- "This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. Amenities like laundry and ironing were shared with the upstairs unit, which was a disaster. We never got to use the washer / dryer bc it was occupied the entire time during our stay. Noise from upstairs began as early as 7 a.m., and even after asking them to be quieter, it continued. The property feels neglected and is currently for sale, with no urgency to make it comfortable. The host was responsive but often rude. While we were granted a partial refund and allowed to cancel after a few days, the conditions were unlivable for the full week. What’s worse, we raised concerns after reading a negative review written just a week before our stay. The host dismissed it as inaccurate, claiming the guest was upset about a refund. That was false our experience was identical to theirs. The photos do not reflect the actual basement unit. Overall, the stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property."

- "The property was very nice, the only down fall was the hot tub down in the pool area was closed for maintenance and that was one of the big things we decided on this place because our daughter was involved in a serious accident last year and she is now a quadriplegic and the hot tub is the only thing that would be warm enough for her go into as the water has to be over 85 degrees or she can have serious issues and the pool was too cold. The space
This Cozy Bedroom is located in the 3 bedroom-walk-out main floor in a bungalow house that. We take great pride in having a clean and healthy living environment. This room comes with a shared bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. We provide fresh towel to our guest and the room is equipped with 3 in 1 shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and other things you may need.
Your PRIVATE bedroom comes with a large window and it has a single bed with fresh clean linens, a small night table. The room also has a lamp light that can be positioned to where you require additional light, we also have a computer/laptop table with a chair. The room has a closet with hangers. This room has a locked key door, you will receive this key on arrival.
We have a large kitchen and dining area for our guests to use. Our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer combo, a small conventional oven, a microwave and a kettle to warm up water for tea/coffee. We have lots of pots and pans, plates and bowls, cups and glasses, spoons and forks. Some of the common areas include a dining room and living room.

Guest access
• Guests have access to all they want – besides your room you can spend time in the the dining room, the well-equipped kitchen and much more.
• In the kitchen, I offer you the fridge, oven, plates, forks, knives, cups, pots and pans to use for free as well as the water boiler, oven, and microwave.
• Laundry are also available on site, which can be used from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and/or anytime during the weekends.
