Alnwick cottage is situated approx 6 blocks from probably the prettiest main street in Canada. The cottage is quaint and comfortable.The rental cottage is annexed to the main house..The photograph on VRBO is the front cottage where I live..The rear cottage is completely private.. Consisting of 2 nicely decorated bedrooms both with double beds. Cozy living room, the kitchen is galley style with full size appliances plus all the extras coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle.

1 bathroom all towels, soaps, shampoos provided. A charming screened sunporch/carport for lounging or dining in a bug free environment. Renovated, charming self-contained guest cottage in Old Town Niagara on the lake. The address is 428 Simcoe Street. License number 027-2022. The cottage is surrounded by lovely gardens and is scented with its many roses. There is a secluded garden in the back, with patio furniture and barbecue.

Our cottage contains one bedroom with a queen-size en-suite and access to a patio garden. The bathroom is equipped also with a washer and dryer. A full-size kitchen with all stainless steel appliances includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and much more. The living area has a fireplace, comfortable sofa-bed, two love seats, cable TV/DVD,
W5 internet connection, air-conditioned, and cathedral ceilings throughout.

HOUSE RULES:

We don't have any rules that should surprise you. Some of the below are city enforced bylaws that are out of our control. As of this year, the city has imposed strict regulations on all "Short term rentals". Failure to comply will result in the hosts/property owners receiving hefty fines, loss of demerit points, and ultimately losing their short-term rental license. We take these bylaws, and additional house rules very seriously. We hope you understand.

1. No parties/events to be held on the property. (no exceptions, sorry)
2. No more than 4 adults are permitted on the property, without prior consent.
3. No excessive noise/music, especially outside after 10pm. (City bylaw)
4. No smoking indoors, please.
5. No more than 2 cars are permitted in the driveway. (City bylaw)
6. No street parking is permitted. (Strictly enforced bylaw)
7. Cottage registration required to be completed once booked, fully.
8. Pet fee of $50.00 per pet, per stay will be charged prior to arrival to cover the cost of the anti allergen spray in hopes to keep our pet friendly home enjoyed by all, although it is not guaranteed to remove all allergens.

William Retreat is a clean, comfortable 70’s style home located in a quiet neighborhood. The entry instructions were concise and easy. All needed appliances, etc. were available. The backyard was nicely landscaped. Will definitely be booking here in the future!

Although we were only able to stay in NOTL for one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to park and walk to a restaurant both on the evening and the morning! Such a wonderful location with beautiful homes all around. The house was so clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Williams Street NOTL. It is a lovely location, within walking distance of the lake and a short drive to the town centre. The house was as advertised and pleasantly appointed.

Perfect location to walk and bike around NOTL. Zoom bike rentals located few blocks from house. Shaded bike trail along Niagara River. Partially shaded trail along Lake Ontario when starting in St Catherine’s.

We had a great weekend in Patricia's home. Plenty of space for us in the house, an enormous garden with a lovely terrasse. The location is perfect :walking distance from the lake and the old town. Niagara falls were 30 minutes drive away.

Girls trip to NOL. House was very clean, well equipped and comfortable for 5 of us. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck. Nice location to shops, restaurants and lake. We would return.

You have access to the whole house, 3 bedrooms,( 2 queen beds, 1 double bed), 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, Kitchen, living room, dining room, and a beautiful natural back yard. There is a natural gas BBQ on site.
Closer to your arrival we will send through the access code for the door.
The WIFI code info is on the front page of the guest book in the main entrance.
We allow a maximum of 4 cars on site as per city by-law.
