. The dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people at a time. Please note we do not provide snacks or meals, we also DO NOT have a stove as this poses a significant risk of fires.
Your room has full air conditioning / heating - be hot, be cool (most likely one at a time). Also to make your stay with us more comfortable we can provide you a fan or a heater, just give us a little ring and we will make it happen. We have laundry available on site, which can be used from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and anytime during the weekends if your length of stay is 3 or more days.

Guest access
Guests have access to all they want – besides your room you can spend time in the living room, dining room backyard, inside and outside. Enjoy!!

I urge you to contact me before you book , if you are not clear about anything or there are any questions that you have that you do feel are not covered. We have parking on the driveway that can hold up to 2 Cars and street parking available. We are not allowing any visitors at the home right now due to covid 19. For any additional guests coming with you extra fees will apply.

The space
It is a three story townhouse located close to the Go Train Station. Third floor is rented out to two guests. Main floor is the listing. Basement is rented out also and is a separate unit. The host stays in a basement occasionally and shares the kitchen sometimes.
