This is a 2-bedroom (1 queen/2 twins), 1 bath (standing shower only) with a pullout couch in the living room to sleep 4 comfortably and 6 cozily.

All cabins are located right on the lake - simple and clean. You'll have our own private deck, gas barbeque and fire pit (you can buy fire wood along the route or we may have available for sale).

Kitchen is equipped except for your cooking items(oil, salt, pepper etc). You must bring your own drinking water. You can use the water for cooking once it's boiled - this is just a precaution for your safety.

Our resort features 72 seasonal trailer campsites, and 6 lakefront cottages which we rent out during the camping season.

Our park has many amenities including over 788' of lakefront, private boat launch, recreation hall, kids club arcade, kids playground, outdoor pool, volleyball courts, basketball net, horseshoe pits, coin laundry (to be installed), remote access security gate, onsite management, visitor parking and much more.

OUR COTTAGES:

Kitchen:
The clean, well spaced cottages are equipped with full kitchens including a full-size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker (basket filters not provided), a limited selection of pots, pans, dishes and most common utensils.
Bedrooms:
The 2-bedroom cottages feature ONE (1) queen sized bed and TWO (2) twin beds. All beds are fitted with full bedding.
Bathroom:
Each cottage is equipped with a 4-piece bathroom and TWO (2) rolls of toilet paper. The cottages have small water heaters so hot water is limited.

Outside:
Each cottage has a deck, a picnic table, a fire pit, table and chairs and a BBQ. One full propane tank included with the rental, and refills are available at the resort for $30.

Entertainment:
Each cottage comes with a television, DVD player and some movies, games and books. There is no cable service provided to the cottages.

100% refund 14 days before check-in.
50% refund 7-14 days before check-in.

Kat's Cradle is located about 15 minutes east of Picton near the natural wonder of Lake-on-the-Mountain, Glenora Ferry, the Waupoos Winery, and County Cider. Located on the Bay of Quinte in a quiet location along the south shore of Adolphus Reach, Kat's Cradle is a great place for rest and relaxation. This one level cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 persons 10 and over, additional sleeping for 1 more person age 9 and under (local by-law 4518-2019). July and August - weekly only, check in/out Sunday
This comfortable two bed-room open concept vacation home includes a stone fireplace, oak hardwood floors, a huge water view deck with lounge chairs and bistro set plus a gazebo. The master bedroom features queen size bed with a walk out patio door to the water view deck. While the second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom with the single bed on top! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery and cooking pans, pots and utensils. The sitting area has a TV as well as WIFI. Please note it is rural internet and while it is fairly robust, it does have connectivity issues sometimes during very humid weather.
The kids will enjoy playing in the spacious and shaded yard and the dock will provide hours of fishing entertainment. In the evening you will take delight in grilling your dinner on the deck while appreciating the wonderful view of the bay. End the day by roasting marshmallows and telling tales around the waterside campfire as the sun sets over the bay.

The waterfront is over 140' in length and has a drive in boat launch alongside a 5' x 20' dock. The availability of the dock is contingent upon water levels (if they are substantially higher than normal, the dock may not be available - this has happened for only 2 months in our over 10 years of renting the property).
Per By-Law 167-2022 all renters must be advised that the cottage is located on a private road and Prince Edward County emergency services may be delayed as a result.

Stoneburg Cove Cottages is a recently renovated apartment in Carrying Place where guests can make the most of its pool with a view, garden, and barbecue facilities. This apartment provides air-conditioned accommodations with a terrace. The apartment also offers free Wifi, free private parking, and facilities for disabled guests. All units come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a private bathroom with a hair dryer, bath, and shower. OUR COTTAGES:

Kitchen:
The clean, well spaced cottages are equipped with full kitchens including a full-size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker (basket filters not provided),
Bedrooms:
The 2-bedroom cottages feature ONE (1) queen sized bed and TWO (2) twin beds. Full bedding is provided for all beds.
Bathroom:
Each cottage is equipped with a 4-piece bathroom and TWO (2) rolls of toilet paper. The cottages have small water heaters so hot water is limited.

Outside:
Each cottage has a deck, a picnic table, a fire pit, table and chairs and a BBQ. One full propane tank included with the rental, and refills are available at the resort for $30.

Entertainment:
Each cottage comes with a television, DVD player and some movies, games and books. There is no cable television services.

1) Our outdoor pool is seasonal, and usually closes around mid September when the weather begins to get cold.

- "The cottage is very nice and comes fully equipped. For a family of 6, the kitchen equipment was perfect (big pots and pans for cooking). It would be best to bring your own water to drink and use in the kettle (or cook?) as the tap water comes very rich in calcium. So much that we sometimes had to rewash dishes fresh from dishwasher (calcium build-up) and it was also very apparent in the kettle while the water was boiling. Not a minus, just an observation. The host, Vanessa, was very welcoming and helpful. The check-in and out process was seamless and the amenities on site are great. The proximity to sandbanks is a huge plus for us. Perched on the limestone shore overlooking Sandbanks Provincial Park, is our precious historic log cabin cottage. Sleep to the sound of the water, in the generous log bedroom space with adjacent screened in porch. The addition to the little cabin is a full 3 piece bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space with pull out couch. Three walls of windows show unrivalled expansive views that take in all of Sandbanks beach and out into Lake Ontario. Walk out to a deck where the sunsets are spectacular. This is pure luxury while still rustic and a great alternative to “glamping”.

Stairs take you down to the limestone shore where the swimming is excellent, or walk along the shore to the beach.

There's a firepit on each site, beautiful waterfront properties, a pool(!!), basketball net, and a room filled with movies and board games, etc. I only booked our cottage for one night and totally regretted it - next time I'll booked for longer and make use of all the awesome stuff they have available :). Our resort features 72 seasonal trailer campsites and 6 lakefront cottages which we rent out during the camping season.Our park has many amenities including over 788' of lakefront, private boat launch, recreation hall, kids club arcade, kids playground, outdoor pool, volleyball courts, basketball net, horseshoe pits, coin laundry, remote access security gate, onsite management, visitor parking and much more.

OUR COTTAGES:

Kitchen:
The clean, well spaced cottages are equipped with full kitchens including a full-size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker (basket filters not provided), a limited selection of pots, pans, dishes and most common utensils.
Bedrooms:
2 cozy queen bedrooms with soft bedding.
Bathroom:
Each cottage is equipped with a 4-piece bathroom and TWO (2) rolls of toilet paper. The cottages have small water heaters so hot water is limited.

Outside:
Each cottage has a deck, a picnic table, a fire pit, table and chairs and a BBQ. One full propane tank included with the rental, and refills are available at the resort for $30.

Entertainment:
Each cottage comes with a television, DVD player, some movies, games and books. There are no cable television services.

1) Our outdoor pool is seasonal, and usually closes around mid September when the weather begins to get cold.

Unfortunately, due to not having a washer and dryer on site, we do not provide sheets, pillow cases, or towels, and ask that you bring those items yourself.

We also ask that you please leave the cottage in the same condition you found it. Floors swept, garbage and recycling tied up in their proper bags and brought out in bins, dishes cleaned and put away, and items placed back where you found them. We appreciate the effort!

Welcome to The Kyipo (Kee-Poe) Lakehouse! Located just west of the charming village of Wellington, it is a perfect home base for all your PEC adventures. Beautiful perennial gardens and stunning lake views are some of the highlights of this vacation property. Follow the set of stairs from the lakeside deck to the shore where you'll find a gently sloping limestone shelf that reaches out into the lake and is a great spot for wading and swimming.

This two bedroom vacation retreat is located on 70 feet of waterfront and is comfortably furnished and set up to provide a relaxing and memorable experience for all ages.

The open living-dining area features large windows with stunning views of the lake. The view from the master bedroom is equally amazing. The covered veranda and separate lakeside deck are ideal spots to enjoy the lake view while dining and grilling on the propane BBQ.

A sunny kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals. There is a drip coffee maker and several other small appliances. You should plan to bring your own favorite ground coffee.

The cooling lake breezes are wonderful on hot summer days. Local wineries plentiful in this area as are many dinning options from fine dinning to cute cafes.

Your rental includes one beach pass for use during your stay, which will grant one car load entry to Sandbanks Beach or North Beach.

You'll have access to the entire house and yard. Be mindful of children in the back yard, there is a steep drop off from the grassy area down to the beach below.

Lakefront views, with steps down to the water. Limestone shelf rocks will greet you as you wade in from the shore. The cottage is will offer privacy while still being in a family neighbourhood and is set back from the busy road.

Just a quick drive into the village of Wellington where you'll find a grocery store, liquor store, unique shops, lots of cafe's and restaurants.

The perfect country getaway - whether you want to curl up and read, explore the great outdoors in private, suntan or BBQ on the huge back deck or enjoy all The County has to offer. We have 6 adult bikes and a kid's bike. Great for couples, friends and families.

We have a seasonal provincial park pass at the cottage for access to nearby Sandbanks, North Beach and Presquile Parks valid from Apr-Nov.

We have a well stocked kitchen with all dishes, cookware etc and canned goods, condiments, coffee/tea but because we are not at the house full time we can not stock perishables so please bring your own fresh foods, butter, milk, eggs etc.

The Apple Blossom Cottage is the second of three cottages on our land in Prince Edward County. Located just across the street from West Lake, you are sure to have the most relaxing stay in our spacious home. When travelling through Tanzania many years ago this word touched my heart and felt like the perfect name for our beautiful cottage, being the instrument for others to find joy, happiness and create memories. Sandbanks passes with be provided during your stay for the months May through to December. The winter months you do not require a pass or permit to visit the provincial parks. I have the directions in notes. The sandbanks is a beautiful provincial park to explore all year long.

The Louis is a cozy, romantic 1 bedroom cottage situated in the heart of Prince Edward County also known as Cressy. A five minute drive from wineries, 25 minutes from Sandbanks and a lovely private view of Adolphus Reach from your own back porch. Take a two minute walk down the hill to reach the small quiet shore where you can cool off and swim. Enjoy this newly renovated space and all the area has to offer.

Welcome to beautiful and serene Longacre Cottage on the southeastern reach of Prince Edward County. Modern comforts in a century cottage.

Fall asleep to the gentle lapping of waves on the shore. Situated on a limestone ridge with panoramic views of Lake Ontario, with direct access to the private pebbly beach below.

Up the road from the Long Point Wildlife Area; nearby wineries, farm stands and restaurants a short drive away.

The space
The other house at the far end of the 2-acre property is available for rent seasonally with or without the main cottage. We – or other renters - may be in the coach house – separated by the wood shed and lilac bushes – during your stay. The only part of the property that might be shared is the bonfire area.

Lovingly restored, the rustic 1840s farmhouse cottage features distinct hand-hewn beams with a serene and comfortable modern decor.

The pre-Confederation era structure dates from the time of Charles Dickens, the Bronte Sisters and Alexandre Dumas, a long time before Home Depot came to be. While we have high house housekeeping standards this is not a boutique hotel experience and is priced accordingly.

On the main floor you'll find an open-concept living and dining area, with wood stove for cool evenings, good books, lots of spots for napping and reading and a well stocked kitchen overlooking the lake for preparing delicious meals with the bounty of the county. A TV, with streaming services and DVD player, stereo system with CD player is also available.

New for 2025: WIFI through Rogers, which now has coverage in the area (which meant we could cancel Starlink).

Off the dining area is the sunroom which has a king bed or can be set up as a daybed for lounging. A full bath with clawfoot tub is on the ground floor.

On the second floor is the main bedroom which contains a queen and two twin beds.

The deck, with lake views, has a dining area and lounge chairs. Both gas and charcoal BBQs are available. The outdoor shower on the deck is perfect for unwinding under the stars after a day cycling or at the beach.

There are lounge chairs and muskoka chairs in various locations to take advantage of the stunning views. And a fire pit for bonfires (must be called in, info on the fridge) and 'smores.

A path with handrail leads to the pebbly beach below. Seating area at the foot of the path features another beautiful view.

Remember to bring your water shoes to fully enjoy the lake as the pebbly bottom can be a little tough on the feet. We have a stash of various sizes if you forget. We also have a selection of life-jackets that you are welcome to use.

Use of a Sandbanks pass is included which saves you the entrance fee plus (with a reservation) allows you to bypass the entrance lineup.

Note that this is a cottage in the countryside and we do our best to keep pests at bay but sometimes nature finds its way inside!

The property features another self-contained building, our Coach House (sleeps 2 adults + 1 child under 10), also available for rent. Reach out if you're interested in renting both. Perfect for extended families or small groups. During your stay the coach house may be rented separately, or occupied by owners.

The firepit is the only shared area. Each building has private access to the beach below.

We are the owners and operators of Fancie's PEC and staff live on site in a separate basement apartment. We tend to try to interact with guests as much (or as little) as they would like us to, so if you'd like a quiet escape with no interaction we can easily provide that to you. There is usually someone around to help deal with any questions or issues you have during your stay but if there is not you can always message us and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible to make sure your stay is amazing!

Come unwind with family and friends at our peaceful waterfront cottage in beautiful Prince Edward County! Enjoy over 300 feet of prime waterfront. Watch the sunrise over the shores of Lake Ontario right from our living room window. During the day, go for a swim, kayak or play a game of bocce. And at night, cozy up by our outdoor fire pit and gaze up at the stars. Looking to explore the area? We're located in Waupoos, steps away from the best cheese, cider and speciality food shops in the County.

The space
Come enjoy our newly renovated cottage with over 300 feet of waterfront, including two private pebbled beach areas leading into the beautiful shallow waters of Lake Ontario.

In the morning, watch the sun rise over the water from the shore or from the comfort of the living room. At night, cozy up by the outdoor fire pit and gaze at the stars.

Enjoy the large grassy lawn on our property (beside our cottage), perfect for outdoor games with family and friends. Help yourself to our kayaks, life jackets, water toys, and lawn games such as bocce and horseshoes, or bring your own!

She may not be much of a looker on the outside (though we think she has a certain charm!), but on the inside we've done everything we can to make our home as comfortable as possible.

Our family-friendly cottage sleeps up to 6 guests + 1 infant. All three spacious bedrooms include Endy or Casper mattresses and adjustable ceiling fans and dimmer lights. Our large living and dining area overlooks Lake Ontario and features comfy leather sofas, a smart TV with Netflix, lots of family-friendly DVDs, a turntable and wireless speaker. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with all the cooking and dining necessities.

Our cottage is baby and kid-friendly with a pre-assembled Pack-n-Play crib, high chair and audio-only baby monitor as well as an assortment of family-friendly boardgames, DVDs and water toys for everyone to enjoy.

Other comforts include air conditioning and heating with an easy-to-use Nest thermostat, a keyless hassle-free Nest smart lock, ample parking, an outdoor Level 2 EV charging outlet (you must bring your own adapter), and recently-added Starlink internet so you can comfortably stream or work from home.

During your stay, enjoy all the amenities and nature that beautiful Waupoos has to offer, including lakeside vineyards and cideries, cheese and specialty food shops, and renowned hiking trails and birdwatching.

Explore the rest of Prince Edward County, with Picton and Bloomfield an easy 20-minute drive away, and Wellington and Sandbanks Provincial Park a 40-minute drive.

A short 5 minute drive to famous Sandbanks Provincial Park. Vacation in your lakeside quaint, cozy cottage ideal for two, the original, situated on the south shore of East Lake. Plenty of shade trees and green space for outside relaxing in a private setting . Open concept with vaulted wooden ceiling and plenty of viewing space. Equipped for dining at the lake. Dock and shoreline is area available to all guests for relaxing and swimming. Shoreline is rocky with flat rock and gradual depth. Beach shoes are recommended.
