We are a family friendly campground located in Prince Edward County and situated directly on Consecon Lake.

Our resort features 72 seasonal trailer campsites, and 6 lakefront cottages which we rent out during the camping season.

Our park has many amenities including over 788' of lakefront, private boat launch, recreation hall, kids club arcade, kids playground, outdoor pool, volleyball courts, basketball net, horseshoe pits, coin laundry (to be installed), remote access security gate, onsite management, visitor parking and much more.

OUR COTTAGES:

Kitchen:
The clean, well spaced cottages are equipped with full kitchens including a full-size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker (basket filters not provided), a limited selection of pots, pans, dishes and most common utensils.
Bedrooms:
The 2-bedroom cottages feature ONE (1) queen sized bed and TWO (2) twin beds. All beds are fitted with full bedding.
Bathroom:
Each cottage is equipped with a 4-piece bathroom and TWO (2) rolls of toilet paper. The cottages have small water heaters so hot water is limited.

Outside:
Each cottage has a deck, a picnic table, a fire pit, table and chairs and a BBQ. One full propane tank included with the rental, and refills are available at the resort for $30.

Entertainment:
Each cottage comes with a television, DVD player and some movies, games and books. There is no cable service provided to the cottages.

Fishers take notice! There are Black Crappie in West Lake, Brown & Rainbow trout in Lake Ontario. May brings walleye season in the Bay of Quinte, and the end of June brings the CSFL to the Bay to fish bass in the Bay and the Main Duck Island.

The Great Salmon hunt weighs in the Big Boys in Wellington all summer long. The Fall brings the big walleye to Picton where anglers from all over Canada and USA come looking for a Trophy walleye.

Stoneburg Cove Cottages is a recently renovated apartment in Carrying Place where guests can make the most of its pool with a view, garden, and barbecue facilities. This apartment provides air-conditioned accommodations with a terrace. The apartment also offers free Wifi, free private parking, and facilities for disabled guests. Kat's Cradle is located about 15 minutes east of Picton near the natural wonder of Lake-on-the-Mountain, Glenora Ferry, the Waupoos Winery, and County Cider. Located on the Bay of Quinte in a quiet location along the south shore of Adolphus Reach, Kat's Cradle is a great place for rest and relaxation. This one level cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 persons 10 and over, additional sleeping for 1 more person age 9 and under (local by-law 4518-2019). July and August - weekly only, check in/out Sunday
This comfortable two bed-room open concept vacation home includes a stone fireplace, oak hardwood floors, a huge water view deck with lounge chairs and bistro set plus a gazebo. The master bedroom features queen size bed with a walk out patio door to the water view deck. While the second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom with the single bed on top! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery and cooking pans, pots and utensils. The sitting area has a TV as well as WIFI. Please note it is rural internet and while it is fairly robust, it does have connectivity issues sometimes during very humid weather.
The kids will enjoy playing in the spacious and shaded yard and the dock will provide hours of fishing entertainment. In the evening you will take delight in grilling your dinner on the deck while appreciating the wonderful view of the bay. End the day by roasting marshmallows and telling tales around the waterside campfire as the sun sets over the bay.

The waterfront is over 140' in length and has a drive in boat launch alongside a 5' x 20' dock. The availability of the dock is contingent upon water levels (if they are substantially higher than normal, the dock may not be available - this has happened for only 2 months in our over 10 years of renting the property).
Per By-Law 167-2022 all renters must be advised that the cottage is located on a private road and Prince Edward County emergency services may be delayed as a result.

One of the County's most popular restaurants, Flame + Smith, is a short 2-minute walk away.

OUR COTTAGES:

Kitchen:
The clean, well spaced cottages are equipped with full kitchens including a full-size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker (basket filters not provided),
Bedrooms:
The 2-bedroom cottages feature ONE (1) queen sized bed and TWO (2) twin beds. Full bedding is provided for all beds.
Bathroom:
Each cottage is equipped with a 4-piece bathroom and TWO (2) rolls of toilet paper. The cottages have small water heaters so hot water is limited.

Outside:
Each cottage has a deck, a picnic table, a fire pit, table and chairs and a BBQ. One full propane tank included with the rental, and refills are available at the resort for $30.

Entertainment:
Each cottage comes with a television, DVD player and some movies, games and books. There is no cable television services.

1) Our outdoor pool is seasonal, and usually closes around mid September when the weather begins to get cold.

- "The cottage is very nice and comes fully equipped. For a family of 6, the kitchen equipment was perfect (big pots and pans for cooking). It would be best to bring your own water to drink and use in the kettle (or cook?) as the tap water comes very rich in calcium. So much that we sometimes had to rewash dishes fresh from dishwasher (calcium build-up) and it was also very apparent in the kettle while the water was boiling. Not a minus, just an observation. The host, Vanessa, was very welcoming and helpful. The check-in and out process was seamless and the amenities on site are great. The proximity to sandbanks is a huge plus for us. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend."

Sleep to the sound of the water, in the generous log bedroom space with adjacent screened in porch. - "Wow perfect place to stay with the kids. The playground the pool the river. We really enjoyed our trip" - " Booked online, which can always be a bit of a gamble - however, the owner called me soon after with follow up questions to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible (talk about customer service). We stayed in one of the cabins with a queen bed, two twins, and a pull out couch; four young adults were very comfortable. The place is gorgeously decorated inside and very well stocked (including pretty much anything you could need in the kitchen), tons of storage if you like to unpack, and the cutest set up! Now on to the main event - THE AMENITIES! I was pumped to find that you can borrow kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle boards, bikes, etc FOR FREE!! There's a firepit on each site, beautiful waterfront properties, a pool(!!), basketball net, and a room filled with movies and board games, etc. I only booked our cottage for one night and totally regretted it - next time I'll booked for longer and make use of all the awesome stuff they have available :). Absolutely worth the money and the drive, we had a great experience there! My group of 6 girlfriends had a great time at this location and I will definitely be booking there on my next visit to Prince Edward County! "

- "We had a wonderful time at our little cabin, right by the water in Brighton, and we will most definitely come back! Wisdom and Mike welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication with owners Wisdom and Maria were clear, fast and easy. Our cabin had everything we needed, super cute and cozy. The grounds are awesome for kids and families, lots to do for my very busy 6 years old! The playground with the trampoline right on site was a big hit, as well as the water sliding mat right in front of our cabin! I also really enjoyed the kayak and pedal boat rides! Presqu'île National park is 5 minutes away and so beautiful, with its beaches, trails and lighthouse. My only regret was to not have taken advantage of the bicycles that Wisdom and Maria make available to us. It is a cyclist paradise for sure, with beautiful and safe paths to and in the park. Brighton is 10 minutes away and such a lovely little town, with its cute boutiques and shops. There are also several restaurant options and yummy ice cream shops as well. OUR COTTAGES:

Kitchen:
The clean, well spaced cottages are equipped with full kitchens including a full-size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker (basket filters not provided), a limited selection of pots, pans, dishes and most common utensils.
Bedrooms:
2 cozy queen bedrooms with soft bedding.
Bathroom:
Each cottage is equipped with a 4-piece bathroom and TWO (2) rolls of toilet paper. The cottages have small water heaters so hot water is limited.

Outside:
Each cottage has a deck, a picnic table, a fire pit, table and chairs and a BBQ. One full propane tank included with the rental, and refills are available at the resort for $30.

Entertainment:
Each cottage comes with a television, DVD player, some movies, games and books. There are no cable television services.

1) Our outdoor pool is seasonal, and usually closes around mid September when the weather begins to get cold.

This picturesque piece of waterfront is located on South Bay just minutes away from Milford. Just down the road from Prince Edwards Famous Black River Cheese company. Feel like touring Picton? Then you're in luck, because it's only a short 10 minute drive.

By day you can soak up the sun on the rocky beach, play lawn games on the huge yard, paddle the bay, or relax indoors with a great view of the water. By night, a beauty fire by the shore while listening to the tree frogs never hurt. Keep an eye out for beavers and otters at dusk.

It's a great spot for those interested in spotting birds of the county. From pileated woodpeckers, to kingfishers and loons, to warblers, swans and blue jays, they all pass by.

This cozy cottage is privately set back from a beautiful rock beach with tons of grass space for lawn games and room for kids to run around. The two bedrooms both comfortably hold queen beds and the kitchen and living room area hold all the amenities to enjoy a worry free stay.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, due to not having a washer and dryer on site, we do not provide sheets, pillow cases, or towels, and ask that you bring those items yourself.

We also ask that you please leave the cottage in the same condition you found it. Floors swept, garbage and recycling tied up in their proper bags and brought out in bins, dishes cleaned and put away, and items placed back where you found them. We appreciate the effort!

Welcome to The Kyipo (Kee-Poe) Lakehouse! Located just west of the charming village of Wellington, it is a perfect home base for all your PEC adventures. Beautiful perennial gardens and stunning lake views are some of the highlights of this vacation property. Follow the set of stairs from the lakeside deck to the shore where you'll find a gently sloping limestone shelf that reaches out into the lake and is a great spot for wading and swimming.

This two bedroom vacation retreat is located on 70 feet of waterfront and is comfortably furnished and set up to provide a relaxing and memorable experience for all ages.

The open living-dining area features large windows with stunning views of the lake. The view from the master bedroom is equally amazing. The covered veranda and separate lakeside deck are ideal spots to enjoy the lake view while dining and grilling on the propane BBQ.

A sunny kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals. There is a drip coffee maker and several other small appliances. You should plan to bring your own favorite ground coffee.

The cooling lake breezes are wonderful on hot summer days. Local wineries plentiful in this area as are many dinning options from fine dinning to cute cafes.

Your rental includes one beach pass for use during your stay, which will grant one car load entry to Sandbanks Beach or North Beach.

You'll have access to the entire house and yard. Be mindful of children in the back yard, there is a steep drop off from the grassy area down to the beach below.

Lakefront views, with steps down to the water. Limestone shelf rocks will greet you as you wade in from the shore. The cottage is will offer privacy while still being in a family neighbourhood and is set back from the busy road.

Just a quick drive into the village of Wellington where you'll find a grocery store, liquor store, unique shops, lots of cafe's and restaurants.

A two burner cooking stove inside, a toaster, microwave and coffee maker. We have a barbecue and 2 burner Coleman stove with tanks for you outside as well. You will have access to the cabin and the whole 400 acres to wonder and enjoy nature at it's best. All types of birds, otter, mink, muskrats, coyotes, foxes, rabbits, deer, moose, ect.....you will also have access to air conditioning for those hot days upon request for a small fee. We have map to walk the wilderness on our land. We also have swimming in falls and pools on the river within 5 mins and fishing off a bridge or under it. Our little town of Campbellford also has lots to offer. Ferriss provincial Park has a 365 foot suspension bridge over Rainney Gorge and all on the picturesque Trent River and our rolling hills.

Other things to note
Form late fall to early spring the water is turned off. From early April to November there is hot and cold in the kitchen, in the shower room sink and shower. For a toilet we have an outdoor facility that we keep clean. A greyhound bus can be taken from Toronto to Marmora. Then a cab can be taken from Marmora for about 6 km to the cabin.

The treehouse is temperature controlled with A/C in the summer and heat in the winter. Internet and TV with a chrome-cast. Some board games as well. This is an amazing retreat for any family!

The property is family friendly with five newly renovated side by side cottages, situated right on 300ft of private pebble stone sandy beach with shallow clear and calm water, suitable for swimming. It is a great location for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Our scenic land tips into the Bay area, water in front, behind, and on one side of the property with Presqu’ile Provincial Park across the Bay as the backdrop. Enjoy the views of magnificent sunrise to sunset, change of lake weather through the day, and starry nights right from the property. The calm Bay water and conservatory marsh area attract many forms of wild water lives most famously known for sighting swans, loons, geese and egrets. Our cottages are just 5 minutes away from Presqu’ile Provincial Park known for its long white sandy beach & access to magnificent hiking & biking trails, 5 minutes from Brighton with restaurants, Sobeys, No Frills, LCBO, Beer Store, pharmacies, Tim Hortons, laundry mats, public library, and dog park, 15 minutes to Walmart and Trenton hospital, 30 Minutes to Prince Edward County famous for its boutique wineries and breweries as well as the beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park.

In the spring/summer months there is so much to do, the beaches, trails, biking, swimming, paddle boarding, horseback riding, golfing and more. Explore the local food scene visiting our restaurants and cafes, bakeries, cheese makers, cideries, and chocolatier. Make a day to visit and hop local wineries and breweries, and antique shops!

In the fall visit one of the nearby apple orchards and pick apples or get lost in a corn maze. The best time to see fall colours in the area is from the beginning of October to Thanksgiving. Hike along one of local trails or head out to one of the local viewing spots-just ask us for directions. If you are here on weekend there are also farmers markets for fresh and local food or souvenirs.

Last but not least, please check our other 4 cottages on the property, all have beautiful water view from the living room and kitchen area. Cottage #4 is three bedroom, and Cottage 1, 2, 3, and 5 two bedrooms. Cottage #2 is wheelchair accessible.

The space
This updated waterfront property has all the comforts of home including wireless internet, bluetooth speaker, internet television, a fully equipped kitchen, a large washroom, laundry room with washer and dryer and 2 bedrooms with tons of light.

The living room has a walkout to a large, west facing deck. It also has plenty of board games, puzzles and an internet television just in case you get a rainy day.

The kitchen has tons of prep space with newly installed butcher block counters and a classic subway tile backsplash. Guests can pull up a stool and help or supervise with a glass of wine at the large island. There is also a high chair for little ones.

The dining room, with its huge picture window, is perfect for lazy mornings with the newspaper and coffee or sunset dinners with some local wine or a craft brew.

The Master bedroom has 2 large windows, his and hers closets, direct access to the main bathroom, and a queen size pillowtop-mattress. At the opposite end of the bungalow is the second bedroom. It has a double size pillowtop-mattress and 2 large windows.

The home is also kid friendly and comes with a baby gate and high chair.

Outside is a large deck with a picnic table and BBQ It overlooks a massive greenspace (some people have confused it with being a park!) all facing the serene bay. You’ll likely see the local Osprey, Great Blue Herons and swans diving into the bay for a fish breakfast and if you are really lucky you might just spot the Bald Eagle sitting amongst the shoreline willow trees.

You’ll be a short drive from Sandbanks Provincial Park, Picton, Milford, Waupoos, Cherry Valley, Bloomfield, Wellington, Lake on the Mountain, Wineries, Fine Dining and National Parks (Little Bluff and Pt Petre).

The space
The other house at the far end of the 2-acre property is available for rent seasonally with or without the main cottage. We – or other renters - may be in the coach house – separated by the wood shed and lilac bushes – during your stay. The only part of the property that might be shared is the bonfire area.

Lovingly restored, the rustic 1840s farmhouse cottage features distinct hand-hewn beams with a serene and comfortable modern decor.

The pre-Confederation era structure dates from the time of Charles Dickens, the Bronte Sisters and Alexandre Dumas, a long time before Home Depot came to be. While we have high house housekeeping standards this is not a boutique hotel experience and is priced accordingly.

On the main floor you'll find an open-concept living and dining area, with wood stove for cool evenings, good books, lots of spots for napping and reading and a well stocked kitchen overlooking the lake for preparing delicious meals with the bounty of the county. A TV, with streaming services and DVD player, stereo system with CD player is also available.

New for 2025: WIFI through Rogers, which now has coverage in the area (which meant we could cancel Starlink).

Off the dining area is the sunroom which has a king bed or can be set up as a daybed for lounging. A full bath with clawfoot tub is on the ground floor.

On the second floor is the main bedroom which contains a queen and two twin beds.

The deck, with lake views, has a dining area and lounge chairs. Both gas and charcoal BBQs are available. The outdoor shower on the deck is perfect for unwinding under the stars after a day cycling or at the beach.

There are lounge chairs and muskoka chairs in various locations to take advantage of the stunning views. And a fire pit for bonfires (must be called in, info on the fridge) and 'smores.

A path with handrail leads to the pebbly beach below. Seating area at the foot of the path features another beautiful view.

Remember to bring your water shoes to fully enjoy the lake as the pebbly bottom can be a little tough on the feet. We have a stash of various sizes if you forget. We also have a selection of life-jackets that you are welcome to use.

Use of a Sandbanks pass is included which saves you the entrance fee plus (with a reservation) allows you to bypass the entrance lineup.

Note that this is a cottage in the countryside and we do our best to keep pests at bay but sometimes nature finds its way inside!

According the County bylaws the maximum capacity of the property is 4 adults PLUS 2 children.

The property features another self-contained building, our Coach House (sleeps 2 adults + 1 child under 10), also available for rent. Reach out if you're interested in renting both. The space
Our charming cottage gives you the impression of being in a very spacious condo. All decor and finishes are modern and trendy. Accommodating 6 comfortably, it’s a perfect little stop for some fun times! There is a spacious master bedroom with an awesome King Bed! The second bedroom has a bunk bed accommodating three people. Bedding is all included! There is a full bath in the common area and washer/dryer in the utility closet. Sitting/dining/TV also in the common area. Living room couch is a comfy pull out bed for 2. The kitchen is nice and spacious with all the utensils and cookware. Walking out of the front door, there is a 10x14ft mesh enclosed covered solarium to keep out the bugs. This cottage is situated in a lower traffic corner and is second from the end which gives you more privacy. The cottage will also include a professional cleaning prior to your arrival at a very nominal cost. You will feel at home during your stay as you enjoy the comforts of the resort and Prince Edward!

Once you arrive, you will need to sign in at the resort front office and get parking permits for your vehicles(limit of 2 cars plz). This will give you gate access and be able to find our cottage and your designated parking area! Settle in and enjoy all the resort amenities which include the heated pools(pool hours may vary during off season and one pool is adult only), fitness centre with view of the lake, free kayak rentals at the resort lake, tennis courts, basketball, lake front sports and much much more.

Also please note; the resort board of directors have set a restriction of 6ppl/cottage.

Other things to note
Parking is amongst a shared area just a few meters away from the cottage and not an issue with space. Fire pits are shared and many around even near the lake! The resort lakeshore can be a bit rocky(bring water shoes) but who’s complaining when you’re minutes from sandbanks! :)

A 1700 sq ft family cottage situated on the Moira River 2 hours east of Toronto or 2.5 hours west of Ottawa. This is the perfect property for a family looking to get away. Found on a quiet road and nestled on a half-acre of land there is plenty of open space to allow for the kids to run around.

The Moira River is famous for its excellent fishing where you can reel in Small and Large Mouth Bass, Walley, Pike or Musky. Enjoy fishing from shore or the dock and enjoy views up and down the river.

Other things to note
The town dump only permits CLEAR GARBAGE BAGS. Please bring accordingly. If you use black bags ALL GARBAGE HAS to go with. ALL FOOD SCRAPS go into GARBAGE. Recycling is only plastic bottles, pop cans, foam trays, paper and glass. Please no dumping of garbage on roadside or outside. Our neighbours will complain and the wild life will come around

Unfortunately we have no full time maintenance staff. We try our best to ensure there is at least 1 full propane tank. If the regular and back up propane tanks are empty they have to be exchanged in town at the Circle K Gas Station

This year we are pleased to say we have installed a filtered drinking system in the kitchen. Bottle water is no longer needed.

Due to the cottage being in the country there is a chance neighbours dogs and wild life may come onto property

With a lakefront feel, this rustic 3 bed/ 2 story cottage overlooks a beautiful stretch of deep, wide river that is very peaceful.  A large west facing deck and sun room overlook the water showcasing amazing sunsets.  There is a large dock to enjoy swimming and fishing. The yard is spacious for playing games with a good mix of sun/shade exposure. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat with an amazing view, look no further!

Other things to note
This is a seasonal cottage road. Therefore it is not maintained by the City. The incoming hill is steady and steep. Although it is not impossible to visit with a car, it is more difficult to climb the hill in one. The road is used by cars, vans, etc., we just like to give our guests the advance notice so there are no surprises. AWD or 4 wheel drive is recomended for a smooth trip.

Parking for four vehicles. Anything over four can be accommodated by parking at the top of the private road.

There is a public boat launch within 20 minutes of the cottage if you would like to bring a boat. Ask for details and directions upon booking if interested in this option. Unfortunately boat rentals in the area are non-existent at this time.

Additionally we do not have laundry facilities on site and therefore do not provide bedding and linens. All beds have pillows included.

1. Why is there an additional fee for the 4th bedroom Sept - June? In order to make Water’s Edge affordable for small groups, couples and solo travelers, the nightly rate in these months is adjusted to reflect pricing for the main cottage which sleeps a max of 6 persons. Access to the 4th bedroom and or more than 6 persons is an additional flat rate fee which covers use and cleaning.

2. Are you remote work friendly? Absolutely! We have Starlink internet and it's speedy! And, with a country walk right outside your door, there's no excuse to not meet your step count!

Inside, your group will enjoy an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with sweeping views of the waterfront. Log into your Netflix or Prime account, break out the board games or light a fire for everyone to enjoy.

If you are on dinner duty, not to worry, cooking in this fully equipped kitchen is a breeze with enough space to accommodate a sous chef or two! You’ll find lots of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the bake, cook, glass and serve-ware for large meals (including wine and beer glasses).

Trying to decide which bedroom will be yours? We make the decision easy! All bedrooms have individual climate control (aircon and heat), pillow top or memory foam beds, cotton sheets, ample pillows, soft towels, clocks with USB ports and flashlights.

Outdoors, you have a ton of options!

If you are heading to a provincial park for the day, don’t forget to grab the park pass on the fridge and a few beach towels, blankets, and camp chairs (included).

Prefer a low key day around the cottage? Choose from a selection of lawn games, fire up the BBQ (propane included), pop up the sun shade and set out a lounger. Fish off of the dock or take a dip in the water. Right in-front of the cottage, the water is about 2-3 feet deep and then gets gradually deeper.

At dusk, get that firepit going so you can be prepared to watch a stunning sunset and stargaze -keep an eye out for satellites as they streak across the sky.

Outdoor Entertainment: Swim & fish off the dock (water in-front of the cottage is approx. 2-3ft deep and gradually increases).

Sleeping Arrangements:
Three bedrooms are located in the main cottage and include two King beds and one Queen bed. The fourth bedroom, located in a cozy bunkie just 30 feet from the main house, features a Queen bed and a bunk bed. While the bunkie does not have plumbing, it does offer electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat for your comfort.

Important Notes for Your Stay:

Pets: While we love animals, this is a strictly no-pets property. Bringing pets will result in a minimum $500 fee to cover deep cleaning, additional prep time, and compensation for incoming guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Landscaping: Please leave all rocks in place, especially along the waterfront wall. They are part of the property’s design and important for your safety. Missing rocks will be treated as property damage.

Extra Guests: An additional fee applies for use of the fourth bedroom and/or more than six guests during shoulder and off-season dates. Please reach out for details.

Guest Guidelines:
- Maximum of 8 adults
- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay
- The majority of adult guests should also be 25+

Safety & Comfort:
- Water shoes are recommended for lake access
- Open flames, including candles (unless LED), are not permitted in the house or bunkie

The perfect PEC getaway. This 4 season cottage is great for anyone looking to unwind and relax in the peace and quiet of the County while enjoying the awesome views, wineries and restaurants in the area. Our property offers panoramic views of a bay and a private water access retreat. We are 15-30 min away from a variety of wineries, breweries, cider houses.

Please note that this is an older house. It’s not perfect and isn’t a hotel. The stairs down to the lake aren’t usable during the winter.

This is an older, rustic cottage—a cozy, lived-in home, not a luxury hotel. We want to ensure you have the best experience, so here are a few details to consider before booking:

Water Access: Reaching the water requires navigating a long staircase, which is not accessible in winter.

Rural Setting: The cottage is located in a peaceful, wooded area. While we do our best to keep bugs outside, some may find their way indoors. If you’re sensitive to insects, this may not be the right fit for you.

Location: The property is outside of town, so if you’re looking to be within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, or shops, we recommend booking in Picton, Wellington, or Bloomfield.

Wifi: Wifi can be spotty in the evenings. We provide a great selection of DVDs and games for this reason.

Road Noise: The cottage is situated on a main road, and morning traffic can be noticeable.

Water Conservation: Due to environmental pressures and low lake levels, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage (e.g., shorter showers, and avoiding running taps unnecessarily).

Towels: Starting January 2025, we will no longer provide towel service due to increasing water shortages and energy costs.

The space
The cottage is a 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage with a large eating area and living room with pull out couch for extra sleeping.
There is a TV in the master bedroom with firestick as well as one in the living room with firestick as well. The cottage has unlimited WIFI for your convince during your stay.
At this time we are not providing bedsheets or towels. There are pillows and blankets on all the beds that you are welcome to use.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with 1 roll of paper towel that is provided during your stay.
We also provide 1 roll of toilet paper during your stay, please bring more if you feel you will need it we ask that you only bring 2 ply as we are on a septic tank.
There is a firepit on the front of the cottage deck for your use as well as a BBQ on the back deck for your use, propane is provided for both of those during your stay.
You are welcome to use the fire pit during your please bring your own firewood as it is not provided.
We have outdoor security cameras at the front and back doors as well as on the shed on the property.
The dock is there for your use as well as the paddle boat and 2 kids Kayaks, shared with the other cottage on the property when they are both being used at once. We ask that you make sure they are all secured back up on the shore once you are done with them so they won't float away.
The lily pad is great fun, we ask that you bring it back to shore and tie it to the paddle boat so it won't fly away as it can get windy at times.

We are a short walk from the Northport public boat launch and docks and community park where you can launch your boat, fish from the dock and take a swim in the Bay of Quinte. We provide our guests with 2 paddleboard for their enjoyment including life jackets for use. Watersports are at your own risk while using them and we are not responsible for any liability.
Our cottage is had board games, cards, puzzles and outdoor badminton that you can use as well.

Beautiful waterfront cottage located on Wellers Bay in Prince Edward County. Large picturesque yard with plenty of space for your activities. Home is freshly renovated with a new kitchen, new mattresses and two bathrooms. Open concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a fabulous view.  Across the bay is the National Wildlife Park, close to  North Beach Prov Park and near the famous Sandbanks.  Amenities include the Taste Trail of PEC and many wineries.
