LOCATION: This updated cozy bungalow is just steps away from the entrance Crystal Beach. Likely one of the closet cottages to the beach without being on it. The open concept space and high ceilings make the home feel very inviting. With everything updated it is very clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace is great for cool evenings after a day at the beach. A fenced backyard and a fire pit provide great outdoor space for your family.

Our place is just 300 meters from the Bay Beach entrance and walking distance to many amenities including restaurants and shops. A cozy renovated 2 bedroom home with lots of space and AC. A gas fireplace in the living area is perfect for those cool evenings. The fenced yard provides a nice spot for outdoor dining or campfires in the evening.

This open concept style home offers all of the amenities from home including a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central air, unlimited Wifi, cable television and propane BBQ. We sleep up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults).

It has two fully equipped kitchens with professional grade appliances and well-appointed island seating.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, 2 of them with walk-out balconies overlooking the beach, two of them have soaring 10 foot ceilings, and the other two are facing the main entrance which is Erie Road.
There are two main living areas. A large great room on the main floor with 10' coffered ceilings, that houses a gas fireplace with a walk-out beachfront deck. Adjoining the great room is an intimate dining area with cozy banquette seating, overshadowed by a shimmering crystal chandelier.
The lower level family room has additional seating alongside the fireplace with matching daybeds that double as oversize twin beds. As well as a sofa that folds down into an additional double bed for guests.
There is plenty of space for 20 guests such as a large family, two families or a group of friends enjoying a beach getaway.

There are two outdoor patios that offer plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxing. Each deck is equipped with a gas barbeque for your use. The main deck also has a direct gas fire table for use on those chilly evenings.
With stairs down to the private beach this is a perfect vacation spot to relax in the sun and swim in the beautiful lake that has a very shallow walk out which is great for kids. It is located on the main strip of Crystal Beach and a short walk to the local restaurants, ice cream parlours, and boutique shops.

This is also a phenomenal location for paddle boarding and kayaking. There is a lot of space on the north side of the home to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby. We have private buoys for your use as well.

Cycling and hiking is also very popular as the Friendship Trail is nearby.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families, or groups of friends looking for a wellness getaway. We do not make considerations for large groups of young adults. Please note that there are two sets of stairs and a baby gate is available upon request. We do not allow pets at this home.

We had an infant, 2, 4 and 5 year old. This place is so worth it. Travelling with kids is not easy but this property has everything you need, just bring your own towels as the listing mentioned. From kitchen appliances, 2 coffee makers (one Nespresso !!), garbage bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper!!, dishes, cutlery, etc to a bug zapper machine, good quality sun umbrella, wagon and beach chairs…you really just need clothes, food if cooking and towels. The community is great. 2 min walk to the private beach, 3 min walk to the pool and playground and the strip has some nice restaurants to either dine in or Order out if you need a break from cooking. Welcome to the Lakehouse! Our beautifully appointed Crystal Beach home offers some of the most amazing views of Lake Erie. Relax and take in the serenity. Our executive home will be the perfect vacation for couples, families and friends. Enjoy the panoramic views from the large balcony off of the master bedroom or sit outside to watch the sunset from our 8 person hot tub. We have a BBQ, kayaks, hi speed wifi, netflix and is close to many restaurants.

- 2 bedrooms, queen and bunk (bunk is single on top and double on bottom) as well as pullout couch for 2! Sleeps 6 in total!

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire unit. There are 2 other tenanted units in the building but you have full access to this unit with no shared spaces. The inside of the unit and the outside patio are all for you!

My cottage is located directly on the beach and has amazing panoramic water views. Enjoy the sunshine and sunset from the private deck facing the water and lounge around with the family on the patio furniture!

You'll be right around the corner from all the best restaurants in town to go out and grab food, then get right back to the cottage with ease.

The Space:
Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed.
There is also a futon couch in the living room.

The main space has a TV, dining table and nice kitchen stocked with all of the essentials.

Nothing is shared other than the parking spots and the stairs leading up to the property

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit, which is part of a 3-story cottage

The side to the right of the fence on the beach is PRIVATE PROPERTY. The area guests are allowed to use is in front of my cottage to the LEFT of the fence. And kind reminder that there are NO BONFIRES allowed on the beach.

All guests have to be wary of my property lines! Guests should not walk past the stairs at the bottom of my cottage as that is my neighbours property. Please stay on my side!

The home has 3 bedrooms, one bath and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities such as wireless internet, central AC, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen has everything you need to dine in including pots, pans, dishware and cutlery and an outdoor natural gas BBQ. While the home has comfortable sleeping areas for up to 7 guests you are welcome to bring a portable sleeping bed for an infant. Due to Town of Fort Erie Bi-Laws maximum amount of occupancy is 8 guests including infants. (Maximum 6 adults).

Stay local and tour our Safari Niagara mini-zoo, Fort Erie Race Track with live thoroughbred racing or dine at one of our bar & grills. Enjoy over 40 regional golf courses such as Thundering Waters or Legends on the Niagara and don't forget - our region is also famous for our boundless wineries in quaint Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:
- The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight
- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use and runs on natural gas. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.

This home features 3 full main floor bedrooms all with Queen sized beds, deluxe mattresses and luxury linens. There is an additional second floor loft that we have named the "Kids Cave" that features two pull out couches and equipped with all the supplies you would love to come home to after a fun day out in the sun, shopping or exploring the wine region!

Guests have access to the entire property. It is a large home with a great outdoor space and private parking. You are 200 meters to the brand new Crystal Beach Entrance and seconds to restaurants and shops!! We hope you enjoy our little beach town as much as we do!!

We are 200 meters to the new beach entrance and seconds away to shops and restaurants. It’s a beautiful property inside and out, definitely not your standard beach house!!

We have plenty of parking on site. When you want to explore the small town it’s an easy walk (200 meters to the beach, seconds to shops and restaurants) but if you want to get out for some additional shopping you’re 5 minutes away to quaint downtown Ridgeway!! Wine tours or some of the regions finest cuisine, you’re 30 minutes away. 15 minutes to the Peace Bridge into Buffalo for sporting and theatre events.

You bring your bathing suit and we supply the rest. We have a full kitchen, BBQ, hot tub and tons of games to keep you entertained! We also have everything you might need to hit the beach: coolers, wagons, towels, chairs, umbrellas... if we haven’t thought of it just let us know!!

Just one note…. If you wish to use the hot tub please message us, that way we can ensure it’s ready for your arrival!
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house.

- "Beautiful beach house! The pictures and from the outside, don't show the scale and openness of the layout. So convenient that they have beach stuff provided so you don't have to bring as much. If you like the reclining Tommy Bahama style beach chairs, I would still bring those as these are a basic fold-out beach chair. They have a few baby and kids, toys and some games, which on a cloudy afternoon, came in handy. The pillows are very firm so you might want to bring your own. Love that it's dog friendly. Definitely will return!"
