Welcome to Crystal Beach Cottage, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ontario. It's just a short walk down the street to the sandy shores of Crystal Beach. It's a 25-minute drive to the world-renowned Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. You can also follow the Niagara Wine Route to Grimsby for a day trip. Take in a show at The Shaw Theatre, or stroll along Niagara-on-the-Lake to discover the many shops and restaurants along the way. Don't miss the opportunity to walk along the beach early to watch the beautiful sunset. Bring your bikes, so you can enjoy a nice bike ride along the Friendship Trail. At the end of the street, you'll find the beach with a pizza house, an ice cream stand, and restaurants just down the street from the cottage. The front sunroom offers a pleasant spot for morning coffee or a round of cards, while a plush sofa, a fireplace, and smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the open living area. This open concept, updated home has central air conditioning and a cozy living room with pullout bed couch, electric fireplace, Smart TV and unlimited Wifi. The kitchen is bright, updated a fully equipped. There are stainless appliances including a gas stove and dishwasher. For coffee lovers, you'll have your choice of a standard coffee pot plus a Keurig and Tassimo (please bring your own pods).

Each room in this perfect place has been thoughtfully refreshed and modernized for maximum comfort.

Only a short drive from the Peace Bridge and Niagara Falls, makes for a superb location for local sightseeing and day trips. Take a short drive up the highway into downtown Niagara Falls where the attractions are endless! Families should check out Clifton Hill, The Bird Kingdom, Safari Niagara, Old Fort Erie, Fort Erie Race Track Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, Marineland and Niagara Hornblower Boat Cruises to get up close and personal to the roaring Falls. We highly recommend taking some extra time to cruise up the Niagara Parkway to the Falls to enjoy one of the most beautiful drives in the province.

Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:

- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.

Our cottage is set up with all of the comforts of home including dinnerware, cookware, linens, towels, washer/dryer and a fully equipped small kitchen. There are beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a little wagon to pull it all with you. Beach passes are included with your rental and no worries about parking as we are located close to the beach entrance, so leave the car at the cottage! We have a BBQ and a backyard patio setup so you can enjoy dining outside on the warm summer nights. Rain day? No problem, we got you covered. Our screened in front porch lets you escape with a cozy book or play board games with the kids.

Visit the many restaurants and cafes right beside the lake after a relaxing day at the beach. Live music can be heard at the Sanctuary on certain nights or visit Brimstone, their local Craft Brewery and Gastropub (all ages welcome). There is also the popular Ridgeway Farmer’s market open in the spring, summer and fall, so pick up some local fruits and vegetables for dinner or check out their live events and music. It is also the location of the famous Friendship Trail, so after enjoying all your goodies, why not go for an enjoyable stroll or bike ride! Our classic cozy cottage covers all your vacation needs and more, enjoy the entire property to yourselves and have an stress-free super fun holiday in the sun!

We ask that you treat our cottage and neighbors with respect and consideration as you would at your own home. We are located in a residential neighborhood, the Town of Fort Erie states local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am. Absolutely no parties, loud music and un-registered overnight guests. The renter whose name made the reservation is responsible for all guests occupying the cottage. Please be sure to lock all doors and windows when not at the property and when checking out. All food and beverages must be removed from the fridge/freezer and cupboards, failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Renters are liable for any damages or loss to the property caused by them or anyone else occupying the cottage during their stay. There is no smoking inside the cottage.

Due to the Town of Fort Erie Bi-Laws maximum amount of occupancy is 8 guests including infants. (maximum 6 adults).

All of the comforts of home are here including dinnerware, cookware, linens and towels, propane BBQ, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Brew a morning coffee at the trendy coffee bar or warm up by the electric fireplace on cooler nights after a day well spent at the beach.

Enjoy your vacation relaxing on the amazing covered back porch where you can spend time with your family throughout the day. In the evening, gather around the backyard for a fire in the wood burning firepit. The yard is completely fenced for your privacy. Take a stroll down to Erie or Derby Road to many local restaurants and quaint little shops.

Longer term monthly pricing in the off season is also available for relocations, short term work assignments and other temporary real estate needs. December to end of March is minimum 30 day stay. Snow removal service is not provided however is snow shovel provided for your use.

Other Things to Note:

Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:

- The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight
- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
