It's a 25-minute drive to the world-renowned Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. You can also follow the Niagara Wine Route to Grimsby for a day trip. Take in a show at The Shaw Theatre, or stroll along Niagara-on-the-Lake to discover the many shops and restaurants along the way. Don't miss the opportunity to walk along the beach early to watch the beautiful sunset. Bring your bikes, so you can enjoy a nice bike ride along the Friendship Trail. At the end of the street, you'll find the beach with a pizza house, an ice cream stand, and restaurants just down the street from the cottage. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities such as wireless internet, central AC, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen has everything you need to dine in including pots, pans, dishware and cutlery and an outdoor propane BBQ (offered seasonally). Due to Town of Fort Erie licencing occupancy is limited to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults). Preference for weekly bookings with be given to Sunday to Sunday bookings.

LOCATION: This updated cozy bungalow is just steps away from the entrance Crystal Beach. Likely one of the closet cottages to the beach without being on it. The open concept space and high ceilings make the home feel very inviting. With everything updated it is very clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace is great for cool evenings after a day at the beach. A fenced backyard and a fire pit provide great outdoor space for your family.

Our place is just 300 meters from the Bay Beach entrance and walking distance to many amenities including restaurants and shops. A cozy renovated 2 bedroom home with lots of space and AC. A gas fireplace in the living area is perfect for those cool evenings. The fenced yard provides a nice spot for outdoor dining or campfires in the evening.

This open concept style home offers all of the amenities from home including a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central air, unlimited Wifi, cable television and propane BBQ. We sleep up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults).

Enjoy our local activities like the historic Old Fort, Fort Erie Race Track, Safari Niagara or public beachfront parks like Crystal Beach and Waverly. Only 20 minutes away is the glorious Niagara Falls and activities like Clifton Hill, Hornblower Cruises, the Bird Kingdom and plenty of golfing and wineries!

Consider a day trip into Toronto (only 1.5 hours by car) and check out a Toronto Blue Jays game, Ripley’s Aquarium or Canada’s Wonderland.

This spectacular property has all of the amenities that one could ask for.
It has two fully equipped kitchens with professional grade appliances and well-appointed island seating.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, 2 of them with walk-out balconies overlooking the beach, two of them have soaring 10 foot ceilings, and the other two are facing the main entrance which is Erie Road.
There are two main living areas. A large great room on the main floor with 10' coffered ceilings, that houses a gas fireplace with a walk-out beachfront deck. Adjoining the great room is an intimate dining area with cozy banquette seating, overshadowed by a shimmering crystal chandelier.
The lower level family room has additional seating alongside the fireplace with matching daybeds that double as oversize twin beds. As well as a sofa that folds down into an additional double bed for guests.
There is plenty of space for 20 guests such as a large family, two families or a group of friends enjoying a beach getaway.

There are two outdoor patios that offer plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxing. Each deck is equipped with a gas barbeque for your use. The main deck also has a direct gas fire table for use on those chilly evenings.
With stairs down to the private beach this is a perfect vacation spot to relax in the sun and swim in the beautiful lake that has a very shallow walk out which is great for kids. It is located on the main strip of Crystal Beach and a short walk to the local restaurants, ice cream parlours, and boutique shops.

This is also a phenomenal location for paddle boarding and kayaking. There is a lot of space on the north side of the home to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby. We have private buoys for your use as well.

Cycling and hiking is also very popular as the Friendship Trail is nearby.

There is plenty of complimentary onsite parking. This is a great location for two or three families to enjoy a beachfront getaway.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families, or groups of friends looking for a wellness getaway. We do not make considerations for large groups of young adults. Please note that there are two sets of stairs and a baby gate is available upon request. We do not allow pets at this home.
