The location is ideal on a quiet residential crescent only a 10-minute walk to the beach and main street and a two-minute drive to the grocery store and LCBO, which made it easy and convenient to get around. This house is beautiful, clean and although it’s on a busy road it is within walking distance to the beach front, grocery store and small shops. The only thing to be mindful of is the water supply. This location is on a sand point which means you can overtax the water system if multiple showers, dishwasher and laundry are done consecutively. We just spread the shower times out and did not have any issues. Three cars in the driveway is tight but doable. I recommend bringing your own bottled water to drink. We really enjoyed our stay! Welcome to the Sauble Hobble! This new, fully renovated, peaceful cottage, located across from the Sauble River in Sauble Beach, is the perfect escape for your summer vacation. Family friendly, this four season home allows you lots of space to entertain and make your beach getaway memories. A 3 minute drive to the famous freshwater beach and a 5 minute drive to the towns main street, where you can find endless entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

The space
The hobble is located in a private area of Sauble Beach but a close drive or bike ride to all the excitement and entertainment the beach has to offer. Also a 3 minute walk down the road to the local elementary school with soccer fields, basketball and a playground.

The perfect vacation spot for two families consisting of 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third room a "kids" room with two sets of single bunk beds.

Everything in this cottage is newly renovated and ensuring cleanliness throughout.

A full Kitchen that has an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, pot set. The dining area is set for family style meals with a large table that sits up to 8 people.

Located on the top of a hill our little cottage has lots of outdoor space to enjoy with your family. The backyard includes a fire pit for late night s’mores and a bbq area for home cooked dinners.

Our 2,700 sq ft property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, 1 with private bath and another with private balcony. Beds have top quality mattresses including 2 kings, 2 queens, and 1 daybed with 2nd twin pullout. The main floor 2nd primary bedroom has a fireplace, and work area.

Sunset Paradise is a cozy apartment right in front of Sauble beach, with a beautiful view. This apartment is also located on the main street which is super convenient, whether you want to go for a swim, shopping, eat some good food, enjoy fun activities, it’s all within walking distance. With all the Sauble beach amenities nearby, its a perfect place for a vacation!

Outside there is a balcony, if you go down to the patio, there is seating and BBQ with tank availability. It is up to the cottager to refill the tank if they wish to use, and can be do so at circle k.

Our suggestion would be to have hooks in the breezeway, at front entrance, and in bathroom for towels, etc and maybe more shelving in the bathroom for personal items. Owners were available if any questions or concerns - they own the ice cream shop below the unit. We had a great long weekend!"
