Welcome to Crystal Beach Cottage, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ontario. It's just a short walk down the street to the sandy shores of Crystal Beach. It's a 25-minute drive to the world-renowned Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. You can also follow the Niagara Wine Route to Grimsby for a day trip. Take in a show at The Shaw Theatre, or stroll along Niagara-on-the-Lake to discover the many shops and restaurants along the way. Don't miss the opportunity to walk along the beach early to watch the beautiful sunset. Bring your bikes, so you can enjoy a nice bike ride along the Friendship Trail. At the end of the street, you'll find the beach with a pizza house, an ice cream stand, and restaurants just down the street from the cottage. Crystal Beach offers over 1,000 feet of public, sandy beach on the crystal clear shores of Lake Erie, making it a perfect location for traveling families.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities such as wireless internet, central AC, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen has everything you need to dine in including pots, pans, dishware and cutlery and an outdoor propane BBQ (offered seasonally). Due to Town of Fort Erie licencing occupancy is limited to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults). Preference for weekly bookings with be given to Sunday to Sunday bookings.

Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees

LOCATION: This updated cozy bungalow is just steps away from the entrance Crystal Beach. Likely one of the closet cottages to the beach without being on it. The open concept space and high ceilings make the home feel very inviting. With everything updated it is very clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace is great for cool evenings after a day at the beach. A fenced backyard and a fire pit provide great outdoor space for your family.

Our place is just 300 meters from the Bay Beach entrance and walking distance to many amenities including restaurants and shops. A cozy renovated 2 bedroom home with lots of space and AC. A gas fireplace in the living area is perfect for those cool evenings. The fenced yard provides a nice spot for outdoor dining or campfires in the evening.

This open concept style home offers all of the amenities from home including a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central air, unlimited Wifi, cable television and propane BBQ. We sleep up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults).

Only 20 minutes away is the glorious Niagara Falls and activities like Clifton Hill, Hornblower Cruises, the Bird Kingdom and plenty of golfing and wineries!

Consider a day trip into Toronto (only 1.5 hours by car) and check out a Toronto Blue Jays game, Ripley’s Aquarium or Canada’s Wonderland.

This spectacular property has all of the amenities that one could ask for.
It has two fully equipped kitchens with professional grade appliances and well-appointed island seating.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, 2 of them with walk-out balconies overlooking the beach, two of them have soaring 10 foot ceilings, and the other two are facing the main entrance which is Erie Road.
There are two main living areas. A large great room on the main floor with 10' coffered ceilings, that houses a gas fireplace with a walk-out beachfront deck. Adjoining the great room is an intimate dining area with cozy banquette seating, overshadowed by a shimmering crystal chandelier.
The lower level family room has additional seating alongside the fireplace with matching daybeds that double as oversize twin beds. As well as a sofa that folds down into an additional double bed for guests.
There is plenty of space for 20 guests such as a large family, two families or a group of friends enjoying a beach getaway.

There are two outdoor patios that offer plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxing. Each deck is equipped with a gas barbeque for your use. The main deck also has a direct gas fire table for use on those chilly evenings.
With stairs down to the private beach this is a perfect vacation spot to relax in the sun and swim in the beautiful lake that has a very shallow walk out which is great for kids. It is located on the main strip of Crystal Beach and a short walk to the local restaurants, ice cream parlours, and boutique shops.

This is also a phenomenal location for paddle boarding and kayaking. There is a lot of space on the north side of the home to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby. We have private buoys for your use as well.

Cycling and hiking is also very popular as the Friendship Trail is nearby.

There is plenty of complimentary onsite parking. This is a great location for two or three families to enjoy a beachfront getaway.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families, or groups of friends looking for a wellness getaway. We do not make considerations for large groups of young adults. Please note that there are two sets of stairs and a baby gate is available upon request. We do not allow pets at this home.

All guests have to be wary of my property lines! Guests should not walk past the stairs at the bottom of my cottage as that is my neighbours property. Please stay on my side!

Take a short drive up the highway into downtown Niagara Falls where the attractions are endless! Families should check out Clifton Hill, The Bird Kingdom, Safari Niagara, Old Fort Erie, Fort Erie Race Track Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, Marineland and Niagara Hornblower Boat Cruises to get up close and personal to the roaring Falls. We highly recommend taking some extra time to cruise up the Niagara Parkway to the Falls to enjoy one of the most beautiful drives in the province.

- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.

The Crystal Breeze Cottage is a 100 year old house newly renovated this year giving it a modern look but keeping its natural wood accents. The house has a gorgeous 8ft, one of a kind marble walk-in shower. Also has a rustic outdoor shower perfect for washing off after coming back from the beach. The house has free parking in the front on the crushed red brick driveway, enough room for 2 mid size cars. What I like most about the cottage is that it is a great place to sit back and relax with friends and family!

The space is very comfortable with newly renovated modern interior, brand new laundry, large A/C split unit to keep you cool. Enjoy an ice cream at the ice cream shop that is indirectly attached to the cottage (open only in summer). We offer a fenced in private backyard with a raised gas fire pit with Muskoka chairs and a newly built deck to have dinner outside, as well as a large luxury BBQ. The back yard has a high privacy fence installed for you to enjoy the privacy, this also allows for pets or kids to roam around safely. We also offer two parking spots. So no need to pay for beach parking.

There is a centrally housed large split A/C unit that will help keep you and your family comfortable after a long day at the beach. We offer our guests complimentary Beach Passes for the length of your stay so you can enjoy the beach everyday !!

Other things to note
The property is part of a larger building that is separate from it, in the front is a small ice-cream that operates. You won't notice it unless you go around the corner for an ice-cream:)

Due to by-law restrictions and fire codes, no additional people (except for the registered guests) are allowed (day/night) during your entire stay.

NO PARTYING ALLOWED. Breaking the house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund of the payment plus the security deposit.

As a short-term rental guest, it is important to be respectful and mindful of surrounding residents. The Town’s noise and nuisance bylaw is used to address complaints from local residents about neighbourhood disruptions such as loud music, shouting, dogs barking or feeding wild animals. There is no specific time when noise is prohibited.

Open-air Burning
Fort Erie Fire Services regulates an open-air burning bylaw in Fort Erie. Sometimes hot, dry weather will result in a burn ban. During that time, absolutely no open-air burning will be allowed including open-air burning from permit holders. If an open-air burning ban is in place, the Town will promote it on its website and through social media.

Waste Collection and Recycling
Similar to your hometown, Fort Erie has a regular waste and recycling collection schedule. Please speak to your short-term rental operator for the collection day schedule for your rental property. Alternatively, you can enter the property’s address visit at the Niagara Region’s waste and recycle webpage to find out more information.

Property Standards
For the safety of our renters, the short-term rentals bylaw enforces the maintenance of both land and buildings within the Town of Fort Erie. In addition to dealing with garbage and debris, the property standards by-law also regulates the condition of buildings, such as structural soundness. If you have concerns about the building's condition, please contact Town Hall and speak to staff directly.

Parking Guidelines
Parking will be different depending on where you are parking in Town. In many cases, guests will be able to use a driveway; however, some other cases will require guests to use on-street parking or a parking lot. Our parking guidelines may be helpful when traveling to Fort Erie’s many tourist attractions and local businesses. Parking penalties are enforced by the Fort Erie By-law Enforcement and Niagara Regional Police Services under the Town’s parking bylaw.

A. Last year, beach passes were sold at the entrances for $5/person and children 10 and under are free. The Town of Fort Erie will be announcing Bay beach reopening plans and beach passes closer to summer.

Our place is just 300 meters from the Bay Beach entrance and walking distance to many amenities including restaurants and shops. A cozy renovated 2 bedroom home with lots of space and AC. A gas fireplace in the living area is perfect for those cool evenings. The fenced yard provides a nice spot for outdoor dining or campfires in the evening.

Our Cottage is in a great neighbourhood with mature trees. You’ll love our place because of the cozy interior, the breezy sun porch, and the location - just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, but still quiet for families with small children.
Our guests can choose 2 of 3 bedrooms depending if you would like 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed suitable for children. We have a maximum occupancy of 6.

Our newly renovated waterfront cottage offers three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and sleeping for up to 8 people. Lovely views of Lake Erie and the Crystal Beach Waterfront Park and Boat Launch from the large deck make this an amazing vacation spot.

The space
Everything you need is provided including dinnerware, cookware, linens and towels, propane BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Complimentary WiFi is available and we have a nice, warm electric fireplace for cooler nights in the fall or winter. We have a small bonfire pit for marshmallows, board games, dice and cards, and parking for 4-5 cars or enough space to bring your truck and boat trailer.

Crystal Beach Waterfront Park is two doors down with children’s playground, live concerts in summertime, a well maintained boat launch and new beach area. Walk another 10 minutes to the main public beach entrance for a day of fun in the sun.

We are bungalow style living all on one floor and bedroom layouts are as follows:

- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.

Kids under 12 are allowed on the beach for free and do not need a pass.

Our house is a cozy cottage, all on one level. There is one step from the driveway onto the porch, which wraps around the house. There are no steps inside of the house.
We have a gas fireplace, overhead air conditioning and a tankless water heater. The house is very comfortable for 4 guests, with our new Endy mattresses. They are a dream. The back patio door leads to a fully fenced deck around with a gas BBQ, muskoka chairs for lounging and our hot tub. The hot tub is great year round!

The driveway is for 1 car, but you can fit 2 if they are small cars. There is also street parking in front of the house. Be sure not to block in the neighbours as the road is quite narrow.
You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible.

We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time!
