There are 2 cottages, 3 cabins, and wood waterfront sauna on 100 acres property with 25 acres private trout lake. It's very quiet location. The cottage is perfect for a family or group of 8 people looking for relax. There are 3 bedrooms and an additional summer bedroom in the cottage.
We also offer 3 waterfront cabins for 4 people each cabin for an additional cost.
A lot of summer activities: fishing, swimming, canoes, pontoon, kayak, jogging, darts, basketball ring, table tennis, chess (inc. In the price). Also close to golf, horse farms and Grey Highland falls and caves.
Winter activities:
Blue Mountain ski resort and Collingwood is about 20 km from the cottage. Devils Glen country club is just 7 km from our place.
A short (7km) drive way to Dogsled Rob Roy. Highlands Nordic cross country skiing is just 8 km from this place.
You can enjoy sauna or ice skating on our lake.
Waterfront wood sauna is for an additional cost. It"s $120 for 4 hours (max 4 people). Extra cost for an additional people is $20 per person.

- "Great place to stay, lots of bedrooms and lots of space outside for games. Large hot tub was nice and relaxing to use and no setup, just take the cover off. The host, Snezhana was very communicative and easy to work with. Large kitchen table inside and 2 picnic tables on the deck outside so everyone had a place to sit. Never got a chance to use the beach, but you can have a fire there as you cant have one on the property. I would stay again in the future."

- "The cottage was a nice and clean three-bedroom house." - "We were very pleased with the cottage inside , it was clean and met our expectations. All necessities were provided. Our concern was the back yard of the property. As advertised it did have a fire table as well as lounging furniture. The backyard when we arrived was disappointing the grass had not been cut and was very long, no furniture was put out as well the fire table was not outside. When I contacted the property manager I was told due to weather they do not leave out the furniture?? Well the table was too heavy for us to move , the furniture was dirty and covered with cobwebs etc. as they were in a shed. I was also told they would come the next day to mow the lawn. Well we were leaving that day as well as the person showed up at 9:30 , I felt this was intrusive. We had planned to use the outdoor area and were very disappointed and feel the property manager should have rectified the first day so we could enjoy what we had expected."

This is our home away from home. We have nearly 1 acre of land on the water and lots of room for up to 10 people. We love it because it is a peaceful and fun get away from the busyness of Toronto. Being on the water is very relaxing and beautiful.
We are looking to rent to people who are over 30 years old and family.

The space
Our home can easily accommodate up to 10 people. Each of the 3 bedrooms upstairs have an ensuite bath. 1 bedroom has a full ensuite and the other 2 bedroom have 2 piece ensuites. The bedroom downstairs has a full ensuite right beside it. The kitchen has everything you need to host a group of up to 10.

All of our beds are new with crisp white bedding and duvets.

We are lakefront so if you enjoy being on the water please bring up any water activities that you enjoy. The lake bottom deepens very gradually and has a rock bottom so swim shoes are recommended. There is a dock during the summer. Water off dock is about 3ft

We are 5 mins from the downtown Collingwood, 15 mins to Blue Mountain and 15 mins from Wasaga Beach 6. We have lots of outdoor space. There is an outdoor fire pit with chairs., a patio with soft furniture to rest and a large outdoor table & BBQ.

There is no smoking on the property.
No pets.
No loud music.
No more than 10 people.
Please have the pace tidy when you leave and all dishes washed.
Please leave our place in the condition that you found it.

There is clean linen on the beds and plenty of towels available for your use.
All you need to bring is food.
