Our cottage is the perfect getaway for families or couples & friends that want some time away. Perfectly situated minutes from the beautiful freshwater beach and a short walk to the boardwalk on Main Street, you can spend your Summer alongside the crowd shopping, on patios eating and drinking or enjoying the spectacular one-of-a-kind sunsets on a romantic evening stroll.

Our spacious cottage sleeps up to 6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy family room, large backyard with outdoor fire pit and charcoal Kamado Grill. If you rather stay indoors you can stream your devices through our WIFI, watch Netflix on our large smart TV or the kids can keep busy in our games room. If you decide to come to Sauble Beach during the cooler months our cottage is a 4 season equipped cottage (a great place for you to spend the holidays).

To accommodate families with kids and groups we have minimized the bedrooms and added more beds. We decided to remove the furniture and décor for more space so that our guests can bring their luggage, children's items such as cribs and other items. In addition to the multiple beds, each room will have a dresser and closet with storage space so you unpack and settle right in for your stay.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not provide blankets, duvets, or towels during your stay. We kindly request you to bring your own as needed. This decision was made due to the challenges associated with washing and maintaining such large quantities, as we offer a variety of sleeping options with a total of 6 beds. Nevertheless, we do ensure that each bed is set up with freshly washed sheets and pillows for your comfort.

To ensure your booking is valid and payments are secure-only book directly with VRBO as we are not listing with any affiliate sites or property management companies.

In accordance to the bi-law set by South Bruce Peninsula our property can host a MAXIMUM of 6 adults. If you are travelling with children under the age of 12 (3 additional) are permitted.

The Lazy Pines is a 2 bedroom cottage with sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people. This cottage is located on Second Ave. so closes to everything!

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is a double futon for an extra guest.

The kitchenette/living room opens onto a large private deck. A three piece bathroom completes the cottage.

We provide a BBQ, propane and fire-pit to enjoy your evenings!

Welcome to Heaven in Sauble Beach! We didn’t name the cottage but it is our goal is to make it feel like you are in Heaven.
Much thought has been put into this tiny cottage & what our guests would need to be comfortable & relaxed during their stay. Almost all of the essentials of home are found here. No need to bring your own water, dishes, cookware/utensils. We even remembered the dish towels! Just bring clothes, food, bed & bath linens, maybe your Vitamix too.

Enjoy your time in Heaven!

Located one block from the main strip and two quick blocks from the beach. Fresh paint, new furniture and fixtures plus a water UV sterilization unit for safe drinking water added to the cottage, Heaven is where it’s at and where you want to be! It’s not perfect yet, but we are working on that. Park your car and explore the area on foot or rent a bicycle from around the corner. Absolutely everything great about Sauble Beach is only a few steps away. It is truly Heaven on Earth here. When staying in Heaven, you have access to everything on the main floor of the cottage plus the patio and porch outside. With only the exception for the crawl space below. You wouldn’t want to go down there anyway. It looks like hell down there.

Heaven has not been childproofed. Please bring necessary equipment, locks and guards if you have a young exploring child.

This property is pet friendly and we are happy to have your dogs. We have one too! However, we don’t just ask, we DEMAND that everyone is very responsible pet owner and make sure your dog is always on a leash outdoors. An extra large crate is supplied if required for indoors. With less than 500’ sq. of floor space, the cottage is a very small space for family with a large rambunctious dog where things can very easily get damaged and dirty. If your dog is not fully house trained and obedient, and you don’t want to crate or tether them, this is not the place for you to be staying.

We have really great neighbours who are afraid of large dogs. We respect that. There is also lots of young children wandering through the area who may want to approach and pet your dog without asking. Please be considerate and respectful of their needs to feel and be safe and never leave your dog outside unattended and always tethered on a leash or to the tree on the chain provided. There are ABSOLUTELY NO FENCED IN AREAS for your fur baby to run free. Please keep this in mind when looking for a place to stay in Sauble Beach.

Any damage to the property (including but not exclusive to: garbage removal, disposal of pet waste and cigarette butts) done by yourself/your guests/your pets will be charged a minimum $250 plus the value of replacing/repairing/cleaning/disposal of damaged items.

Please respect Heaven as if it’s the only place to be. We want to keep it clean so that everyone will want to come back again and again.

Heaven is located one block from the main strip and two short blocks from the beach. Unless you want to explore beyond Sauble Beach, there is absolutely no need to drive anywhere. Just park your car, unload, and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere Sauble Beach has to offer. You don’t even have to bring food if you prefer to dine at one of the many local restaurants or grab some take out. It’s all right there literally within walking distance.

Tobermory is only an hour’s drive away for some great scuba diving, cave exploring in Collingwood and Blue Mountain areas, and more. If you are into Golf, there are two Golf courses minutes drive down the road and even provide a shuttle service to and from the beach!

Sauble Beach is well known for its family friendly environment. The area becomes very quiet around 10pm. No loud all night parties happen here near the main strip. Even in the height of tourist season. This is a place where parents can get some downtime when the kids have all gone to sleep after spending the day at the beach, and couples and friends can relax together and recover from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. We would like to keep it this way so that all can enjoy. Please remember to turn down your music and crank up your good mojo.

With everything amazing about Sauble Beach has to offer only steps away, you know you are staying in Heaven!

The best way to experience Sauble is on foot or by bicycle. Park your vehicle next to the cottage and leave it there. Go for a swim and long walks along the beach or wander the shops and streets and just savour the atmosphere. Everyone says hello to each other, is polite and relaxed. You just can’t find this kind of living in the city.
During low season months, the tourism settles down a lot and many of shops and restaurants are closed, but the peaceful beauty of Sauble is always open. Heaven is available from Mid-April until mid-November for guests who just need a little rest and respite. Please make sure weather forecast is suitable for travelling. Heaven is not accessible with heavy snowfalls.

The Ellen Kay is a 3 bedroom cottage. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single bunk beds. The main living area has 2 sofas and a futon.
The bathroom in the Ellen Kay was just refinished with new fixtures, shower and flooring.
A large private deck is off the kitchen area with a patio table and chairs. A large back yard with both sun and shade features a fire pit for night time Sauble fun.

Gorgeous, newly built cottage located on a private lot in Sauble Beach, 4-minute walk from the public beach and shopping on Main Street. The cottage is a spacious 1600 sq. ft. and includes:

4 bedrooms (the first two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a connected ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom has 2 stackable twins plus a twin over twin bunk). A forth bedroom with queen bed is located in the lower level adjacent to the entertainment area. A rollaway bed is available for an extra child under 12. Bed linens provided. The living room also has a pull-out futon and 2 of the bedrooms have desk workspaces.

Occupancy is based on 4 guestrooms (bedrooms) with a maximum of 2 persons per guestroom (bedroom).
NOTE: exception from the maximum occupancy of 2 persons per guestroom
(bedroom) will be granted for children of the renter, under the age of 12, where the
Town will permit no more than three (3) persons per guestroom (bedroom).

New in 2022, the Town of South Bruce Peninsula has introduced a mandatory short-term rental licensing program. The license obtained from the Town permits this cottage to have up to 6 adults (2 per bedroom) or up to 9 people with 2 adults per bedroom and the rest of the guests under the age of 12. The Town will permit no more than 3 persons per bedroom. Also new from the Town of South Bruce Peninsula in 2022 is a mandatory municipal accommodation (MAT) tax of 4% for short-term rentals under 30 days.

All we needed to bring were towels - everything else was there for us. We forgot a few things and the host offered to either mail it to us or we could pick it up in Oakville. The cottage has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests. At additional cost the bunkie can be rented for 2 additional guests. The cottage is not directly on the beach, but only a short walk away to the beautiful Sauble Beach. Rentals are weekly only, from Sunday to Sunday.
