We checked out the beds and when we inspection the sheets you could tell they weren’t cleaned because where the previous person’s feet were it was dirty with a accumulation of hair and other particles and this was for both beds so we had to wash the sheets. We spent our first night cleaning so we it was liveable for our time there. The unit was cleaner when we left it than when we got there. "

1) NO smoking in the home, violating this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the house.
2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $35 via the Airbnb platform so that we can authorize this for you.
4) No shoes in the room. Please take them off at the coat rack.
5) Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.
6) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay—no more than 2 people in the space at one time.
7) Management fee covers a damage protection insurance waiver during your stay.
8) Quiet Hours: 9 PM- 7AM
9) Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night
10) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay.
