- "The property was very nice, the only down fall was the hot tub down in the pool area was closed for maintenance and that was one of the big things we decided on this place because our daughter was involved in a serious accident last year and she is now a quadriplegic and the hot tub is the only thing that would be warm enough for her go into as the water has to be over 85 degrees or she can have serious issues and the pool was too cold. My husband thought he had left the house key in our rental car and she told us not to worry and found him a spare. He found it so we could give both back. Thank you to our wonderful host family. This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for us and it was definitely well worth it!Oh and Google ‘Gladiator Burgers and Steak’. That place was de-lush!! Their poutine…chef’s kiss!"

- "This was my second time coming to Mississauga, and I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It's about a 25-35 minute drive from Toronto, very manageable. The apartment is small and cozy, I traveled alone and it was peaceful and quiet (save for a few times I heard someone upstairs, which I didn't mind). Lighting is nice but I prefer dimmer/warmer lighting, the small lamps in the bedrooms worked nicely (I moved one out to the kitchen/living area to use as a soft ambient light). It had everything I needed—sundries, bath tissue, towels, laundry soap, iron and ironing board, plates, bowls, pots/pans, silverware, even a milk pitcher in the fridge. Though I will say there wasn't a baking sheet haha, I was able to get one cheap at the store. Location is a short drive from nearby stores and downtown Mississauga. The host was so kind and accomodating, and communicated well with me. Overall a very lovely time and I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit in the future. :)"

If cannabis use is detected (odor, paraphernalia, etc.), you may be removed from the property without a refund, and we’ll report the violation to your booking platform.

Guest access
The guest has access to the whole area except the furnace and storage room.

The guest can request to use the Dryer on the main floor between the timing of 12 pm to 10 pm. Please tell us few hours in advance so that we can allow you access to the dryer.

Instructions on how to use Streaming Services:

1. Turn on the Samsung TV with the remote and Select HDMI 2.

2. With the Amazon Fire Tv remote, select the streaming services that would like see such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube and many more applications.

Guests do not have control over the temperature settings for the thermostat. The guest can request the host or co-host to change the temperature settings to their desired level and the temperature will be changed within few minutes.

Two Portable Heaters are provided to the guests.

One person is residing on the main floor so there might be potential noise associated with walking. If there is an issue, please notify the host or co-host and it will be resolved immediately.

Outdoor smoking area is provided with chairs and ashtray.
