It's a 25-minute drive to the world-renowned Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. You can also follow the Niagara Wine Route to Grimsby for a day trip. Take in a show at The Shaw Theatre, or stroll along Niagara-on-the-Lake to discover the many shops and restaurants along the way. Don't miss the opportunity to walk along the beach early to watch the beautiful sunset. Bring your bikes, so you can enjoy a nice bike ride along the Friendship Trail. At the end of the street, you'll find the beach with a pizza house, an ice cream stand, and restaurants just down the street from the cottage. For coffee lovers, you'll have your choice of a standard coffee pot plus a Keurig and Tassimo (please bring your own pods).

Only a short drive from the Peace Bridge and Niagara Falls, makes for a superb location for local sightseeing and day trips. Take a short drive up the highway into downtown Niagara Falls where the attractions are endless! Families should check out Clifton Hill, The Bird Kingdom, Safari Niagara, Old Fort Erie, Fort Erie Race Track Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, Marineland and Niagara Hornblower Boat Cruises to get up close and personal to the roaring Falls. We highly recommend taking some extra time to cruise up the Niagara Parkway to the Falls to enjoy one of the most beautiful drives in the province.

Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:

- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.

There are beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a little wagon to pull it all with you. Beach passes are included with your rental and no worries about parking as we are located close to the beach entrance, so leave the car at the cottage! We have a BBQ and a backyard patio setup so you can enjoy dining outside on the warm summer nights. Rain day? No problem, we got you covered. Our screened in front porch lets you escape with a cozy book or play board games with the kids.

Live music can be heard at the Sanctuary on certain nights or visit Brimstone, their local Craft Brewery and Gastropub (all ages welcome). There is also the popular Ridgeway Farmer’s market open in the spring, summer and fall, so pick up some local fruits and vegetables for dinner or check out their live events and music. It is also the location of the famous Friendship Trail, so after enjoying all your goodies, why not go for an enjoyable stroll or bike ride! Our classic cozy cottage covers all your vacation needs and more, enjoy the entire property to yourselves and have an stress-free super fun holiday in the sun!

We ask that you treat our cottage and neighbors with respect and consideration as you would at your own home. We are located in a residential neighborhood, the Town of Fort Erie states local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am. Absolutely no parties, loud music and un-registered overnight guests. The renter whose name made the reservation is responsible for all guests occupying the cottage. Please be sure to lock all doors and windows when not at the property and when checking out. All food and beverages must be removed from the fridge/freezer and cupboards, failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Renters are liable for any damages or loss to the property caused by them or anyone else occupying the cottage during their stay. There is no smoking inside the cottage.

All of the comforts of home are here including dinnerware, cookware, linens and towels, propane BBQ, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Brew a morning coffee at the trendy coffee bar or warm up by the electric fireplace on cooler nights after a day well spent at the beach.

Enjoy your vacation relaxing on the amazing covered back porch where you can spend time with your family throughout the day. In the evening, gather around the backyard for a fire in the wood burning firepit. The yard is completely fenced for your privacy. Take a stroll down to Erie or Derby Road to many local restaurants and quaint little shops.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Only the people registered to stay are allowed at, on, or in the property. Maximum amount of guests is 6 (max 4 adults). Minimum rental age is 28 years old.

So no need to pay for beach parking.

There is a centrally housed large split A/C unit that will help keep you and your family comfortable after a long day at the beach. There is a BBQ and a outside deck with table and chairs to enjoy your dinner outside. For entertainment on rainy days the cottage includes books, movies, and high speed wifi. There are also several bikes to choose from. A raised propane fueled fire table and chairs to enjoy. We supply fresh bed linens, towels and and free laundry to refresh them if necessary. We offer our guests complimentary Beach Passes for the length of your stay so you can enjoy the beach everyday !!

The property is part of a larger building that is separate from it, in the front is a small ice-cream that operates. You won't notice it unless you go around the corner for an ice-cream:)

You can actually feel the calm as you drive into town. The cottage is open concept, bright and recently renovated. It is cozy but there are quiet spaces for guests to curl up with a book or have an afternoon nap. The loft above the sun porch gives kids a place to play board games, hang out, and have a sleepover without leaving the cottage. 4 BEACH PASSES are available but if they are lost, the Town of Fort Erie will not replace them for free and we have no choice but to pay for replacements. Kids under 12 are allowed on the beach for free and do not need a pass.

We are steps to beautiful Bay beach, and all of the best shops and restaurants in Town. Our newly renovated cottage, minutes from the beach will have you forgetting all of your worries. The backyard is a private oasis with a brand new hot tub, & fully fenced.There is a gas BBQ for all of your use. Indoors there is a AC system for those hot summer days, a gas fire place for the cozy, cool nights. This home really is a breath of fresh air.

Our house is a cozy cottage, all on one level. There is one step from the driveway onto the porch, which wraps around the house. There are no steps inside of the house.
We have a gas fireplace, overhead air conditioning and a tankless water heater. The house is very comfortable for 4 guests, with our new Endy mattresses. They are a dream. The back patio door leads to a fully fenced deck around with a gas BBQ, muskoka chairs for lounging and our hot tub. The hot tub is great year round!

The driveway is for 1 car, but you can fit 2 if they are small cars. There is also street parking in front of the house. Be sure not to block in the neighbours as the road is quite narrow.
You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible.

We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time!

The space
Our cottage is set up with all of the comforts of home including dinnerware, cookware, linens, towels, washer/dryer and a fully equipped small kitchen. There are beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a little wagon to pull it all with you. Beach passes are included with your rental and no worries about parking as we are located close to the beach entrance, so leave the car at the cottage! We have a BBQ and a backyard patio setup so you can enjoy dining outside on the warm summer nights. Rain day? No problem, we got you covered. Our screened in front porch lets you escape with a cozy book or play board games with the kids.

There is also the popular Ridgeway Farmer’s market open in the spring, summer and fall, so pick up some local fruits and vegetables for dinner or check out their live events and music. It is also the location of the famous Friendship Trail, so after enjoying all your goodies, why not go for an enjoyable stroll or bike ride! We ask that you treat our cottage and neighbors with respect and consideration as you would at your own home. We are located in a residential neighborhood, the Town of Fort Erie states local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am. Absolutely no parties, loud music and un-registered overnight guests. The renter whose name made the reservation is responsible for all guests occupying the cottage. Please be sure to lock all doors and windows when not at the property and when checking out. All food and beverages must be removed from the fridge/freezer and cupboards, failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Renters are liable for any damages or loss to the property caused by them or anyone else occupying the cottage during their stay. There is no smoking inside the cottage.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is a 2 minute walk to the main Bay Beach (Crystal Beach) entrance and park. Beach passes are included for all of our guests. We are within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops that can be found when exploring our little beach community.

The Niagara peninsula has many activities to explore and to keep our guests entertained while not at the beach. We are a short drive to Buffalo, New York, USA (bring your passports), Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our local activities/attractions include historic old Fort Erie (tours offered), Safari Niagara (zoo), Fort Erie horse racetrack, weekend farmers markets, the shops of Crystal Beach and Ridgeway and Point Abino historical lighthouse which offers tours in the summer months..

25 min away is Niagara Falls, Canada, where one can get up close and personal to this wonder of the world! Niagara Falls offers activities at the busy Clifton Hill at the falls, Fallsview Casino Resort and OLG stage (concerts), waterparks, river boat cruises to the base of the falls, helicopter tours over the falls, bird kingdom, zip lining and obstacle course at height at Wild Play Niagara, floral clock and gardens, butterflies, hiking in the gorge, aero car rides over the river, outlet shopping and golf courses.

35 min away in historic Niagara-on-the-Lake where many, many shops can be found including cows ice cream! You'll also find the award winning Shaw theatre, old Fort George (tours offered), horse carriage rides, golfing and many wineries including Wayne Gretzky's (Whiskey room for the guys as well)

Day trips to Toronto by car take approx. 1.5 hours. There you will find Canada's boy's of summer, the Toronto Blue Jays, Ripley's Aquarium, Medieval Times dinner and tournament, and the thrilling Canada's Wonderland.

You have access to the back yard which is fully composited and includes a covered deck, propane fire pit, seating areas, towel drying rack and storage box with beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Along the the side of the cottage you have access to the garbage/recycling area, balls in a bin and a garden hose to wash off any sand before you enter the cottage.

The space
Our cottage has central air conditioning to help you cool off after being out in the sun in the summer and heating to keep you warm in the winter. We have unlimited internet Wi-Fi connection and a Smart TV. First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds and third bedroom has two twin beds in the sun room with barn doors for privacy.
We have an updated eat-in kitchen. Outside you will find the deck with enough sitting area for your family or friends to enjoy. We also have a propane fire pit along with propane bbq available for your use.

Noise and Nuisance
As a short-term rental guest, it is important to be respectful and mindful of surrounding residents. The Town’s noise and nuisance bylaw is used to address complaints from local residents about neighbourhood disruptions such as loud music, shouting, dogs barking or feeding wild animals. There is no specific time when noise is prohibited.

Open-air Burning
Fort Erie Fire Services regulates an open-air burning bylaw in Fort Erie. Sometimes hot, dry weather will result in a burn ban. During that time, absolutely no open-air burning will be allowed including open-air burning from permit holders. If an open-air burning ban is in place, the Town will promote it on its website and through social media.

Waste Collection and Recycling
Similar to your hometown, Fort Erie has a regular waste and recycling collection schedule. Please speak to your short-term rental operator for the collection day schedule for your rental property. Alternatively, you can enter the property’s address visit at the Niagara Region’s waste and recycle webpage to find out more information.

Property Standards
For the safety of our renters, the short-term rentals bylaw enforces the maintenance of both land and buildings within the Town of Fort Erie. In addition to dealing with garbage and debris, the property standards by-law also regulates the condition of buildings, such as structural soundness. If you have concerns about the building's condition, please contact Town Hall and speak to staff directly.

Parking Guidelines
Parking will be different depending on where you are parking in Town. In many cases, guests will be able to use a driveway; however, some other cases will require guests to use on-street parking or a parking lot. Our parking guidelines may be helpful when traveling to Fort Erie’s many tourist attractions and local businesses. Parking penalties are enforced by the Fort Erie By-law Enforcement and Niagara Regional Police Services under the Town’s parking bylaw.


FAQs for Renters
Q. Will I have to pay to access Bay Beach (also known as Crystal Beach)?
A. Last year, beach passes were sold at the entrances for $10/person and children 12 and under are free. The Town of Fort Erie will be announcing Bay beach reopening plans and beach passes closer to summer.

Q. How many people can be in one short-term rental property?
A. The rule for the number of guests per short-term rental is subject to the limit of guests established by the approved fire safety plan or fire evacuation plan.

Q. Can we put a tent on the property for other guests to stay in?
A. No, there is no outside sleeping permitted on the short-term rental property.

Q. Are we, as renters, responsible for putting out waste and recycling bins for collection?
A. Yes, you will be responsible for putting all garbage and recycle bins out for collection on the correct day. That date should be provided to you by your short-term rental operator.

Q. Are we allowed to have a fire on the property?
A. Yes, when a temporary ban on open air burning is not in effect, open-air burning is allowed but we highly recommend that renters read up on the Town’s open-air burning by-law to learn the details of the bylaw.

Come stay a week, or a weekend at our beautiful, clean beach house. We invite you to come relax, play in the surf, chill in the backyard, hang with family and stay a while!

Our cottage has a modern kitchen and bathroom, central heating and AC, washer and dryer, closed in porch with a separate playing area for the kids and a seating area to watch them have fun.
We have lots sand toys and a beach cart to help you get to the beach. There are also kids beach chairs available.
3 small but cozy bedrooms with 2 queen beds, one bunk bed, and a queen futon in the porch.

Bed linens and towels are included.
Beach towels as well.

We provide a beach cart as well to make your beach trips much easier. Also enjoy the beach toys and other beach accessories.

This is a cozy beach house with direct access to a private beach. It is about a 20-minute drive to Niagara Falls & 10-minute drive to Safari Niagara. It is in the heart of Crystal Beach. The area boasts a variety of boutiques, restaurants & ice cream parlours. The private beach is directly behind the house where you can go for a swim, taking a stroll or simply relax. We hope you will have an unforgettable stay at the Dolphin Cove.

* The beach area is shared with guests from the other 2 cottages on the same lot.

The sunroom is the perfect place to cozy up with a book, or to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Our dining room is exceptional for comfort and conversation. And our beds are SO comfortable. The large kitchen island and open concept living makes it a great space to entertain and catch up with friends. There is a back patio door that leads to our gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and hot tub. The hot tub is great to enjoy year round.

You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible.

The space
The "Blue Beach House" offers modern updates with a cottage feel. It is the perfect entertainers getaway, with an open concept space and ample seating areas. There are 2 TVs both with Netflix capabilities, board games, playing cards and WIFI throughout the entire place.

The kitchen has high end appliances and is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils and cooking ware. The large kitchen island is a chef's dream!

There are 2 luxurious full baths and 1 half bath. Modern spa like features, such as rain shower and large spa tub will have you relaxed in minutes. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash is provided as well as bath salts and bubble bath to provide ultimate relaxation during your stay.

Cottage has central air throughout to keep you cool after spending the day at the beach.

Towels, bed sheets, duvets, pillows and plush blankets are provided for your stay. All that's left for you to bring is food and your bathing suit!

Our beach house is a comfortable retreat for enjoying the white sands and warm water of Bay Beach. Crystal Beach offers a peaceful and quaint atmosphere with great restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails. Day trips could include downtown Ridgeway, winery and brewery stops, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and Port Colborne. The beach house offers a full bathroom, spacious kitchen, separate dining room, living room, laundry room, fire pit, bbq, dining table with umbrella and patio set.

The Beach House is located in a quiet and quaint residential area, a short 1 km walk from Bay Beach and several restaurants. We are licensed as a short term rental operator through the Town of Fort Erie. The Beach House location provides the best of both worlds; a fun beach vibe and a peaceful evening retreat. Comfortable bedding and towels are provided and a few toiletries. We are happy to offer our guests use of the Unscented Company all natural, made in Canada bath and body products during your stay. The kitchen contains pots, pans and dishes to help you cook a gourmet meal. However with all the amazing restaurants within walking distance you may choose not to cook. Please note that to COVID there are no oils, spices or condiments left on site. Please bring your own cooking supplies, Keurig coffee pods, beach towels and whatever you'd like to bring to the beach. Unfortunately the beach house can not accommodate pets; including dogs of any size, due to allergies. Please be sure to leave your furry animals at home. The beach house is equipped with high speed internet, and a Chromecast to play your subscriptions on the TV. A firepit with first supply of wood and a cozy patio with sitting area, dining table and bbq is available in the backyard. We are so fortunate to have the friendliest of neighbours. Please be respectful of their space and be conscientious of our quiet hours of 11 pm to 8 am. You will find the most delicious restaurants just a short walk away (San Vitos, Casa Hugo, Southcoast, Mables, Crystal Ball, Crystal Chandelier and the Beach House among many others). There is also a convenience store on Derby Road where additional wood or forgotten supplies may be purchased. Our Property Manager will welcome you upon arrival to provide the key and answer any questions. Groups larger than our licensed capacity and parties of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in a loss of deposit. We thank you in advance for following our house rules. We hope you enjoy the Beach House and Crystal Beach as much as we do!

There is no parking permitted on the street, however our beach house driveway can accommodate a maximum of three vehicles. If you plan to have more than three vehicles, please ask for information about suitable parking spots. You may wish to bring bikes for your stay as Crystal Beach is a very bike friendly town. The Friendship Trail is close by and offers an enjoyable car free biking path.

We look forward to meeting you upon arrival to welcome you to the beach house, provide the key and share helpful information. In our absence our cleaner Kim will meet you. We will also meet you upon departure. We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate requests to bring pets due to allergies. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the beach house. Six Stones Cottage is a custom built modern vacation home - bright and airy.
Located on a quiet tree lined street 5 mins from the beach. Enjoy the huge kitchen, hot tub, outdoor shower, 2 flat screens & unique built-in bunk beds.

The space
Experience having a modern vacation home get-away with your friends and family in the beach town of Crystal Beach. The cottage is surrounded by mature Maple and Linden trees. A short walk from the beach, outdoor activities and local eateries.

Your first impression of the cottage is that it's extremely bright and airy even on cloudy days.

The home has a neat feature, a "dorm" room with two sets of built-in bunk beds, two niches for additional kids in sleeping bags, and a built-in dresser window seat. The guest bedroom has a double and a twin bed and a built-in desk for those who need to stay in touch with work and/or a quiet spot to write. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large oversized 8ft wide window overlooking the tree canopy. You feel like you're sleeping in a tree house. The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably.

The heart of the cottage is an oversized white kitchen with a large island with a quartz countertop. Buy your local produce at the farmer's market and cook your meals on the slide-in gas range or cook outdoors with the natural gas bbq. No need for a propane tank.
After a long day at the beach or whatever activity has kept you busy – clean up in the outdoor shower and unwind in the hot tub that is right off the back entrance and underneath the tree canopy.

There is much to do in Crystal Beach but if the weather might not be ideal to be outside, we have two flat screens connected to our HDTV antenna and are Wi-Fi enabled for Netflix. Lounge on the large sectional in front of the fireplace or cuddle up in bed watching a movie.

Guest access
Guest will be given a custom access code to the cottage that will expire at the end of their stay. You will be given a key as a back-up.

Other things to note
As we have neighbours who are full time residence, we ask that our guest respect that noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm.

No parties of any kind where additional guests are invited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) inside the cottage.

Security deposit is returned upon successfully completing the check-out process. See list below:

1. Do a general tidying up. Please do not leave messes behind.
2. Kitchen sink and dishwasher is clear of dishes
3. Food is removed from the refrigerator
4. Recycling is separated. Paper vs. Plastics/Metal/Glass. Note the recycling will not be picked up if it is not separated.
5. Garbage is doubled bag and taken out to the garbage/recycling shed in the backyard.
6. BBQ natural gas line is turned off.
7. Windows are closed throughout the house.
8. Patio set cushions are taken into the cottage (in the summer time)
9. Lower the patio umbrella (in the summer time)
10. Do a final check to make sure you have not left anything behind.. check the drawers, behind the door under the bed etc.
11. Lock the back patio door.

Crystal Beach offers over 1,000 feet of public, sandy beach on the crystal clear shores of Lake Erie, making it a perfect location for traveling families.

The space
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities such as wireless internet, central AC, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen has everything you need to dine in including pots, pans, dishware and cutlery and an outdoor propane BBQ (offered seasonally). Due to Town of Fort Erie Bi-Laws maximum amount of occupancy is 8 guests including infants. (maximum 6 adults). Preference for weekly bookings with be given to Sunday to Sunday bookings.

Live the "Pure Life" on the amazing covered front porch where you can enjoy dinner or drinks with your family throughout the day. In the evening gather around the backyard for a fire. The yard is completely fenced for privacy. The upstairs loft bedroom offers its own sitting area with Smart TV and is perfect for a kids separate hangout.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large groups of young adults. Minimum rental age is 28.

Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:

- The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight
- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.

We are entering our second year of renting out our beautiful house in the beach!

It’s an amazing space to relax and enjoy. A night by the fire or an amazing dinner in the oversized kitchen. Arcade games for families, or a movie night in the cozy living room. Oversized lot with tons of room for activities. Walking distance to everything!
