Pets: Pets must be given permission. There is a $25 fee per pet for additional cleaning. Any damage, unannounced or non-permitted pets will incur a $250 charge.

The beds were very comfotable. There's a lot to do within walking distance- restaurants, bars, shops, the event center. Parking was super easy (there's a 'park albany' app). If I could give one criticism, the couch is not the most comfortable, but then again, we didn't spend an awful lot of time sitting around on the couch. I will definitely stay in this flat again when visiting my son."
